Icons have become an indispensable part of our daily lives, from physical wayfinding systems to digital interface navigation. We rely on them to guide us and make our lives easier. However, as the world and technology continue to evolve, it is essential to question the utility of old icons and explore the need for new ones. Additionally, the way icons are perceived and interpreted by users may also have evolved over time, requiring a deeper understanding of the functional and aesthetic values that need to be considered while designing new age icons. Overall, icons remain a crucial part of our intuitive navigation systems, and their continued evolution and relevance are essential to our daily lives. This paper aims to explore the evolution of icons in the age of technology and the arguments surrounding their need for contemporary relevance. The first argument we will examine is whether icons that do not evolve with changing physical objects and places should be updated to remain relevant. The second argument is the considerations that need to be made when changing icons to maintain their effectiveness. Designers must ensure that new icons accurately represent the objects and places they signify while being easily recognizable and understandable by users. It is crucial to communicate any changes to users effectively and provide clear instructions on how to interpret and use the new icons to avoid confusion or misunderstanding. By understanding the evolving nature of icons, we can ensure that they continue to play an essential role in guiding us in the right direction on our devices.

Abstract In the present study an attempt is made to assess the relationship between multiple intelligence and cognitive styles of the students studying in secondary schools and influence of demographic variables on MI. A total of 1697 students were randomly selected from the Mysuru district selected using simple random sampling.. They were administered Multiple Intelligences Scale (MIS) is a tool developed by Surabhi Agarwal and Suraksha Pal (2017) cognitive style inventory developed by Kelu and Asha (2016) . The data were subjected to chi-square tests and results revealed significant relations were found between the dimensions of multiple intelligence (linguistic, logical, spatial, naturalistic, interpersonal & intrapersonal) and field-dependent cognitive style (D-style) with the majority of the respondents displaying average levels of each in association with each other. Significant associations have been observed between total multidimensional intelligence and field-dependent cognitive style (D-style), with a greater number of respondents expressing average levels of both in relation to each other. The multiple intelligence dimensions (linguistic, logical, spatial, naturalistic, interpersonal, and intrapersonal) and the field-independent cognitive style (I-style) were shown to be significantly correlated, with the majority of respondents showing average levels of each in relation to one another. The field-independent cognitive style (I-style) and total multiple intelligence were shown to be significantly correlated, with the majority of respondents showing medium levels of both in respect to one another.

The objective is to design a miniaturized microstrip patch antenna with narrow bandwidth and appropriate size for biomedical applications. The targeted design frequency lies between 5.725GHz to 5.825GHz. In this research, a miniaturized microstrip patch antenna with the ground is being developed on a wearable substrate with the required compact and simple structure dimensions. A miniaturized microstrip patch antenna is mostly preferable for biomedical applications like stroke imaging, and tumor detection in breast cancer to characterize malignant, benign, and normal breast tissues, MRI, and PET scanners, etc. We design the antenna using CST studio. The results show that the antenna design can be used for biomedical applications. The simulated antenna will be fabricated with flexible materials like jeans, cotton, tween, neoprene rubber, leather, and fleece fabric. Finally, the fabricated antenna is tested in the network analyzer for the testing results.

Deshpande is an amazing writer who writes about women's problems, and about their sexuality in an open manner. She is primarily concerned with the silence, subdued-anger and suppression of women under patriarchy. Her tactful understanding of the suffering of women and its root cause, amalgamated with her skill to delineate them authentically, makes her a novelist of rare expertise. Her obligation as a novelist is to give ample freedom to her characters who would lead their own lives with as little interference with their decisions and actions as possible. The purpose of this research paper is to find out 'New Woman' in Shashi Deshpande's novel 'Roots and Shadows'

An optical multi-plug is a multiple input and multiple output ports hardware architecture used to obtain a single channel and long-distance communication network which is possible because of the assembling (integration) of a "color glass filter" with a color sensor. On the other hand, the "color ray of light" passes through the input port and then communicates with the "color glass filter" and "color sensor" at the output port, and after filtering and matching the "color ray of light" by the "color sensor" and "color glass filter" the "color ray of light" is able to transmit through a single channel. thus the multiple "colors of light" passes through the output port of the "optical multi-plug" and after the filter, they are able to transmit via a single channel. where the different "color of light" is able to transmit by the "single channel" toward the receiver end within a particular interval of time, finally by using the "optical multi-plug" it is possible to establish the single channel long-distance and "repeater-less" communication network.

Ionizable compounds can be separated using ion-exchange chromatography (IEC) based on variations in their charge characteristics. IEC classifies molecules based on differences in their net surface charge. Molecules will interact with charged chromatographic medium to variable degrees due to differences in their total charge, charge density, and surface charge distribution. One of the most adaptable and extensively used liquid chromatography (LC) techniques due to its vast sample-handling capacity, broad applicability (especially to proteins and enzymes), reasonable cost, powerful resolving ability, and simplicity of scale-up and automation. One of the most often used techniques in ion chromatography (IC) for identifying both organic and inorganic ions is the ion exchange chromatography system. In this chapter, we go over the fundamentals of IEC as well as more general standards for deciding on IEC conditions and their use in ion exchange chromatography.

Abstract: The Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) scheme in India has transformed welfare delivery by directly transferring funds to the bank accounts of beneficiaries. It has significantly impacted households, with 85% of rural and 69% of urban households benefiting from the scheme. The integration of Jan-Dhan bank accounts, Aadhaar cards, and mobile numbers, known as the "Jam triangle," has eliminated intermediaries and reduced corruption. In FY 2022-23 alone, the Indian government transferred Rs 7.17 lakh crore through the DBT scheme, providing crucial support during the COVID-19 pandemic. Haryana has excelled in implementing DBT and introduced the Parivar Pehchan Patra, automating essential document creation and disbursing old-age pensions. This has resulted in savings of Rs 1,200 crore by detecting fake beneficiaries. The success of DBT and Parivar Pehchan Patra demonstrates the government's commitment to transparent and efficient welfare delivery. This research assesses the impact of the DBT scheme in Haryana, providing insights for future policy decisions and enhancing the scheme's effectiveness.

Eye is a sense organ i.e. one of the important dyanindriya ( panchadyan indriya ) which perceives image and light. Sub hyaloid hemorrhag is accumulation of blood in subhyloid space ,it may cause sudden and severe loss of vision, it may be permanent if left untreated. Raktapitta is a Mahagada (dreadful disease) which has Mahavega (having severe intensity in terms of bleeding) and is Sheegrakari (having abrupt onset). The movement of raktapitta is directed upwards and downwords ,the former through seven orificices and latter through two orifices (bhaya srotas). Mainly srotas is classified into the two kinds , namely Bhaya and Abhyantara srotas. Bahirmukh srotas in males are 9 in numbers and in female it is 12 in numbers. Bhaya srotas are 2 nasa , 2 karna , 2 nayana ( eyes ) ,1 mukha , 1mehana , 1 guda .In females, 2 stana randhra and 1 raktapatha .That raktta coming from upper passage is curable ,the one coming from downwards is maintainable and that which comes both ways is incurable .When it flows out from all the orifices including the hair follicles with innumerable movements, it is fatal. Hence we can consider acute hemorrhage in eyes including acute sub hyaloid hemorrhage as a urdhwak raktapitta and can treat accordingly. In this case report, a 33 year old male patient came for ayurvedic management in clinic with complaining of sudden diminished vision of right eyes due to sub hyaloid hemorrage i.e urdhwak rakta pitta .He had undergone thorough ophthalmic investigations before 1 months with fundus photograph and was diagnosed with subhyaloid heamorrhge in right eye. He has taken treatment from ophthalmologist and also taken opinion of hematologist. The sub hyaloid heamorrahage was sudden despite of any hematological abnormalities. After 1 month, complete ophthalmic examination of patient revealed vision of 6/36 in right eye with no satisfactory improvement. Patient was advised vitrectomy and laser therapy but the patient was not willing for that so he came for ayurvedic treatment . He was treated with Ayurvedic treatment plan for 45 days and got significant improvement in his right eye vision. With this case study we can conclude that chronic Subhyaloid Hemorrhage can be well managed with Ayurvedic medicine and ayurvedic concepts of raktapitta.
