This study aims to isolate and characterize microorganisms that are capable of degrading polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) from soil samples collected from the dump yard in Tirupur City, an industrial area known for its significant PAH contamination. Using enrichment culture techniques, bacterial strain was isolated. Minimal media with Naphthalene as a carbon source was used to isolate bacteria that exhibited the ability to utilize PAH as their sole carbon and energy source. Morphological, biochemical and molecular methods were performed to identify the isolated strains. Findings revealed that the isolated strains were Sphingomonas paucimobilis which was known for its hydrocarbon-degrading capabilities. This bacterial strain was then grown on different concentrations to evaluate the degradation ability. These strains demonstrated significant PAH degradation efficiency, highlighting their potential application in bioremediation strategies for PAH-contaminated sites. This study provides a valuable insight into the microbial diversity present in PAH-contaminated soils and underscores the importance of bioremediation as a sustainable approach for mitigating environmental pollution.

Climate change is a massive global concern with far-reaching implications for the environment, society, and economy. This executive summary discusses the present state of climate change and relevant mitigation strategies. Human actions such as the use of fossil fuels, deforestation, and industrial activity are the primary causes of unprecedented climate change. Global temperatures have risen, weather patterns have changed, and sea-level rise has accelerated as a result of growing greenhouse gas emissions, mostly carbon dioxide (CO2) and methane (CH4). Climate change mitigation necessitates a multifaceted approach that focuses on lowering greenhouse gas emissions while also enhancing the planet's resilience to ongoing transformations. Renewable energy sources, such as solar, wind, and hydroelectric power, are critical for decreasing dependency on fossil fuels. Afforestation and reforestation are both crucial for carbon sequestration since plants absorb CO2 during photosynthesis. Sustainable agriculture and responsible forestry, for example, may help reduce emissions while also adapting to changing climatic conditions. International collaboration is crucial for effective climate change mitigation since the impact of greenhouse gas emissions crosses national boundaries. Accords like the Paris Agreement aim to bring nations together in their commitment to limiting global temperature rises and assisting disadvantaged populations in adapting to climate-related difficulties. Carbon capture and storage (CCS) and greater energy efficiency, for example, are critical components of mitigation efforts. These solutions help companies reduce their carbon footprint and migrate to more sustainable operations. The need of increasing public knowledge and education on climate change mitigation is emphasized. Governments, non-governmental organizations, and people all play critical roles in promoting ecologically responsible behaviour, promoting sustainable practices, and lobbying for climate mitigation measures. Finally, combating climate change necessitates a multifaceted and coordinated effort including individuals, communities, and governments. Continuous and considerable mitigation efforts are required to balance the negative repercussions of climate change and secure the world's future.

The Linumusita Tissimun, often known as flaxseed, is made from dried, ripe seeds belonging to the Linaceae family. The plant is cultivated worldwide for its fiber and seeds, with the biggest exporters being Morocco, Argentina, Belgium, Hungary, the United States, and India. When it comes to personal care, most people opt for natural products over chemical ones because the former are free of harmful chemicals, improve skin health, and provide customers with the necessary nourishment and delight. Thus, research on the application of flaxseed oil and mucilage in the production of cosmetic products has started. As a result, flaxseed-based multipurpose skin care products have been developed and evaluated. The recipe contains mucilage and flaxseed oil because of their very skin-beneficial fatty acid content, which is helpful in treating many inflammatory skin diseases, as well as their capacity to store both water and oil. Safe, nutritious, and naturally moisturizing skin care products can benefit from the physiochemical features of multipurpose skin care products. Additionally, it was observed that multipurpose skin care left the skin hydrated for up to 8-10 hours after application, reducing fine wrinkles and leaving the skin smooth and supple.

In Ayurvedic texts there are several types of Shiro Rogas (head disorders) described by Acharyas. Ardhavabhedaka can be scientifically correlated with migraine, due to its cardinal features of "half sided headache".According to Ayurvedic Samhita, all the three Dosha (Regulatory functional factors of the body) are involved in the manifestation of Ardhavabhedaka, with the predominance of Vata (Dosha responsible for movement and cognition) or Vata-Kapha Dosha (Kapha Dosha responsible for regulating body fluids and keeping the body constituents cohesive) Ardhavabhedaka can be correlated with Migraine. A Migraine is a primary headache disorder and third most common disease in the world characterized by recurrent headaches that are moderate to severe. Typically, the headache affect one half of the head, are pulsating in nature, and last from 2- 72 hours. The management of these Dosha can be done through Panchakarma (Five internal Bio- Cleansing Therapies) like Nasya Karma (Medication through Nasal route), Abhyanga (Therapeutic Massage) and Swedana (Sudation). Here an attempt is made to highlight the causative factors, symptoms, and management of Ardhavabhedaka as per classical Ayuvedic texts

Bapsi Sidhwa, a Parsi Pakistani writer in her novel Water investigates the elements of realism. The theme of the novel is controversial and complex as it throws light on the age old traditions that victimize women. It is about the perplexity of widows in 1930s in India. The consequences of widowhood are brought forward through the stories of five widows: Chuyia, Kalyani, Shakuntala, Madhumati and the character of Bua, another widow. Sidhwa exposes the cruelties in the name of Hinduism against widows and how they were made to live in the widow houses. Every religion has its flaws; we cannot say that any particular religion is perfect. Hinduism is also incorporated with its negative wherein in the name of religion the injustice is carried out against women.

In today's era, early detection of breast cancer is crucial for effective treatment and improved survival rates. Traditional methods of diagnosis often involve invasive procedures and can be prone to human error and subjectivity. This paper presents a predictive analytics model for breast cancer detection leveraging Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs). The model utilizes a centralized server to store data, which is accessible to both medical professionals and patients via an Android application or website, ensuring secure data transmission. The proposed approach includes advanced mechanisms for accurately identifying malignant tumors from medical imaging, reducing false positives and false negatives. The system is equipped with image processing techniques to enhance detection accuracy, and CNNs are trained on large datasets to recognize patterns indicative of cancerous tissues. Upon detection, immediate notifications are dispatched to medical professionals for further action, enabling timely intervention and treatment. This approach not only streamlines the diagnostic process but also enhances the accuracy and reliability of breast cancer detection, contributing to better patient outcomes. By leveraging deep learning and IoT technology, the solution offers a comprehensive, automated method to manage and secure medical imaging data, ultimately promoting advancements in medical diagnostics and patient care.

Never before has the role of the logistics/Supply chain industry in India's economic growth been more compelling. Given that the government has established several programmes like "Make in India," a strong logistics industry may significantly aid India's efforts to become a global manufacturing powerhouse. Companies all around the world are starting to view the world as a single production base as well as a market that a vibrant logistics industry can effectively enter. The government's increased projected spending, better infrastructure, and wider access to international markets have all contributed to the industry's recent rapid rise. However, given the numerous obstacles that continue to engulf the industry, our services have not fully seized the chance in the worldwide market. Building a stronger logistics network across the nation is the goal for the upcoming years. India wants to unleash the potential of the sector required to drive economic growth through better infrastructure design, more stakeholder cooperation, and improved operational efficiency. Many conferences were organized by Professional Institutes, Chambers of commerce in last two years. Objectives of the conference were to identify the major issues impeding the development of the logistics industry; b) discuss and consider potential solutions, such as integrated end-to-end logistics and the adoption of digital technologies; and c) examine the feasibility of enacting a comprehensive national logistics policy. The issues that the nation's logistics industry faces are discussed at the outset of the study. The convergence of the value chain in logistics and the deployment of digital technology are two key strategies for addressing these concerns, and they are woven together within the broad paradigm of a National Logistics Policy in the sections that follow.
