The main aim of this study is to analyse the work-life balance of fisherwomen in unorganized sector. In this purpose Srikakulam district of Andhra Pradesh state has been chosen as the study area, where 12 villages of 6 mandals mostly fishermen community populated located in coastal zone are selected. A sample of 600 working women of fishermen community selected randomly 50 from each village with stratified method. Thus, the selected women are engaged in fish marketing activities and work for unorganised units like shrimp hatcheries, cold storages, etc. The data was collected about personal information of the sample respondents, along with work environment, facilities at workplace, work performance and work-life with the help of an interview schedule and processed with SPSS for analysis. The results revealed that better performance of fisher women gives the more satisfaction and managing their family emergencies becomes easier them to handle outside work with better work practices. Moreover, comparison of work performance with others makes their life more relaxed and they would be less stressed in their job with good work practices. Since, fisherwomen don't get reasonable remuneration for their work better work practices improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their work-life.

Treatment of infectious diseases and immunization has undergone a transformation recent years. With the progress in biotechnology and genetic engineering, not only a great number of disease-specific biological have been developed, but also emphasis has been made to successfully deliver these biologicals. Niosomes are vesicles made up of non-ionic surfactants, which are biodegradable, nontoxic, more stable and inexpensive and have ability to substitute the liposomes. A overall research done on the niosome as a drug carrier. Various drugs are used and tried in niosome surfactant vesicles. Niosomes proved to be a promising drug carrier and has ability to reduce the side effects of drugs and increased therapeutic effectiveness in various diseases.

Tree trafficking has been a long-standing and regrettable problem. Cutting trees such as red sanders, teak wood and sandal wood is still a challenging task. Despite many advances in technology, ensuring the protection of trees in a vast region like as a forest is difficult. It is also opulent to put into practice. We are working on a method to prevent tree trafficking in the forest. Arduino is used with a flex sensor humidity sensor , mems sensor and power supply to create the systems. At the point if any malfunction, the tree unit module and that the specifical geographical location will be communicated via GSM.gsm is also being used to restructure real-time data from the tree unit to that the monitoring section. This ensures data security as well as privacy.

Electricity, being one of the most important resources, must be utilized carefully. We often forget to switch off lights or fans when we leave a room. By using this system, we can intentionally forget about the lights as the system will automatically take care of them. The digital World we are living in allows us to use different technologies to automatically perform certain tasks. Such automation is very useful in certain areas like energy consumption, reducing human efforts, improving standard of living etc. Smart Lab is a project consisting of different systems. It uses Camera for capturing user faces and recognizing them to open door automatically using Solenoid Lock for registered users. It also comprises of system having Google Assistant on mobile and other applications which will help to turn on and off lights, fans, etc.

Plant disease diagnosis is a huge issue in increasing the production of yield in the agriculture sector. Identifying plant diseases is crucial to prevent loss of yield and quantity of agricultural products. The recent advances in computer vision helps the researchers in using the Artificial intelligence technology for finding and detecting the type of plant disease of the crop. In this current research, a deep learning technology is used for detecting and to classify the type of disease through image processing technique. Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) is utilized for image processing for detection of diseases, including image acquisition, image preprocessing, image segmentation, and feature extraction and classification. This describes a method for detecting the disease of plants by using the image of their leaves. It also describes the algorithm for extracting some segmentation and functionality used in the detection of plant diseases.

Analog-to-digital coverters (ADCs) are used for digital signal processing in biomedical wearable devices,in implantable medical devices such as pacemakers, sensor interfaces such as in temperature and image sensors, and in the Internet of Things ( IOT ) applications . Several works have aimed to reduce the power consumption as the previously mentioned applications require low power for long term operations where the primary source of power is usually batteries. This introduces a new successive approximation register circuit ( SAR ) for SAR analog to digital converter (ADC) based on Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM) cells. Based on the proposed DRAM based SAR ADC and a differential capacitive DAC, a 10-bit ADC is designed in 0.18um CMOS technology.

Dermis problems are dangerous and often contagious, especially melanoma, eczema, and impetigo. These skin diseases can be cured if detected early. The basic problem with it, only a dermatologist can diagnose such a disease. At times, doctors also fail miserably to properly diagnose the disease and thus give the wrong medication to the patient. Our paper proposes a way to diagnose skin disease based on Image Processing and Deep Learning Strategies. Our system is based on mobile phones so it can be used even in remote areas. I the patient needs to provide a picture of the infected area and is provided as an input application. Graphic Processing and In-depth Learning Strategies process us and bring us the most accurate output. In this paper, we present a comparison of two different real-time skin diseases to find an algorithm based on accuracy. We compared the Navies Bias Classifier. Results for real-time testing is introduced.

Abstract : Stress can be considered as a state of mental or emotional strain or tension resulting from adverse or demanding circumstances. Stress is as the result of an interaction between an individual's emotional, intellectual, social and physical resources and the demands on him or her. Argued that stress is a different phenomenon from pressure. Stress is something more than pressure1. In addition, most of the aged are not accorded the dignity of care they deserve in later life. Alternate nostril breathing such as Anulom Vilom is noted for its physical and mental health benefits, including: improved patience, focus, and control. relief from stress and anxiety. Improvements to brain, respiratory, and cardiovascular health. Perceived stress is higher for students in various healthcare courses. Previous studies have shown that pranayama practice is beneficial for combating stress and improve cardiovascular functions but both fast and slow pranayama practice produce different physiological responses.7MATERIAL AND METHOD: A quantitative research approach with non-experimental survey design was used to conduct the study in selected area of Jhalawar District of Rajasthan . The study setting was in Green park area Jhalwar Rajasthan Non-probability convient sampling technique was adapted to select 30 senior citizen selected area of Jhalawar District of Rajasthan .A standardized Perceived Stress Scale (PSS) was used to assess the stress among senior citizen . Ethical permission was taken from authorities in concerned areas. The written consent form was prepared for the study participant regarding their willingness to participate in the research studyThe present study found that in the pre assessment of stress the most of Senior citizens had severe stress 53% followed by moderate 30 % mild level of stress and 17%. After doing regular Anulom Viloma pranayama majority of the senior citizens shifted to moderate level of stress 66.7% and in 10% in mild stress. These results were supported by Panigrahi S et al (2015) which found that the most of the elders (86.66%) residing in selected old age home had moderate stress whereas similar percentage (6.66%) of them had mild and severe stress respectively
