 Abstract

In an agricultural country like India, the average land holding is very small and its population is steadily increasing without any possibility of increase in land area. The income from cropping for an average farmer is hardly sufficient to sustain his family. The tribal farmer has to be assured of a regular income, needed for a reasonable standard of living and the use of agriculture technology Mini Tractor, help them in improving their income which has been evident from this study. The Mini Tractor has been making a major impact on the social and economic life of tribal farmer in Surat district, Gujarat. Mini Tractors are mostly used for multipurpose activities such as ploughing, threshing, land levelling and transportation of goods from farms to market, etc.Mini Tractor is economically very cheaper than big tractor, so it is more convenient to small farmers. Big tractors are very costly and only big farmers can afford it and smaller farmers cannot afford big tractor. Since small farmers have smaller fields, so this kind of Mini Tractor is very useful for them. Mini Tractor is affordable for small and marginal tribal farmers and it can also be used in the field, when crops are grown, for various purposes like making small irrigation cannel, eradicating unwanted crops/weeds grown between two rows of crops, and putting fertilizers in the field, etc. It is not only low budget tractor but also low maintenance and operational cost due to low fuel consumption. The Government of India has been encouraging small and marginal farmers to use Mini Tractor in the country by making subsidy available to them. It is indigenously developed tractor and for promotion of its multipurpose use.

 Abstract

To understand the student's rate of progress, it is crucial to forecast their performance. "Prevention is better than cure," goes the saying. The success of students can be significantly increased with early identification of at-risk students and preventive actions. The recommended task is utilized to assess a student's performance right now and forecast their outcomes in the future. Every year, many kids fall behind because of inadequate supervision and assistance. Based on the results, teachers can concentrate on the students who are more likely to receive lower grades in the final semester and can also help the student by identifying needs for the final exams. This project's major goal is to show how likely it is to train and model the dataset and how feasible it is to create a predictive model for student performance with a dependable accuracy rate.

 Abstract

In an era where the use of technology has evolved manifolds, this resulted in the availability of information globally. Therefore, due to the multiple access of data over the internet, retrieval of desirable information has become a tedious and a time consuming task. Hence, use of various Data Mining techniques has become necessary for all the websites to allow the needed information to be accessed by the user. This results in the concept of Website Personalization, for which various Data Mining techniques are used, which further means to customize the website as per the need of almost every user visiting the website. One of the commonly used technique in Website Personalization is Clustering. Clustering is an unsupervised learning technique and is the process of grouping similar objects into different groups based on their centroid distance in a data set. Two most widely used techniques of clustering are K-Means and K-Medoids. In this paper, the concept of clustering is studied and the performance of both the techniques is analyzed graphically. The paper analyzes the performance using the methods i.e. Average Within Centroid Distance and Davies Bouldin on the Server Log Data.

 Abstract

Background: During the pandemic of Covid-19 virus, people spent a greater amount of time at home which has changed their routine, leading to an increase in the use of smartphones, in turn causing its addiction among the young generation. People tend to bend their neck in forward direction to stare at their smartphones. Maintaining this position for a long duration, leads to stress on the cervical spine, and causes neck pain and neck disability. Methods: Cross sectional study with 100 smartphone users between the age group 18-25 years were selected. The study was explained to them and consent was taken. Smartphone Addiction Scale Short Version (SAS-SV) is used to find out the addiction of smartphone. Neck Disability Index (NDI) is used to evaluate the neck disability. Result: The mean value of Smartphone Addiction Scale Short Version (SAS-SV) is 29.42 and the mean value of NDI is 13.80. The coefficient of correlation r=0.09. Therefore, this study shows that there is a significant correlation between neck disability and smartphone addiction Conclusion: There is a positive correlation between neck disability and smartphone addiction in young smartphone users.

 Abstract

Beta-1 adrenergic receptor (ADRB1_HUMAN) an enzyme plays a critical role in central to the overall regulation of cardiac function. The latest clinical ?-blocker trials Beta-1 adrenergic receptor (?1AR) have been shown to play an important role in cardiac disease and heart failure in particular. Metoprolol succinate is essentially useful in the treatment of chest pain. In the present work Metoprolol succinate Complexes has been prepared with transition metals viz; Cu(II), Zn(II), Co(II), Ni(II) and those checked for homology modeling and molecular docking is done for metoprolol succinate. The Metoprolol succinate base inhibitors towards Beta-1 adrenergic receptor (?1AR) is unknown. Hence, the structural bioinformatics study of Beta-1 adrenergic receptor (?1AR) enzyme from human was carried out using homology modeling and molecular docking techniques. The 3D model of Beta-1 adrenergic receptor (?1AR) protein of Homo sapiens were designed using the templet (PDB ID: 2RH1) in Modeller V9.24. The validation of generated model was obtained using several validation methods including Procheck, PROSA, QMean, Errat and Verify3D. The stereo chemical properties of the targeted protein model were validated by using the Ramachandran plot with Procheck server. Towards this end, molecular docking was performed with ?1AR and Metoprolol succinate using AutoDock software and Pharmacophore Mapping has been conducted using Accelrys Discovery Studio (DS) to extract a 3D pharmacophore that reflects the important functional groups that are essential for inhibitor binding. This homology modeling and docking study provides clear understanding of ?1AR structure and metoprolol succinate, its binding mechanism, thus help in providing the remedial solutions of cardiovascular disease and heart failure caused by malfunctioning of the target protein.

 Abstract

IoT based bridge safety monitoring system using ARM Cortex is built using wireless technology. Modern sensor technology has assisted in the development of the automated bridge safety monitoring system. Sensors can be used to collect a variety of information, such as data on vibration, water level, and fire. The main objective of the system being proposed is to create a system that can prevent accidents or structural disasters of flyovers and bridges and knowing the integrity of structures that are now in use on an ongoing, real-time basis enables safety maintenance and increases the lifespan of buildings that are currently in use. Early identification and detection of infrastructure flaws and damage are necessary to carry out preventive maintenance. The technology called the IoT is used to assess the bridge's status in real-time time. Various forms of data, including vibration, water level, temperature, and fire, can be gathered by using wireless sensor nodes. These details would also be helpful for assessing the state of the bridges. In case of emergency situations the gates of the bridge will be automatically closed. The collected information is sent to Thingspeak cloud and database so that administrators can keep track of the state of the bridge in real time.
