In addition to killing insects or weeds, Pesticides contaminate soil, water, turf, and other vegetation and also cause negative effects on a host of other organisms including birds, fish, beneficial insects, and non-target plants. Insecticides are generally the most acutely toxic class of pesticides. Fipronil 5%SC belongs to the phenylpyrazole group. It is a broad spectrum insecticide, toxic by contact and ingestion. Hence, the aim of the present study was to assess the effect of Fipronil 5%SC insecticide on freshwater fish Catla catla. The 96h LC50 value was found at 0.58mg/l, and observed the behavioral studies. Fipronil 5% SC disrupts the central nervous system by blocking GABA-gated chloride channels and glutamate-gated chloride (GluCl) channels. For this reason, it causes hyperexcitation of exposed fish nerves and muscles. .

We have successfully developed a reverse phase Ultra Fast Liquid Chromatography (UFLC) method that is both simple and sensitive, allowing for rapid and precise estimation of valsartan in pharmaceutical dosage forms. To establish the chromatographic conditions, we utilized a C18 analytical phenomenal (Kinetex) column with dimensions of 250x4.6mm and a particle size of 5 microns. The mobile phase employed in this method consisted of a 60:40 ratio of phosphate buffer (pH 3.5) and acetonitrile. To ensure accuracy, a sample volume of 20 microliters was injected into the HPLC system after degassing the mobile phase using a Sonica ultrasonic sonicator. The flow rate was maintained at 1 ml per minute, and a wavelength of 273 nm was selected for detection purposes. The column temperature was set at ambient conditions throughout the analysis. We conducted a thorough validation of the developed method, considering various parameters such as accuracy, precision, linearity, limit of detection, limit of quantitation, and solution stability. This validation process ensured the reliability and robustness of our method for estimating valsartan in different dosage forms. Our proposed method offers several advantages, including simplicity, sensitivity, rapidity, precision, and cost-effectiveness. It can be effectively employed for the estimation of valsartan in pharmaceutical dosage forms.

Computer is very indispensable in today's world and it became a requirement. It is used in various organizations, institutions and homes today. Computer vision syndrome is one of the most common 21 century leading occupational health hazard also known as digital eye strain. Prevalence ranges from 64% to 90% among computer users. Approximately 60 million people suffer from CVS globally. It is mainly caused by long time use of digital screen, appropriate poster & angles, poor lighting and distance, uncorrected or under corrected vision problems. People with CVS manifest dry & irritated eyes, eye strain, blurred vision, headache, pain in neck and shoulder etc. It can be corrected and prevented by vision therapy, using contact lenses prescribed to meet the unique visual demands, proper viewing, (proper lighting, chair comfort, proper angle and position). Most importantly it can be managed by following 20-20-20 rule; taking a 20 seconds break to view something 20 feet away every 20 minutes.

Molodtsov (1999) initiated the concept of soft sets in [1]. Maji et al. (2003) defined some operations on soft sets in [22]. Aktas and Cagman defined the concept of generalized soft groups in [16]. Sun et al. (2008) has given the concept of soft modules in [21]. In this paper, intuitionistic fuzzy soft module concept is introduced along with some operations on intuitionistic fuzzy soft sets given. Finally some basic properties were discussed.

The food delivery industry is the fastest growing industry and its employees are mainly the delivery boys exposed to many work-related health issues, which are often ignored and the reason for a chronic or acute illness that in succession impacts their lives, finances, and personal life. The very nature of the work contributes to health risks due to musculoskeletal discomfort, psychological stress, and the pressure for delivering on time. An increasing number of injuries, accidents, and occupational-related disorders are experienced by them. A study was hence conducted among 120 food delivery boys (18 - 40 years) to study the work-related stress factors and recommend ergonomics solutions to alleviate them. A self-constructed and validated questionnaire was used to elicit demographic and work-related information, and the Quick Exposure Checklist to collect the data on their occupational health. The average age of the sample is 24.8 years. There is an urgent need for positive intervention methods to reduce occupational work stress. Ergonomics and occupational health studies can greatly benefit food delivery boys by addressing their physical and mental well-being, improving their work conditions, and reducing the risk of work-related injuries

Post installed anchors come in either mechanical anchors that develop their strength purely through mechanical interlock with the base concrete, or bonded anchors that develop their strength by bonding anchor rod to the base concrete. Bonded anchors are either grouted, typically cementitious material, or adhesive, typically a chemical material. This thesis presents a current literature review of post-installed bonded anchors, preliminary testing of adhesive bonded anchors, and details of short term and long-term test setups for future testing. The purpose of this thesis was to develop the test setups that will be used for future testing on anchors.

The Automatic Medicine Dispenser is presented in this paper, with the aim of simplifying the process of taking medication for patients, particularly seniors, by ensuring timely and accurate dosage. This system can help reduce the likelihood of accidental overdosing or underdosing, which can lead to complications such as delayed recovery, illness, and even mortality. By notifying patients when it's time to take their medication and reminding them to take the appropriate dose, the automatic medicine dispenser can help address these issues. Additionally, the system allows for direct communication between patients and caregivers, as it will alert the caregiver if the patient misses a dose.

Tourist Recommendation systems are used to provide personalized recommendations to tourists based on their preferences and interests. Being this popular, there is still not a large-scale environment available in the market. Our paper aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the tourist recommendation systems. The paper discusses the different techniques used in these systems, while reviewing the various datasets and evaluation metrics used in the development and evaluation of these systems. These systems use various techniques, including collaborative filtering, content-based filtering, hybrid filtering, and context-aware filtering, to recommend tourist sites, hotels, and restaurants to users. The evaluation metrics used includes precision, recall, RMSE, MAP values. The paper also explores the different applications of tourist recommendation systems, including their use in travel planning, tourist information centers, mobile applications, and chatbots. Overall, this survey paper provides a comprehensive overview of tourist recommendation systems and highlights the various techniques, applications, challenges, and future research directions in this field.

Fluoroscopic imaging has become more common in contemporary orthopedic operating rooms, which provides many advantages for orthopedic treatments. Intra-operative fluoroscopy enables indirect visualization of anatomy, which facilitates quicker, less stressful, and easier patient operations and lowers morbidity. However, due to the well-known biological consequences of ionizing radiation, the use of fluoroscopy in the orthopedic theatre poses hazards to orthopedic surgeons. These side effects range from dose-dependent deterministic ones like cataracts and infertility to dose-independent stochastic ones like the development of cancer in radiosensitive organs. Real-time imaging of moving structures and improved visualisation of anatomical functioning are made possible by the use of radio contrast chemicals in fluoroscopy and angiography, which utilize X-ray imaging. Despite the benefits of fluoroscopy, orthopedic surgeons frequently do not receive the required radiation safety training, which leads to a lack of understanding of the dangers of ionizing radiation. In an academic hospital in Kashmir, this study sought to evaluate the orthopedic surgeons' general radiation safety knowledge, awareness, and practices. A convenience sample of orthopedic surgeons from predetermined hospitals was used in a survey research approach. A questionnaire was randomly distributed, and percentage tables were used to analyses the results. 66 responses were obtained in response to the 100 questionnaires that were delivered. The results of this study provide important light on the current state of radiation safety knowledge and awareness among orthopedic surgeons, emphasizing the need for better education and procedures to reduce the dangers of ionising radiation in the orthopedic theatre.
