This project presents a hand gesture recognition system that uses Python, Mediapipe, Pytesseract, PyAutoGUI, and OpenCV to enable hands-free interaction with digital devices. It has features like mouse control, PowerPoint control, media player, and whiteboard functionalities, the system utilizes real-time hand tracking and gesture recognition for an intuitive user experience. It can also convert written handwriting to text. Additionally, the handwriting model is trained on a dataset of labeled images and uses transfer learning to improve its accuracy. This project enhances human-computer interaction by combining advanced computer vision techniques with versatile Python libraries, making it valuable for presentations, media control, and collaborative whiteboarding. This project could be used by handicapped people, could be used in school or office presentations, medical sectors where hygiene is important or anywhere where a touch free environment is required.

In India, women constitute almost half of the overall population. However, in the realms of work and starting businesses, the involvement of women in the workforce and their chances for entrepreneurship are significantly minimal. Given that women fall into the category of the vulnerable population, it is crucial to give them the necessary focus and recognition to escape their vulnerability in economic, political, and social aspects, enabling them to lead self-sufficient lives. Empowerment of women can only be realized when they possess economic and financial autonomy. This requires a dedicated support network in infrastructure areas such as banks, markets, etc. Such a support network is provided by the government, civil society, self-help groups, women's associations, and non-governmental organizations, which are essential in lifting women from various vulnerabilities and motivating them to engage in economic endeavors such as entrepreneurship. The topic of conversation revolves around the reference to a key federal program known as Mudra Yojana, which is significantly encouraging women's entrepreneurship by increasing the number of women's accounts established and loans provided to them annually.

Today, the rice sector heavily relies on synthetic pesticides to prevent loses. Nonetheless, these chemicals carry toxicity risks and can have harmful impacts on humans, animals and ecosystem. Thus, this study aims to observe the effectiveness of common Indian spices. The mortality and repllency rate were determined using a random arrangement with five different treatments. In this study, we have demonstrated the effectiveness of various Indian spices, viz, Myristica fragrans (mace), Piper nigrum (black pepper), Cinnamomum zeylanicum (cinnamon), Carom copticum (ajwain), Laurus nobilis (bay leaves) in protecting stored rice from Sitophilus oryzae infestation. The data was subsequently subjected to statistical analysis, with the significance level set at P< 0.05. Mace and Black pepper exhibited the highest effectiveness causing 90% and 85% of mortality respectively. In terms of repellency, the assessment of various reveals that Mace shows a significant repellent effect, demonstrating a notably high repellency rate within 12 hours. Therefore, the results indicate this trend (Mortality- Mace> Black pepper> Cinnamon> Ajwain> Bay leaves) (Repellency- Mace> Black pepper> Cinnamon> Ajwain> Bay leaves). This was an attempt to explore an alternative approach to pest management demonstrating that these spices contain elements with natural insecticidal and repellent properties. Experiment was performed to check the effecient of spices and repllency behaviour on Rice Weevil.

The present study was intend to collect, identify and determine the insect collection of Thengapattanam harbour. This is one of the fishing harbours in Kanniyakumari District. This is located on the Southwestern coast of India bordering the Arabian Sea. It serves as a vital ecosystem, supporting various life forms, including insects. The insect diversity in Thengapattanam harbour is extensive, showcasing many species belonging to various orders and families. The diverse habitats within and around the harbour, including mangroves, salt marshes, and coastal areas, contribute to this richness. Insects in Thengapattanam harbour has evolved various adaptations to survive in dynamic coastal environments. During the study period of 3 months 15 species belonging to 15 families were recorded. It is observed that Chrysomelidae is the most dominant family and each family is dominated by separate species. These species play crucial roles in pollination, nutrient cycling, decomposition, and as food sources for other organisms.

Posoconazole is a potent antifungal medication used to treat various fungal infections. The development of a posoconazole gel formulation presents a promising approach to enhance drug delivery and efficacy. Gels are semi-solid emulsion systems that offers improved drug solubility and skin permeation. The posoconazole gel formulation aims to provide sustained drug release, better skin penetration, and increased patient compliance compared to conventional dosage forms. The gel consists of an oil phase, water phase, emulsifying agents, gelling agents, and posoconazole as the active pharmaceutical ingredient. The gel is prepared using suitable techniques to ensure uniform drug distribution and stability. Studies have shown that the posoconazole gel exhibits enhanced antifungal activity, reduced side effects, and improved patient outcomes. The gel formulation also offers advantages such as ease of application, non-sticky residue, and pleasant aesthetics, making it a favorable choice for topical antifungal therapy.

The bioplastic synthesized using starch, cellulose and glycerol and graphene oxide. The research paper renders the bioplastic response to soil and water by studying their fundamental properties such as weight and pH value respectively. It has been surveyed that plastic products after their use are making enormous quantity and quality of pollution in the surrounding. Thereby creating havoc on blue planet [1]. The synthesis of bioplastics has been done in the laboratory with a view to getting efficient bioplastics. The ratio of ingredients has been altered several times to achieve proper compatibility. The sample of bioplastic has been kept in the water for 25 days (about 3 and a half weeks) and in the soil for 4 months. The pH meter and electronic weight balance in used for the reading purpose. The objective is to achieve sustainability by synthesizing harmless products and ecofriendly products which should not be a contributor to any type of pollution such as soil and water [2].

The present paper is part of a larger study titled "Exploring the Role of Resilience in the Lives of Adolescents" aimed to explore the significance of resilience among adolescents and their perceptions regarding factors influencing resilience. 30 adolescents, comprising 15 girls and 15 boys, participated in the study. Data collection involved semi-structured interviews with adolescents. Resilience in adolescents was measured using the adapted Connor Davidson Scale-25. The study took place in Delhi. The findings highlighted that adolescent associated resilience with qualities like patience, perseverance, and endurance. They emphasized resilience as pivotal for adolescents, enabling them to thrive amidst challenges. Furthermore, resilience was seen as crucial for personal growth, academic achievement, and emotional well-being. Adolescents acknowledged resilience as fundamental, allowing them to approach challenges with a growth mindset and perceive setbacks as opportunities for growth. They stressed the importance of support systems in providing emotional backing, guidance, and practical assistance during difficult times. Moreover, they recognized failure as a catalyst for growth, normalizing setbacks and imparting valuable lessons. Identified factors impeding resilience included stressors such as academic pressure and exam-related stress, leading to self-doubt. Conflicts with parents, particularly regarding study habits, academic expectations and screen time, were additional stressors challenging resilience. Understanding and addressing these factors can contribute to fostering resilience and promoting positive development during this critical stage of life.
