Abstract
Fingerprints are amongst the oldest and most changed biometric systems, and they are frequently employed in biometric forms of identification. Vehicle safety has become a serious problem as the frequency of crime has increased. Vehicle keys are a big concern these days since they are easily forgotten or lost when carried. A system that uses a ?ngerprint authentication method to start a car. The operator can use the ?ngerprint reader to start the car with this technology. At start, this technology lets the customer to authenticate by scanning their unique fingerprint. To start the car, they might register several fingerprints. When a user scans their fingerprint in monitoring mode, if the framework does not recognize or memorize the fingerprint, or if the unknown person scans, the device alerts the security and turns off the ignition by having turned off the petrol nozzle in the event of a breach using GPS when the IC is relocated by an unrecognized user. This provides a safe and worry-free way to begin the engine or automobile. This is due to the system's usage of an ATmega 328 microcontroller, which includes an LCD screen, as well as push buttons and a starting motor. Another potential is a seamless and quick start for an identifiable user.

Abstract
Today there is huge Advancement in the Technical field which is increasing day by day. In early days there were only computer systems where we were able to perform only few tasks, but today new technologies like machine learning, artificial intelligence, deep learning, and few some others have made computer systems so advance that we can perform any type of task with them. In recent years, Artificial Intelligence (AI) have done remarkable progress and its Capability is increasing day by day. One of the application Area of AI is Natural Language Processing (NLP). Natural Language Processing (NLP) helps Humans to communicate with the computer system in their own Language. For example, Voice Assistant. Various voice assistants were developed and they are still being improved more for better performance to overcome struggling of humans to interact with their machine. we are trying to develop a voice assistant using python which will help user to perform any type of task without interaction with keyboard. The aim of this paper is to study how voice assistants behaves smartly and can be used to get everyday work done and also be used for educational purpose also.

Abstract
his article Summaries a comparative study of seismic analysis of various types of reinforced concrete silos. We are analyzing Circular silos, rectangular silos & square silos structures, considering different seismic zones. Whole Design and analysis of all Structures has been done in STAAD Pro Software. The total Six numbers of models are included in this project where the model 1 & 2 are designed as Square Silo, Model 3 & 4 designed as Rectangular Silo and Model 5 & 6 are designed as Circular Silo.

Abstract
Dichotic Listening Tasks have been a very fascinating tool, used over time to study various auditory sensory processes. A variation of it, with a paragraph of 10 sentences each, spoken at approximate speed of 150 wpm, has been employed here to explore whether the order in which the languages are learned by an individual influences the message which is attended in a dichotic listening task. A sample of 120 college students was taken, whose first language L1 was Marwari dialect of Rajasthani, second language L2 was Hindi and the third language L3 was English. They were given a sample of each language in each ear against another language in the other ear, with each language sample provided in both Left and Right ear to counterbalance any potential effect of REA. The language of the message attended was noted. It was found that regardless of the ear in which presented, L1 was preferred over L2 and L3 and L2 preferred over L3 significantly, with L3 preferred least; indicating existence of a hierarchy of languages, where the language learned first may have chances of significant preference over others.
