 Abstract

The growth of internet technology and digitalization has made online shopping an essential part of consumers' daily lives. Amazon and Flipkart are the two leading e-commerce platforms widely used by customers in Bagalkote due to their convenience, wide product range, attractive offers, and doorstep delivery. This study aims to examine customer satisfaction towards these platforms and identify the factors that influence their shopping experience. The study is based on primary data collected from 100 respondents through a structured questionnaire, while secondary data were gathered from journals, books, and websites. The collected data were analyzed using MS Excel and SPSS with statistical tools such as descriptive analysis, Pearson correlation, ANOVA, and the Independent Sample t-test. The findings reveal that product quality, pricing and offers, delivery services, and payment security with return policies significantly influence customer satisfaction. The study also shows that age, monthly income, and online shopping experience affect customer satisfaction, while gender, education, and occupation do not have a significant influence. Overall, customers are satisfied with both Amazon and Flipkart, with no significant difference in their overall satisfaction levels. The study provides valuable insights that can help e-commerce companies improve their services, strengthen customer trust, and enhance the overall online shopping experience.

 Abstract

In today's world, technology plays a significant role in transforming the education system. Due to its advancement, pedagogical practices have been redefined. Blended learning is the new emerging pedagogical approach for all higher educational institutions of India. It maintains a harmonious relationship between the traditional approach and online education. In the Indian context, the most recent educational policy, NEP 2020, also highlights the importance of blended learning in higher educational institutions of India. This study aimed to understand the opportunities and challenges faced by higher educational institutions of India. To conduct this study, a review of literature technique has been chosen as a research methodology. The study was purely based on secondary data, collected from the databases, namely Google Scholar and ResearchGate. The findings of the study revealed that despite various opportunities, adopting blended learning in Indian higher educational institutions face various challenges like lack of proper infrastructure facilities, lack of digital competency of teachers, lack of adequate training and support etc. The study suggested that the government, policy-makers, administrators and course developers must work together for the successful implementation of blended learning in the Indian higher education system.

 Abstract

This paper presents a review of a voice-operated robotic vehicle designed to function through spoken commands using an Android-based application and a microcontroller. The system employs Bluetooth communication to establish a connection between the mobile application and the robot, enabling users to control its movements either through voice input or on-screen controls. The robotic movement is governed by a microcontroller interfaced with two DC servo motors. Instructions from the application are transmitted via Bluetooth, converted into digital signals, and processed by the controller to execute actions. The system operates effectively within an approximate range of 100 meters. The main objective of this project is to develop a robotic vehicle capable of performing specific tasks based on user voice commands. Initial configuration involves programming to ensure smooth and accurate functioning.  Abstract

This research seeks to examine the representation of non human animals in the works of Kiran Millwood Hargrave, critically acclaimed speculative fiction novel is the Geomancer Trilogy made up of In the Shadow of the Wolf Queen (2023), The Storm and the Sea Hawk (2024), and The Ship of Strays (2025). While going beyond the traditional confines of the biocentric 'zoo critic', where animals are caged and shown in individual instances of institutional captivity, attempts to see Hargrave's fictional world as a macrocosmic manifestation of human exceptionalism and ecological domination. By considering the commodification, imprisonment and enforced exhibition of animals like the noble sea wolves and free birds under the despotic control of the Wolf Queen, Hargrave disputes the Anthropocene era's quest to rob animals of their agency. With characters like Ysolda and her friend Nara the sea hawk and other animals onboard the Ship of Strays, the trilogy provides a redemptive eco-narrative that demonstrates an intrinsic ontological longing for freedom, bodily autonomy and ecological parity. Trilogy requires an end to the notion of animals being passive displays of power.
