Abstract
The author has done studies related to crop pests and their management in the Hanumangarh region. Many pests damage the crops grown here. The author reported different types of pests in this study such as red cotton bug, mealy bug, locust, grasshoppers, caterpillar etc. Farmers use many types of pesticides to control these pests. Most farmers use more and more chemicals for pest management.

Abstract
In today's world maintaining the protection of data may be a should. LAN is mostly commonest & terribly helpful network in each organization. Hans Arp may be a mapping protocols from science to macintosh.ARP has 2 limitations. initial it's a unsettled protocol. And second no authentication method needed for any host of the LAN. assailant will simply exploit these vulnerabilities. There ar several exiting solutions for Hans Arp poisoning. Man-in-the-Middle (MITM) attack and denial of service (DOS) on Hans Arp ar very hip attacks. This paper presents all exiting solutions of macintosh poisoning. It conjointly represents some detection techniques and a few interference techniques. It conjointly compares some eventualities with totally different mechanism for instance SPOF, science flooding, message flooding etc. during this paper, we might be analyzing the prevailing mechanisms and therefore the works done by the researchers in early stages. additional we might be proposing an answer that might be conducive to the wealth of the domain.

Abstract
Telangana is a land of villages. So, rural development is the main pillar of Telangana development. Panchayati Raj Institutions have always been considered as a means to good governance and 73rd Constitutional Amendment was affected in the hope that it would lead to better governance and provide political space to the disadvantage section of the society like schedule caste, schedule tribes and women. The prime objectives of Panchayati Raj Institutions are to eradicate poverty, uplift standard of living of people living in rural areas and bring about a healthy society by creating awareness for hygiene, sanitation, eradication of illiteracy and to ensure social justice to the rural people. The present study was an effort to know the extent of participation of women elected representative in Panchayat and the problems faced by them. The women who are elected are not always treated with due respect. Many elected women complained that their suggestions were not considered seriously nor were they consulted while decisions were being made. Some felt that their views were ignored only because they are women. At times they were pressurized by their husbands to approve their decisions made by the male dominated Panchayats.

Abstract
Important interaction exists between thyroid function,weight control and obesity. Obese people with a normal thyroid gland tend to have activation of hypothalamic-pituitary-thyroid axis with higher serumTSH and thyroid harmones in serum. On the other hand,small differences in thyroid function are associated with upto 5kg difference in body weight. The weight loss after therapy of overt hypothyroidism is caused by excretion of water bound in tissues.

Abstract
Since the academic and resources shifting to digital arena ,there is a need for digitally powered exam management. The main objective of this web based online examination system is to efficiently evaluate the student thoroughly through a fully automated system that not only saves lot of time but also gives fast and accurate results Our project proposes a QR Code based examination system to automate this process. This work proposes use of two-dimensional (2D) barcodes, which have the capability of storing data, to assist in reducing the action of hardcopy for exams. A QR code is a type of matrix barcode designed for the automotive industry. A barcode is a machine-readable optical label that contains information about the item to which it is attached. In practice, QR codes often contain data for a locator, identifier, or tracker that points to a website or application. A QR code uses four standardized encoding modes (numeric, alphanumeric, byte/binary, and kanji) to store data efficiently; extensions may also be used. By combining existing examinations system with newer technologies as mentioned QR code we can achieve faster and more accurate results
