There are a lot of inventories in the automotive industries to design and build safety measures for automobiles, but road accidents are inevitable. There are large numbers of accidents in both urban and rural areas. The models involved in different circumstances can be detected by further development. These clusters will be beneficial for safety precautions and accident avoidance. We think we can use some scientific techniques to reduce accidents as much as possible while using limited resources. Traffic accidents have a significant negative influence on society since they result in a high number of fatalities and injuries. The focus of study on factors that significantly influence the severity of driver injuries resulting from traffic accidents has increased in recent years. Accident analysis is built on accurate and thorough accident records. The correctness of the data, record retention, and data analysis are key elements that affect how well accident records are used. Numerous methods have been used to analyze this issue using this scenario. According to a recent study, residential and shopping areas are more dangerous than village areas, as would have been expected. The higher frequency of casualties was observed close to residential areas, probably due to the higher exposure. y According to a study, the casualty rates in residential regions are much higher than those in comparatively wealthy places and are considered to be relatively depressed.

This paper presents a complete comparative study about the six most common configurations of shunt active power filter applied to four-wire distribution systems. Now-a-days use of non-linear loads in industries has been increased tremendously which are the source of harmonic currents to by injected in supply system. These harmonics cause a problem with power quality. Active filtering of electric power has now become a mature technology for harmonic current compensation in four-wire system. In this paper P-Q theory is used which is widely used control algorithm of shunt active power filter. Modeling of this technique is implemented in MATLAB/Simulink.

Workplace spirituality aims for employees to share and experience attachment, attraction, and togetherness within their own units and throughout the organisation. Spirituality in the workplace leads to ethical behaviour at a personal and organisational level and stimulates moral values and understanding of the ethical issues in an organization. Workplace spirituality includes aspects like meaningful work, a sense of community and organizational value. This paper focuses on the concept of spirituality and its development in the workplace for the benefit of the organization.

Aim: To study the effect of yoga in the management of primary dysmenorrhea in females between 18-25 years. Background: Dysmenorrhea is the most common gynecological problem and frequently identified etiology of pelvic pain in females. It interferes with women functional activity thus Yoga when performed as part of an exercise program helps in improving general health, improves flexibility, strengthens muscles and reduces pain. Procedure: This experimental study was conducted on 35 individuals between the age group 18-25 years according to the inclusion criteria. They were selected through convenient sampling and instructed to perform five yoga poses: Supta Svatikasana , Supta Baddhakonasana , Adhomukha virasana , Adhomukha Svatikasana , Paschimottanasana followed by Shavasana. Selected subjects received treatment for 8 weeks. Data was analyzed using paired t-test. Result: using paired t test, p value was less than 0.005 for NPRS and WaLIDD score thus results of this study suggests that yoga is effective in reducing pain and its interference in functional activities in females with primary dysmenorrhea between 18-25 years Conclusion: The study concluded that yoga is effective in the management of primary dysmenorrhea in females between 18-25 years.

Cadmium is a lethal heavy metal that can cause diverse tissue toxicities and pathologies. Conversely, Aloe vera is a natural anti-oxidant that can ameliorate cytotoxic effects of tissue toxicants. In this study, the objective was to assess the protective effect of Aloe vera against Cadmium-induced toxicity in liver of Swiss albino mice. Mice were divided into 3 groups of 4 animals each. This current study was performed by the Morphological observations and by the analysis of biochemical parameters in mice as affected by the oral administration of a single dose equivalent to 1/20 from LD50 (100 mg/kg B.W.) of Cadmium individually for 21 days. The results from present study showed a significant (P <0.05) reduction of the body weight total cholesterol and total Protein due to Cadmium exposure. Oral administration of Cd reduced GSH level and activities of antioxidant enzymes were significantly reduced in Cd treated group. The co-treatment of Aloe with Cd was very effective and it significantly reversed the Cd induced biochemical alterations almost similar to that of control. Aloe vera was able to improve the cellular redox system in mice treated with Cd. It can be concluded that Aloe vera has protective effects against Cd-induced oxidative damage.

The central government had on January 29,2018, notified the electoral bond scheme. Electoral bond is like a promissory note that can be bought by any Indian Citizen or company incorporated in India from select branches of State Bank of India. The buyer can then donate the same to any eligible political party of his/her choice. Monies received from electoral bonds will be deposited in a bank account verified by the Election Commission. All the transactions for electoral bonds can be done only through that account. Analyists point out that electoral bonds are most likely the first of its kind instrument in the world used for funding political parties. While the United States has Political Action Committees which receive money from individual and corporate donors and manage them, they do not have any scheme that allows citizens to directly purchase a bond and donate the same to a political party. The introduction of the electoral bond scheme is part of what appears to be a growing trend away from transparency and accountability, two values which were already sparse in relation to Indian political parties as per Vidhi Centre for Legal Policy report, published in March 2018. Opponents to the scheme allege that since the identity of donor of electoral bonds has been kept anonymous, it could lead to an infux of black money. Others allege that the scheme was designed to help big corporate houses donate money without their identity being revealed. The honourable Supreme Court in it's order said that while it wanted to hear the matter at legth at a later stage, for the interim it wanted a situation where the balance was not tilted in anyone's favour.

This paper addresses the PCC-point harmonics in a parallel-inverter-based photovoltaic station. Firstly, the harmonic measurement of a grid-tied PV station has been implemented. The voltage and current waveforms present some significant characteristics, such as lower frequency, power correlation and inter-harmonic. The most of these harmonic currents flows through the inverter IGBT bridges and filter inductance branches, rather than the filter capacitor branches. These harmonics are 3-phase symmetric and contain 3rd and 6th harmonic components. These harmonics are not produced by the resonances related to the output LCL filters of PV inverters. This study proposes that the resonances between inverter and grid impedance are the dominant causes of the harmonics.

This study was conducted to examine the Education and better livelihood. Education is one of the most important empowering tools for an individual. It lays the foundation for a better life. Education prepares and trains skilled workers at all level to manage capital, technology, service and administration in every sector of the economy. Livelihoods are two parts- urban and rural. The main moto of urban areas people to survive the Industry, factory workers and rural areas people to survive the agriculture. So, education divided the people into various sector. Education also helps to create a better society. The role of society is most important in this chapter. In the another way, health are most important in every human life, so health concern, sanitation, food etc. are create a people to better lifestyle. The role of education in social and economic development, in reducing poverty and inequality, as a possible contributor to greater social and economic equality with education especially. So, educations roles in various sector is most significant, without education the world was misbalanced.
