This study examined the impact of migration on multidimensional poverty in Gurage zone of Southern National Regional State in Ethiopia. The key objectives of the study were to analyze the prevalence of multidimensional poverty, identifying the determinants of MPI, and estimating the impact of migration on multidimensional poverty of rural households in the study area. Data were collected from a total of randomly selected 384 sample households. The data were analyzed using a multidimensional poverty index, probit regression model and propensity score matching. From multidimensional poverty index, the adjusted headcount ratio in non-migrant households, migrant sending households, and overall population was 19.8%, 10.5%, and 15.7%, respectively. The incidence of poverty in non-migrant and migrant sending households was 43.5% and 25.6%, in that order. The average deprivation share of poor people in migrant sending and non-migrant households in the weighted indicators was 41% and 43.5%, correspondingly. The contribution of non-migrant and migrant sending households to the adjusted headcount ratio was 70.5% and 29.5%, respectively. The result of an econometric model indicated that; household size, number of migrants, education of household head, and livestock holding have a significant effect on rural household multidimensional poverty in the study area. The average effect of migration on multidimensional poverty reduction was 4.3% and 1.6% in migrant sending households and the entire population, respectively. This study showed that, the scale and the prevalence of multidimensional poverty is well controlled by migration. Therefore, this study recommended for development planners to mainstream migration and all stakeholders are requested to participate in awareness creation on top of effective migration management and efficient use of its remunerations.

Aquatic vertebrates play crucial role in their respective ecosystems for ecological balance and stability. Fresh water fishes constitutes the most conspicuous component of inland aquatic fauna. These cold blooded Gnathostome vertebrates are perpetually chained to an underwater existence and occur in all kind of hydrographic media. . The river water under goes drastic changes in hydrogen ion concentration according to the rain fall and other potential factors such as their origin in snow capped mountains, which melt during summers. The migration of the fish during rainy season or monsoon is mostly for breeding purpose. The Amphibians are known for their dual life both on land as well as in water, mostly they spend early stage or developmental stages of their life in water. Amphibians often spend their adult life near the water bodies and marshy or moist places. The River Tawi was investigated in 2007-08 for thorough study of fauna from its banks and inside the water . During the investigation very limited groups of vertebrates were explored and studied that included some species of prominent fishes of the region and a unique species of Amphibian. This investigation was carried out between Nagrota and nikki Tawi bridge that covers 7-8 kms stretch of the river. Attempts were made to collect the specimens periodically in all the seasons and several chances were gone vain since river is deteriorating due to direct and indirect exposure of pollutants and solid wastes coming from highly populated Jammu city in the form of sewerages and garbages. Pollution caused major damage to important fauna of the river and reduced population of its inhabitants to greater extent. Main emphasis have been laid on the recovery of fauna present in the river and particularly vertebrates ( Fishes and Amphibians ) that plays major role in the ecosystem and functions as top most consumers in the food chain and food webs at certain trophic levels. During the investigation three species of fishes and one species of Frog were found and studied for their characteristic features. The fishes studied were Tor tor, Labeo rohita and Mystus seenghala ,while one species of frog was Rana cyanophlyctis.

Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID19) is caused by SARS-COV2 which is a RNA type virus and spreads through droplets. COVID 19 is now a pandemic disease. In several researches it has been shown that this virus works through Angiotensin converting enzyme II (ACEII) and its receptor named ACEII receptor and ACE receptor 1 (AT1R). We are considering a new treatment pathway which is blocker of JAK-STAT pathway and STAT2 and STAT 6 pathway. ACE II receptors are expressed via JAK STAT pathway and STAT2, STAT3, STAT6 pathways. So with anti viral therapy, if we provide JAK-STAT pathway inhibitor like Baricitinib and Ruxolitinib then the treatment can show a better prognosis.

Macroeconomics, investigation of the conduct of a national or territorial economy all in all. It is worried about understanding economy-wide occasions, for example, the aggregate sum of products and enterprises delivered, the degree of joblessness, and the general conduct of costs. In contrast to microeconomicswhich concentrates how individual monetary entertainers, for example, buyers and firms, decidemacroeconomics frets about the total results of those choices. Therefore, notwithstanding utilizing the instruments of microeconomics, for example, gracefully and-request examination, macroeconomists additionally use total estimates, for example, total national output (GDP), joblessness rates, and the buyer value file (CPI) to contemplate the enormous scope repercussions of miniaturized scale level choices. The principle target of the examination is to think about the Macroeconomics and the elements which are answerable for the development of the nation.

Now a days the major problem, we are facing is contamination of water by the industrial wastages. More than 80% of the worlds wastewater flows back into the environment without being treated. The wastewater from industries varies so greatly in both flow and pollution strength. So, it is impossible to assign fixed values to their constituents. In general, industrial wastewaters may contain suspended, colloidal and dissolved (mineral and organic) solids. In addition, they may be either excessively acid or alkaline and may contain high or low concentrations of colored matter. These wastes may contain inert, organic or toxic materials and possibly pathogenic bacteria. These wastes may be discharged into the sewer system provided they have no adverse effect on treatment efficiency or undesirable effects on the sewer system. It may be necessary to pretreat the wastes prior to release to the municipal system or it is necessary to a fully treatment when the wastes will be discharged directly to surface or ground waters. Industrial wastewater, especially from chemical and pharmaceutical production, often contains substances that need to be treated before being discharged into a biological treatment plant and subsequent water bodies. Generally, this can be done close to the site of production itself, in selected wastewater streams before reaching a central treatment plant. And moreover, we cannot use normal methods for removing the toxic substances present in the water. To overcome this problem, we are using IOT technology for monitoring the water. And use filters to remove the chemicals present in the water
