Hospitality sector in India is seen to be progressing at an excitable and rapid pace. Nonetheless, with increase in its approach towards being 'guest-centric,' it has caused the employees to work at a faster pace in highly demanding workplace environment. The aim was to study the impact of workplace stress on job commitment and moderating role of emotional intelligence among employees in hospitality. A total of four hypotheses based on previously conducted research studies were selected and purposive sample of 104 hospitality workers within the age range of 22-55 years participated in the study. Pearson's correlation coefficient was used in assessing the correlation between all the three variables. Furthermore, to assess the moderating role of emotional intelligence on workplace stress and organisational commitment Regression analysis was used. The results showcased Workplace stress and organisational commitment showcased negative association. Organisational commitment and Emotional Intelligence had weekly positive association. Lastly, Workplace Stress and Emotional intelligence had very weak negative correlation between these two variables. Regression analysis indicated no significant moderation. There is no statistically significant relationship between the predictor variables, workplace stress and emotional intelligence, and the response variable, organisational commitment. Therefore, emotional intelligence does not positively moderate the relationship between workplace stress and organisational commitment.

The exponential increase in the population has led to a waste management crisis. All over the world experts are working hard to develop a system that can efficiently eradicate this adversity. One such efficient method for the treatment of wastewater is via (Microbial fuel cell) MFC. MFC is a low-power generating renewable energy source. It aids in generating clean electricity by treating wastewater. But this technology is not entirely exclusive, it has its drawbacks such as the generation of low voltage current, high production cost, lower power output, and low energy conversion efficiency. This increases the need to improve the MFC to enhance electricity generation and wastewater treatment. Modification of various parts in the MFC system can aid to generate a positive result. The paper illustrates the probable methods to increase the efficiency of MFC for the generation of electricity.

A market serves as a meeting point where two parties come together to facilitate the exchange of goods and services. These parties, known as buyers and sellers, can gather either in a physical location or on online platforms such as websites or apps. Marketing plays a crucial role in accelerating the buying and selling process within the market. Its primary objective is to ensure that goods and services are made available to customers according to their needs and desires. Traditional marketing methods have been in use for a considerable period of time. However, with the advancement of information technologies and the widespread availability of high-speed internet, marketing is transitioning from conventional approaches to non-conventional methods. Organizations that embrace these new marketing technologies can ef ectively communicate with their customers while delivering goods and services to them. The present paper will do comparative study between Traditional and Digital Marketing. This study will also focus on the factors which impact the buying behaviour of customers towards traditional and digital marketing.

In the past two years India has faced a lot of trouble due to sudden spread of pandemic due to which the immense growth in the field of Education sector was adversely affected. We always say that gaining as well as providing education is never ending process, it can never be congested. Keeping this thing in mind the use of modern LMS (Learning-Management-System) came into force. The pandemic made us realize that not only the old traditional methods (face-to-face teacher student interaction), but also the modern LMS method is a necessity in the new India. Currently each and every sector is joining forces with Information and Communication Technology (ICT). ICT plays a very important role when it comes to education. When we talk about higher education, it has faced a lot of challenges, and then ICT came to the rescue. It helped in overcoming the barriers of higher education. While writing this research paper there were several challenges found such as the students as well as teachers facing difficulty in adapting the new system, students lack of concentration while ongoing classes, miniscule (very less) interaction, indiscipline behavior and many more which has been discussed in the research paper. Several tools were found which provided such platform where educators and students can communicate while sitting at their particular homes such as Zoom, Google meet, Google classroom, You tube, Teach mint, NLP (Next-learning-platform) applications, etc. With the help of these tools students were able to reach to the best educators not only in India but across the whole world. Now, these tools are also helping teachers to reach the last student in the last mile. The Government of India has always been very active when it comes to providing education to children as well as women who don't have enough money to afford the cost of education. Seeing the difficulty faced by them, also to ensure the higher education of students government of India has launched various schemes such as AICTE Doctoral Fellowship (ADF),Pragati scholarship, Manodarpan scheme (one of the schemes under Atma-nirbhar Bharat Abhiyan) etc. Few schemes are discussed briefly in the concerned paper. LMS has not only been helpful in providing education platforms for students but has also encouraged teachers, professors to keep in pace with updated technology.

The present research work discusses a case study of a 42-year-old housewife who complained of complete hair loss from all the parts of her body. The patient had undergone allopathic treatment and Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) therapy for about five years but with no positive outcome. The patient was diagnosed with Ruhya in Ayurved, a rare and challenging disease that can have a profound effect on physical and emotional well-being. The treatment plan included various Ayurvedic procedures such as Nasya karma, Shirolepa, Shiro Abhyanga, Rasayana, and Dosha Pachana. After the 13th sitting of Marsha Nasya, the patient experienced hair growth in the lid margin, eyebrow region, inside the nose, and the occipital part of the head. The patient had 11 follow-ups, and during the last follow-up, the patient had a full head of hair. The discussion highlights the importance of using Ayurvedic procedures for treating hair loss caused by chronic illness, premature aging or nutritional deficiency.
