Eco-printing is a method of printing the fabric with the help of leaves and flowers The colour of the print is absorbed by the fiber present in the fabric. Many plants have the ability to give print on fabric. The process of directly applying the print of the plant onto the fabric is known as eco printing. The objective of the study is to see the print of 3 different flowers and leaves on cotton fabric and use them as wall art pieces and use one of the chemicals to fasten print on the fabric easily. While exploring researcher is able to learn new technique which is eco-printing. While doing this process we also came to know that flowers and leaves can't be printed together at the same time because of different steaming times. 6 different art pieces were made out of it and noticed that people were willing to buy it and ready to pay a good amount.

Natural dyes have gained significant attention in textile dyeing due to their eco-friendly properties and aesthetic appeal. Onion skins, a readily available agricultural waste product, possess natural dyeing capabilities that can impart various shades of yellow and orange to textiles. However, achieving consistent and vibrant colors requires the use of mordants, which enhance dye absorption and colorfastness. In this study, the focus is on optimizing dyeing variables when dyeing cotton with onion skin dye, employing natural mordents such as alum, lemon, harda (myrobalan), tamarind leaves, and Aloe vera. Mordents play a crucial role in dye fixation by forming complexes with the dye molecules, thereby improving color intensity and wash fastness of the dyed fabric. The selection of natural mordents is based on their traditional use and effectiveness in enhancing dye uptake and color retention. Each mordant offers unique properties that can influence the final color and durability of the dyed cotton fabric. By systematically varying dyeing parameters such as mordant concentration, dyeing time, and temperature, this study aims to optimize the dyeing process to achieve desirable color outcomes while minimizing environmental impact. Understanding and optimizing these variables not only contribute to the sustainable utilization of natural resources but also expand the repertoire of eco-friendly dyeing techniques in the textile industry. The results obtained from this research provide valuable insights into the practical application of onion skin dye with natural mordants, paving the way for enhanced utilization of natural dyes in textile production.

Nowadays, world is experiencing unexpected growth in total population and it is well known that physiology of a person deteriorates with age. Global population includes a notable proportion of peoples with disabilities. One of the major disabilities which largely affects day to day life is vision impairment. Although vision impairment affects people of all ages, older people are the most impacted. Aging is the unavoidable process which may happens with multiple chronic diseases and so taking medicines is the regular part of their daily activity. This becomes a very difficult task for the visually impaired peoples especially the aged peoples as they need to identify correct medicines when they lack support from care takers. Consuming wrong medicine can cause serious harms which may even leads to death. This issue can be solved by developing a recognition system which correctly recognize the prescribed medicine. Machine learning algorithms has the capability to provide successful results for recognition system. Therefore, medicine pills recognition system can be developed using machine learning algorithms which helps the visually impaired peoples for self-medications. This article provides an in-depth survey about machine learning techniques for pill recognition and its contribution in developing assistive devices and mobile applications for visually impaired peoples for medicine pill recognition.

Amitav Ghosh, one of India's most celebrated contemporary writers, is known for his rich narratives that intertwine history, culture, and the environment. His novel "The Gun Island" delves into the urgent and multifaceted issue of climate change, exploring its profound impacts on human migration. Through a blend of myth, reality, and ecological awareness, Ghosh constructs a narrative that highlights the interconnectedness of the global climate crisis and human displacement. This article provides a detailed analysis of "The Gun Island," examining how Ghosh portrays climatic change and migration, and the broader implications of these themes. The novel follows Deen Datta, a Bengali-American rare books dealer who becomes involved in an enigmatic quest linked to the legend of Bonduki Sadagar, or the Gun Merchant. This legend, deeply rooted in Bengali folklore, serves as the narrative's backbone, connecting historical and contemporary threads. Deen's journey begins in the ecologically fragile Sundarbans and extends to Venice, a city similarly threatened by rising sea levels. Through these diverse settings, Ghosh illustrates the pervasive reach of climate change and its impact on human destinies. "The Gun Island," published in 2019, continues Amitav Ghosh's engagement with ecological themes, a pursuit evident in his earlier works such as "The Hungry Tide" and "The Great Derangement: Climate Change and the Unthinkable." While "The Great Derangement" critiques the literary world's insufficient response to climate change, "The Gun Island" embeds these urgent issues within a compelling fictional framework. This narrative strategy makes the subject matter more accessible and engaging for readers, offering a vivid portrayal of the global climate crisis and its ramifications for human migration.

Abstract India is celebrating 75 years of independence. In these 75 years, India has witnessed many transformations domestically and internationally (1).We need to articulate our vision, firm up a goal and get people, policies and institutions aligned to the future vision (2).A country that is the abode of over 1/6th of the global population; it is a nation that is vibrant with the dream of its people. India of the 21st century is not just a nation, but a dream-a vision of countless souls aspiring to belong to a strong, self-reliant, powerful and developed nation (3)." Late shri Dr. Abdul Kalam, Former President of India once said, "Dream is not what you see in sleep. Dream is something which does not let you sleep." The nation is poised for a major power status; but the crucial question is: whether India will be able to achieve that status, because of internal and external constraints (4).The recent covid-19 pandemic had also an adverse impact on growth, employment, health and education etc. In this paper, issues and policies are discussed beyond India@75 for achieving growth, inclusion and development (5).Global issues are crucial for India's growth because of its integration with the rest of the world. Better macroeconomic policies, sectoral policies, higher rates of investment in infrastructure, the use of technology, higher export levels, improved banking and other financial institution performance, and increased exports are all necessary for the country to achieve higher growth. Additionally, one of the largest challenges to progress is corruption. It has the potential to rip society's fabric apart, and it already is. It is one of the biggest threats to development (6).

After India gained Independence from the British, the name of Lushai Hills District was changed by a parliamentary act in 1954 to Mizo District. The Chieftainship system ended with the creation of the Mizo District. Village Councils were established in Mizo Lushai Hills District (Mizoram). The Village Councils in Mizoram are a crucial element of local governance and it evolved from the traditional chieftainship system to more structured, government-controlled entities. This transformation was marked by the Lushai Hills District (Village Council) Act of 1953, which formally established Village Councils, granting them administrative and judicial powers within their jurisdictions. The study provides comprehensively the administrative, judicial, and political roles of Village Councils based on the Village Council Amendment Act of 2014, it also highlights the influence of state government control and the implications of party politics on their functionality. It analyses the constraints faced by Village Councils, including financial dependencies and limited autonomy, and their impact on local governance and development initiatives.
