 Abstract

Abstract Digital technology plays a transformative role in advancing India's progress toward achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). From eradicating poverty and improving healthcare to enhancing education and fostering gender equality, digital solutions have emerged as enablers of sustainable development. Initiatives like Aadhaar-based platforms, mobile banking, e-learning tools, and telemedicine are bridging gaps in accessibility and inclusivity. Digital financial services promote financial inclusion, while e-governance enhances transparency and accountability in public service delivery. Moreover, emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), blockchain, and the Internet of Things (IoT) are fostering innovations in agriculture, energy efficiency, and environmental sustainability. These technologies are instrumental in monitoring climate change, optimizing resource utilization, and supporting renewable energy transitions. However, challenges such as digital divides, data privacy concerns, and limited infrastructure in rural areas must be addressed to maximize the potential of digital technology. A robust policy framework and public-private partnerships are crucial for ensuring equitable access and inclusive growth. This paper explores the multifaceted contributions of digital technology to SDGs in India and offers recommendations to strengthen its impact for a sustainable future.

 Abstract

This research explores the constitutional viability and democratic necessity of incorporating the "Right to Reject" and "Right to Recall" within India's electoral framework. Through a critical analysis of Articles 324-329, the Representation of the People Act (1951), judicial precedents, and global practices, the paper argues for the constitutional insertion of Articles 325A and 325B. It proposes actionable legislative amendments, threshold conditions, procedural safeguards, and forms for implementation. The study concludes that such reforms are essential to reinvigorate participatory democracy and electoral accountability in India.

 Abstract

Abstract: Pourakarmikas, or sanitation workers, play a crucial role in maintaining public health and hygiene, yet their quality of work life (QWL) often faces challenges. This study aims to identify and analyse the factors influencing the QWL paradigms of Pourakarmikas, focusing on four key areas: Working Conditions, Compensation and Security, Social Stigma and Discrimination, and Health and Safety. Through a structured questionnaire and subsequent factor analysis, this research reveals the significant impact of these factors on the QWL of Pourakarmikas. The findings suggest that improving working conditions, ensuring fair compensation and job security, addressing social stigma, and enhancing health and safety measures are essential to enhance their QWL. Policymakers and relevant stakeholders must prioritize these areas to ensure the well-being and dignity of Pourakarmikas, thereby improving their contribution to public health and sanitation.

 Abstract

Abstract In Insights and Explorative Research paper, the application and effectiveness of neuromarketing protocol in determining consumer choice behaviour in the Indian market context is questioned. The paper reflects on the role of neurophysiological instruments in analyzing the way of understanding consumer preferences and intentions to purchase: electroencephalography (EEG) and functional magnetic resonance imagery (fMRI) and eye tracking technology. This research via a detailed literature review and empirical analysis examines the cultural, economic, and technological aspects of neuromarketing adoption in India. The results indicate that neuromarketing methods based on EEG have considerable potential in their ability to predict the patterns of consumer behavior and that eye-tracking technologies based on them prove to be very efficient in regard to visual attention and brand engagement. Other important problems indicated in the study are the limitations of cost, ethical issues, and the necessity to adopt culturally sensitive models. The findings portray that the use of neuromarketing in India has increased significantly between 2020 and 2025, with several industries, e-commerce, FMCG and digital marketing gaining popularity in terms of adopting the technology. The study can be of help in knowing how neuromarketing methods can be adapted to work in new markets, and therefore marketers, researchers, and policymakers who want to use neuromarketing as a strategic weapon can utilize this study as a starting point.

 Abstract

This study assesses how financial support schemes have influenced the export growth of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Uttar Pradesh. It reviews the role of MSMEs in UP's trade, outlines key schemes aimed at export facilitation (e.g. CGTMSE, ODOP, export subsidies), and measures their outcomes. Using descriptive and inferential statistics on recent data, the paper examines export volumes and scheme uptake. Our analysis reveals strong export growth in UP's MSME sector - exports rose from ~INR0.81 lakh crore in 2015-16 to INR1.40 lakh crore by 2021-22 analista.in - alongside major increases in scheme adoption (e.g. trade finance guarantees). A correlation analysis suggests that districts with higher scheme penetration (especially ODOP) saw larger export gains. Graphs illustrate rising export volumes (Figure 3) and the high concentration of exports in ODOP-supported products. We discuss policy insights: targeted incentives (e.g. interest subvention, common facilities) appear to have bolstered UP's export competitiveness, but challenges remain in outreach and infrastructure. The conclusion highlights key findings and recommends strengthening linkages between finance schemes and export promotion.

 Abstract

Role of Cottage and small scale industries in the economic development of Assam with special reference to Manipuri Community Dr. K. Jilangamba Singha Asstt. Prof. Dept. of Commerce Lala Rural College, Lala Abstract In the present world, the industrialisation may be considered as an important factor influencing the pace of economic developments. In this context small scale and cottage industries are playing very important role in the economic development of the North Eastern states. The state of Assam is the pioneer state of North-Eastern Region in India, whose economy is full of potentialities. Different valuable natural resources are within the possession of this state. But the state of Assam never allowed flourishing with its rich resources due to variety of problems. Inspite of being blessed with a high potential for development of resource based and demand based industries in the state, the pace of industrilisation in Assam had not been satisfactory, shortest of capital due to high cost of production, vulnerability of the region, inadequate economic and basic infrastructural facilities, lack of technical personal and entrepreneurial motivation on the part of local people and low level of investment etc. are responsible for poor industrial development of the state. As an era of micro financing system particularly in the state of Assam, the cottage and small scale industries is playing very important role. The proposed studies entitle "Role of cottage and small scale industries in the economic development of Assam with special reference to Manipuri community" is an attempt to assess and evaluate the performances and contributions of the cottage and small scale industries in the economic development of Assam specially to the Manipuri community.

 Abstract

The usefulness of fast tests in the detection of HCV in haemodialysis patients was investigated. In this study, the Immuno Chromatography Test (ICT) was utilized to detect anti-HCV antibodies in haemodialysis patients. A total of 315 blood samples were taken from haemodialysis patients and analyzed for anti-HCV antibodies using ICT kits. This study was conducted in the Department of Microbiology at Narayan Medical College and Hospital (NMCH) in Sasaram, Bihar. A total of 315 blood samples were obtained from haemodialysis patients and analyzed for anti-HCV antibodies. Anti-HCV antibodies were detected in 18 (5.71%) individuals. Males had a higher prevalence of HCV than females. The most frequently impacted age group was 51- 60 years (9.25%), followed by 41-50 years (7.52%), and the unaffected age group was 10 to 20 years. This study demonstrates that an ideal quick ICT is a useful tool in emergency scenarios such as dialysis.

 Abstract

ABSTRACT Economic development is an essential element in the vicinity of the economics. The economic development is considered usually as an incremental production due to a positive change in production factors. Economic development therefore, depends on production factors. By virtue of nature the amount production factors particularly exhaustible resource are running out due to using of the factor. This paper is confined to the consequences of rapid extraction of exhaustible resource; hence, the economic development will come to an end when the deposits of exhaustible resources end. To make safety net to continue economic development we have to substitute alternative resource which minimizes usage of exhaustible resource. If we adapt this concept it will lead to sustainable development.
