Abstract The purpose of this study was to find out the comparative analysis of selected physical fitness variables among government aided and private school Hockey players. To achieve the purpose of the study 80 school boys Hockey players were selected static group comparison design was used as subjects from the government aided and private schools in Thoothukudi District, Tamilnadu, India during the academic year 2022- 2023. The age of subjects were ranged from 16 to 17 years. All the subjects were measured on selected physical fitness variables such as agility (Arrow-headed Agility Test), cardio vascular endurance (12 minutes coopers run/walk test) and speed (60 M dash) were used to collect relevant data on the selected independent variables. The collected data from the subjects were statistically analyzed by using the statistical technique of independent't' test.. In all the cases 0.05 level of confidence was fixed as a level of confidence to test the hypotheses. It was concluded that there was a significant difference between the criterion variables.

The family Apiaceae occupies a prominent part in the angiosperms as it represents genus diversity rich in aromatic and medicinal properties. Trachyspermum, a genus included, is grown in parts of Asia much valued for its spicy seeds, both medicinally as well as in culinary. The genus has 25 or more species distributed in the temperate regions. Trachspermum roxburghianum (DC) Craib plant under study, can be propagated only through seeds and germination to produce healthy seedlings is season dependent. Attempts to produce plantlets irrespective of season achieved through tissue culture and the variants developed from several explants, exhibited in vitro flowering also.

The Ministry of Finance has clearly indicated that preparation of Gram Panchayat plans (GPDP) at the panchayat level by the people is very essential. Planning at village panchayat will be possible through assured availability of grants under Fourteenth Finance Commission (FFC). Data and information gathered through effective situation analysis process will help the gram panchayat to prepare their GPDP which is more participative and need based. The three days planning process in gram panchayat aims at creating awareness as well assisting the gram panchayats to prepare development plans through people's participation. This will help to understand the gaps in the overall development of the village and will able to prioritize the issues and problems existing in the village. These problems will be in the area of human, social and economic development. Innovation in education and the expansion and influence of information communication technology has provided students with many windows for self-learning. The new theories of learning, the constructivist approach, and the theory of individual difference emphasize that students should be helped to learn based on their ability, pace, and interest and to build their knowledge based on their experiences and the teacher should help the students achieve their objectives by creating an active learning environment. In such a situation, it becomes important for the teacher to be a facilitator instead of a knowledge provider. In the changing educational scenario in the twenty-first century, the teacher needs to be more skilled, for this innovation in teacher education and teacher training must be welcomed by ensuring their proper place So that the necessary skills can be developed in the future teachers. Therefore, future teachers must be trained as facilitators.

The postcolonial Indian societies including the state seem preoccupied with a great belief in modernity as a most efficient resource for solving problems in nearly every walk of life. Due to such pervasive assumption along with some of the demerits of tradition, it is generally observed that people tend to assume traditional knowledge, expertise and techniques to be outdated and/or futile. The above mentioned pervasive and popular view seems to be one sided and simplistic because it unnecessarily places a high belief in the reliability and potential of modernity. It seems necessary to carefully scrutinize the reality about modern and traditional knowledge and expertise in order to obtain nuanced information about them. A careful scrutiny of the primary resources in this article shows that the application of modernity could be counterproductive or problematic and one could combine both traditional and modern resources productively.

In the modern educational context, teachers are expected to take on diverse roles beyond knowledge transmitters, including mentors, facilitators, coaches, counselors, and role models. These roles create an array of challenges that demand continuous learning and adaptability. Emotional intelligence, with its capacity to foster self-awareness, empathy, and interpersonal skills, plays a pivotal role in helping teachers navigate these complexities and become more effective educators. The study aims to establish a relationship between emotional intelligence and teacher self-efficacy, recognizing emotional intelligence as a key factor in fostering teacher development. By highlighting the importance of emotional intelligence in the teaching domain, this study advocates for the integration of emotional intelligence training and support in teacher education programs.

At night time during power outage the the Photoluminescent Coating acts as a illuminating coating. The coating is ecofriendly, easy to prepare has multiple usage, reduces light pollution, has various benefits. This is a ecofriendly illuminating coating it absorbs sunlight during the daytime it illuminates at night time for 6 to 8 hours. (Refer Figure 2). Use of Strontium Aluminate for lighting can work to minimize electricity usage while minimizing excess light pollution. Minimizing light pollution has benefits for people and our environment and ecosystems. In the year 1993 Yasumitsu Aoki of (Nemoto Shokai Co Ltd) discovered the Strontium Aluminate material which is ten times more expensive than the Zinc Sulfide, with an about ten times the brightness and an about the ten times the phosphorescent lifetime. The Strontium Aluminate is the longest lasting and brightest phosphorescent material on the market available currently today.

The women education in India is highly necessary for the future of the country as women are the first teachers of their children means future of the nation. If education of the women is getting ignored, it would be the ignorant of bright future of the nation. Uneducated women cannot actively participate in handling the family, proper care of the children and thus weak future generation. We cannot count all the advantages of the women education. Educated women may easily handle her family, make each family member responsible, infuse good qualities in children, participate in the social works and all would lead her towards the socially and economically healthy nation. By educating a man, only a man can be educated however educating a woman, whole country can be educated. Lack of women education weakens the powerful part of the society. Women empowerment will be genuine and successful just when they are enriched pay and property with the goal that they may remain on their feet and develop their personality in the general public. The Empowerment of Women has gotten to be a standout amongst the most essential worries of 21st century at Status of Women Education in India with Particular Reference to Women Empowerment national level as well as at the global level.
