A dual-axis sun tracker solar panel is a special device that can move in two directions to follow the sun as it moves across the sky. Unlike some trackers that only move in one direction, this one can tilt both up and down and turn from side to side. Solar energy is a clean and renewable source of power that can be harnessed by using solar panels. However, the efficiency of solar panels depends on the angle of incidence of the sunlight, which changes throughout the day and seasons. To maximize the power output of solar panels, a dual axis sun tracker system can be used to automatically adjust the orientation of the solar panel to follow the sun in both horizontal and vertical directions

Literature is nothing but the reflection of life. Life and literature resemble each other and it appears to be the twin sisters. Whatever is explicited in novels, stories, poetries and other literary works, the same thing is happening in people's life. Literature mould the readers to understand the fact about life and helps to find the truthhidden in life and often helps to decide the right path and also attimes solution to the problems can be provided through the literature.Literature appears to be the testimony which often tends to represent African reality and daring African culture. African writers produce vast of works that can be mentioned as the literature of revolt and it remain as the successful story of Africa. The Major themes of African literature include culture and tradition, racism, neocolonialism, corruption and Politics. Among African writers, Helon Habila comes in third generation writers and contributes many thematic works about Africa especially about Nigeria. Moreover, he comes forth with the intention to showcase the political activities and its impact in Nigeria. This paper mainly focuses about Helon Habila's work Oil On Water. It mainly explains the concept of adventurous and troublesome journey of the journalists.

Credit card fraud detection is a vital aspect of safeguarding user accounts in the global context of widespread credit card usage. Existing models primarily rely on transactional representations derived from original or manually aggregated features, often falling short in identifying latent fraudulent behaviours. To address these limitations, this work presents a novel credit card fraud detection model that integrates Principal Component Analysis (PCA) with recurrent neural networks, time-aware gates, and attention mechanisms. This innovative approach aims to capture both long- and short-term transactional habits, providing a nuanced understanding of user behaviour over time. A time-aware attention module considers temporal intervals, enabling the model to discern behavioural motives and periodic patterns from historical transactions. An interaction module further refines representation learning. The inclusion of PCA facilitates efficient dimensionality reduction, enhancing the model's ability to capture and represent user transactional behaviours. Experimental validation on large-scale real-world datasets demonstrates the superior effectiveness of the proposed PCA-enhanced model in distinguishing fraudulent from legitimate behaviours, showcasing significant advancements over state-of-the-art methods.

"Aging is not 'Lost Youth' but a new stage of Opportunity and Strength" Betty Friedan The population of the aged is currently at its peak in human history. Population is all set to become one of the most significant social transformations of the twenty-first century, impacting all sectors of society, including labour force and financial markets, the demand for goods and services, such as housing, transportation and social protection, as well as family structures and intergenerational ties. In the coming decades, many countries are likely to face fiscal and political pressures in relation to public systems of health care, pensions and social protections for a growing older population. Globally the percentage of the aged who are 65 and above is expected to rise from 10% in 2022 to 16% in 2050. Population aging arises from two possibly-related demographic effects: increasing longevity and declining fertility. Social-cultural mindsets and norms that label the elderly as a "burden", elderly abuse, as well as a lack of security, have made the elderly more vulnerable.

OSN's growing popularity is accompanied with a rise in security and privacy concerns. One significant risk is the creation of duplicate user profiles through the theft of existing user information, which is subsequently exploited to damage the original profile owner's identity. Phony profiles are identified using a set of rules that can discern between authentic and fraudulent ones. There are two methods for identifying Cloning a profile. Similarity measures are used in one, and the C4.5 decision tree technique is used in the other. The two categories of parallels that are considered in Similarity metrics include network and attribute similarity. connections. Clone detection is done using C4.5.

This study delves into the intersection of climate fiction (cli-fi) and Indigenous ecological knowledge (IEK) in the literary works of N.K. Jemisin. Through an analysis of selected novels and short stories by Jemisin, notably the "The Broken Earth" trilogy, this research explores how Jemisin intertwines themes of climate change, environmental degradation, and resilience with Indigenous perspectives on ecology, land stewardship, and sustainability. Drawing upon ecocritical and postcolonial frameworks, the study examines how Jemisin's narratives challenge dominant Western paradigms of environmentalism, centering Indigenous voices, knowledge systems, and cosmologies. Through close textual analysis and theoretical inquiry, this research sheds light on the ways in which Jemisin's speculative fiction highlights Indigenous ways of knowing and being in relation to the environment, while also addressing pressing issues of climate justice and ecological transformation. By critically evaluating Jemisin's imaginative depictions of alternative futures and eco-cultural landscapes, this study contributes to broader discussions on literature, climate activism, and the decolonization of environmental discourse.

Reduction in power dissipation is an essential design issue in VLSI circuit. One of the important blocks in any processor is Arithmetic Logic Unit and it performs arithmetic and logical operations. If operations are more and more complex, then power dissipation is more. The clock network is a major source of power dissipation so we can reduce significant amount of power if we can gate the clock whenever it isn't required. From the literature, we have noticed that there several methods/techniques used to reduce the power within ALU, the used methods are moderate and still there is scope to reduce power using blend of techniques. So low power ALU is designed using clock gating techniques besides using PIPO and Booth's algorithm concept. By giving specific opcode, we can enable the specific operation and other operations are in inactive mode, so we can see less power dissipation in ALU. Low power ALU is having two 8 bit input data with cin, bin, enable and 2 bit shift data and a decoder 4:16 to select the 16 operations by giving 4 bit opcode to it as a input with start enable function. At each iteration the proposed design is implemented with one of these clock gating techniques i.e latch free clock gated technique, latch based clock gated technique, flipflop based clock gated technique, and synthesis based clock gating technique with parallel in parallel out (PIPO) shift registers. These all techniques are performed with operation selection feature and PIPO shift registers in this design.

Academic achievement is correlated with metacognition, which is the understanding and control of cognition, at all educational levels, including postsecondary education. According to a study, there is a big difference between theory and research on metacognition, and teaching practice incorporates metacognition very little. According to a survey of 72 academics, 37.5% were aware of metacognition, however they frequently placed more emphasis on cognition than control. The majority of respondents used metacognitive supporting practices (MSPs) later in their careers, but all of them included at least two MSPs in their instruction. Additionally, the study discovered that by engaging in peer-to-peer collaborative translation activities, university students developed metacognitive knowledge, strengthening their analytical reasoning and linguistic awareness.
