Effective communication in English Language plays a vital role in enabling the young graduates realize their dream positions in their careers. Proficiency of English Language allows an individual to communicate freely and effectively with people around the world. Learning English as a second language or foreign language demands intensive attention of students with active participation and involvement in the classroom. But the young graduates from rural backgrounds (most of them are first generation students) face several linguistic and cognitive limitations like shyness, lack of confidence, fear of making mistakes, pronunciation, grammar, scarcity of vocabulary, monotonous classroom teaching, and so on and so forth. Probably they experience all these, as they are devoid of enough exposure to English language either at home or in their localities since childhood. These inhibitions affect their communicative ability. Once the students free themselves from these unnecessary inhibitions, there will be maximum scope for effective learning of the language which inturn reflects in their effective communicative ability. Hence, teaching English to the first generation students is not similar to teaching English to the students of urban localities. Under such circumstances, the activities of Multiple Intelligence Approach, introduced by Howard Gardener, a psychologist from Harvard University, accommodates the needs of the rural students in learning the English language based on their intelligence.

Relationship quality can be built by retaining customers and encouraging them to keep buying. The quality of the relationship is an important factor in making customers feel trust and satisfaction when purchasing a product. There are opportunities for sellers to provide services that can attract customers and survive in the long term. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between relationship quality and its influence on purchase intention, loyalty intention, and participation intention, as well as the influence of celebrity endorsement attractiveness. This study was conducted in Indonesia from April to May 2022. A total of 138 respondents came from different backgrounds and were active users of one or more of the social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Youtube. The results obtained indicate that there is a positive influence of relationship quality on purchase intention, loyalty intention, and participation intention. Next, social media marketing activity has a positive effect on relationship quality. Then, celebrity endorsements do not have a positive effect on purchase intention.

Nanogel has attracted considerable attention as one of the most versatile drug delivery systems especially for site-specific and/or time-controlled delivery of bioactive agents owing to their combining features of hydrogel and nanoparticle. Physically synthesized nanogels can offer a platform to encapsulate various types of bioactive compounds, particularly hydrophobic drugs and biomacromolecules, but they have poor mechanical stability, whereas nanogels prepared by chemical cross-link have a wider application and larger flexibility. As an ideal drug-delivery carrier, nanogel has excellent drug loading capacity, high stability, biologic consistence and response to a wide variety of environmental stimuli. Nowadays, targeting and response especially multiresponse of the nanogel system for drug delivery have become an issue in research

The rearing of fish is mainly conducted in ponds made of concrete, earthen, plastics or wooden materials. Sludge generated consists of organic materials, Inorganic materials that end up at the bottom of ponds. Dewatered sludge is a soil-like material. Due to a lack of proper environmental planning aquaculture waste (sludge) gets decomposed and reacts to the soil and contaminating the soil and affecting the geo-environmental and geotechnical properties of the soil Aquaculture waste sludge mainly consist of stabilized excreta, uneaten food particles and biofloc. This paper discusses the effectiveness of Aquaculture waste sludge on Redsoil-bentonite mixture. A laboratory study was conducted on Redsoil-bentonite mixture treated with Aquaculture waste sludge, and variation in soil properties such as Unconfined compressive strength and hydraulic conductivity was analysed. The Aquaculture waste sludge was added in different concentrations so as to identify an optimum dosage.

The effectiveness of the employees is a critical component of any organization's success in the current, cutthroat business environment. Because of our workload, problems, responsibilities, and complexity, stress is an unavoidable aspect of our lives. Since stress can have negative physiological and psychological effects on those who work in organisations, it has become a major cause for anxiety. The field of education is currently dealing with several difficulties. As they instruct the next generation, teachers contribute significantly to the development of the nation. As a result of technological, educational, and vocational advancements, teachers' working conditions have changed. As a result of the continual engagement with children, parents, co-workers, and school administrators, teaching is one of the professions with the highest levels of stress. The study makes an effort to pinpoint the reasons for causes of stress at workplace experienced by the women teachers working in both the public and private UG and PG educational institutions. The findings state that the significant causes of workplace stress are work-related, environmental, organizational and personal causes.

Aphthous stomatitis, one of the most common ulcerative diseases, is primarily associated with the oral mucosa and is characterized by excruciatingly painful, recurring, single, or multiple ulcers in the upper throat and oral cavity. The condition is also known as canker sores, cold sores, recurrent aphthous stomatitis (RAS), and recurrent aphthous ulcers by both the general public and medical professionals (RAU). During the active disease phase, eating, drinking, and swallowing are all affected, lowering the quality of life. In most cases, analgesics, antibiotics, and topical steroid application are the only medications used to treat symptoms. These over-the-counter medications can have serious side effects on occasion. Herbal medicine is a safer and more effective alternative to pharmaceutical medications. The goal of this article is to examine the regularly use herbal remedies and determine how it is working to treat mouth ulcers.

National highways and express ways play a crucial role in the development of states, but there is a pressing need for a road safety system to address this problem. Road traffic accidents have been identified as detrimental factors that hinder economic growth in developing countries due to their high associated costs, leading to social and economic concerns. Maharashtra, one of India's more advanced states, boasts a relatively dense road network and a higher concentration of motor vehicles compared to other states. The rapid growth of the population, coupled with increased economic development and motor vehicle usage, is a primary contributor to road accidents.

Due to growing environmental awareness, as well as stricter regulations on managing industrial waste, the world is increasingly turning to researching properties of industrial wastes and finding solutions on using their valuable component parts so that those might be used as secondary raw material for other industrial applications. Lime sludge production is a by-product of paper making in the paper mill industries. To date, these by-products are being used in other industrial branches and in the field of civil constructions, such as in cement manufacturing along with clinker and in masonry work for civil works. Considering the specificity of physical and chemical properties of lime sludge and a series of possibilities for its use in concrete, this research work demonstrates the possibilities of using lime sludge as partial replacements of cement in concrete. This research work presents an investigation of different properties of materials used for mix design. Quality tests were conducted to check the suitability of material for mix design. Mix design was done according to IS guidelines and the result of it was 1:1.62:3.40. The objective of the study is to check the compressive strength of concrete by adding lime sludge as partial replacement of cement in various percentages. In this work 20% cement has been replaced by five proportions of lime sludge. The five proportions are (0% Lime sludge), (5% Lime sludge), (10% Lime sludge), (15 % Lime sludge) & (20% Lime sludge). It has been observed from the 3, 7 & 28 days tests of compressive strength of concrete that compressive strength decreases as the percentage of lime sludge increases in the mix when compared with controlled concrete. The compressive strength, analysis carried out in this work gives a deeper insight into the cementitious properties and pozzolanic behaviour of such by-products when used for construction purposes. The results show that the strength properties of concrete vary significantly when cement is partially replaced by lime sludge.

Glaucoma is one of the disorders that harms eye vision and gets worse over time. Internal ocular pressure increase is the cause of it. The development of optical coherence tomography (OCT) in retinal diagnostic imaging is the most important. Multiple methods are used to detect glaucoma, including macular edoema, blood vessels, the visual disc, and the optic nerve. The major objective of this essay is to explain to readers why it is unusual to find glaucoma in diabetic retinopathy and how various procedures are utilised to do so. It incorporates a number of technologies and different inputs. It also offers information on the open data sets that are used to develop and evaluate algorithms.
