It is common knowledge that the principles of civil engineering have been disseminated around the globe. In addition, it has been rapidly spreading over the past few years. The idea of civil engineering is front and center in India's development efforts at the moment. As Civil Engineers, one of our responsibilities is to be able to study and design different components of buildings, such as beams, columns, slabs, and so on. Within the scope of this term project, STAAD. Pro is utilised for the research and design of a G+8 commercial building. STAAD. Pro and Pro are the two most well-known pieces of design software now on the market, and a large number of design companies make extensive use of them. The findings that were obtained via the process of designing a building utilizing the software are going to be presented as the primary emphasis of this study. As part of the design phase, you will need to calculate the load (including live load, dead load, and wild load), as well as examine the complete structure. Limit State Designs, which are in accordance with the Indian Standard Code of Practise, are the design methods that are applied while using both of these software packages. The basic objective of a structural engineer is to make use of available technology to build a structure that is not only secure but also economical, with the end goal of gaining the confidence to design structures that are progressively larger and more complicated. STAAD. Pro software comes equipped with a variety of capabilities, including a contemporary user interface, visualization tools, and more.

Jerrod Carmichael is an American stand-up comedian, actor, and filmmaker. He is most well known for co-creating and starring in the semi autobiographical NBC sitcom The Carmichael Show (2015-17) and for the three stand-up specials he has created for HBO - Love at the Store (2014), 8 (2017), and Rothaniel (2022). The Primetime Emmy Award winning Rothaniel serves as another entry into an era of stand-up comedy that acts as a vulnerable and brutally honest look into the comedian's psyche - with Bo Burnham's Inside (2021) and Hannah Gadsby's Nanette (2018) being other notable works of the said era. Rothaniel sees Carmichael drenched in the lights of an intimate setting in the legendary Blue Note Jazz Club in New York City, as he lets the audience indulge in the many secrets of his being - including a revelation about his own sexuality. This paper attempts to analyse the employment of the medium of stand-up comedy in the vulnerable expression of one's own identity and gender, examining Carmichael's anecdotes as a black homosexual man in America with reference to other works from contemporary cinema, music and comedy that discusses a similar zeitgeist.

Poor nutritional status in primary school children can lead to several health problems such as easy susceptibility to common childhood diseases. Personal hygiene status is an important predictor of nutritional status and morbidity in children as water and sanitation related diseases are the leading causes of early morbidity and mortality in children. The present study was conducted to assess the nutritional status as well as personal hygiene practices of primary school going children. The present study was a cross-sectional study conducted in selected in Azam Campus Primary School Pune, in children 6-12 years of age. A sound mind comes from a sound body which would be possible through intake of healthy food, exercise, and personal hygienic practices. In the present study the investigators made an attempt to study the personal hygiene status of high school students. An observation checklist was constructed and validated by the researchers to assess the personal hygiene status of the high school students. The collected data were analyzed by using descriptive and inferential statistical techniques. Maintaining personal hygiene is important for social health, physical health and psychosocial health. The present study aimed to assess the knowledge and reported practices of school going children regarding personal hygiene with a view to develop an information booklet. Regarding knowledge and hygienic practices, mother's education plays vital role for school going children. Also, teachers with parents can play a pivotal role in providing health education regarding personal hygiene from early stage of childhood itself for longevity and to protect from illnesses.

Introduction: only sparse scattered studies present a practical approach on the nutritional requirements of modern basketball players. This paper aims to gather and complete such a disseminated knowledge from a theoretical-practical perspective. Objectives: to analyse the fatigue produced during a basketball game, while offering a practical solution to accelerate its recovery through nutrition. Methods: database research over the reviews of the last 15 years and its original articles on basketball of the last 5 years is included. Results: the selection of nutrients and food supplements along with their proper timing and doses are key for a quicker and more effective recovery. Conclusions: nutrition before, during and after games or high intense practices, plays a fundamental role in the recovery of the basketball player.

ABSTRECT In this work, an effort has been made to examine the performance, benefits, and drawbacks of the various generations of mobile wireless technologies that are currently in use. The paper discusses the creation and growth of several mobile wireless technology generations, as well as their significance and benefits over one another. Mobile wireless technologies have seen 4 or 5 generations of technological revolution and evolution in the last few decades, from 1G to 4G. The focus of current research in mobile wireless technology is on the advanced deployment of 4G and 5G technologies. While heterogeneous devices and technologies represent substantial dangers to 5G networks as compared to the previous generation of communication networks, 5G will provide a wide range of applications. In this post, we go through the crucial research issues surrounding security and privacy in 5G networks as well as the requirement for new security solutions for these networks

One of the most preferable methods for drug delivery is thought to be the oral route. Orally dispersible pills have recently emerged as the preferred dosage form, particularly for a certain group of patients, including pediatric, geriatric, those who are bedridden or mentally ill, and those who are uncooperative. Orally dispersible tablets shine above other conventional dosage forms due to their quick disintegration, higher patient compliance, and increased bioavailability. According to the European Pharmacopeia, orodispersible tablets are those that dissolve or disperse in the mouth before being swallowed in less than three minutes. The current article focuses on ideal characteristics, benefits and drawbacks, various methods for formulating orodispersible tablets and its evaluation, new research, and prospects in the future.

Brassica oleraceae var. capitate is commonly consumed wild vegetable species that underwent proximate study. This study aims to assess Brassica olerecea var. capitata proximate composition. While ash analysis is used to estimate the metal ions. The leaves of Brassica olerecea var. capitata were found to contain all the necessary micro and trace metals. It was found to include potassium, calcium, iron, magnesium and sodium. All of the important molecules were found and described using the elemental approach. Substances with biological significance. Furthermore, the nutritional value of Brassica olerecea var. capitata are a good source of dietary fiber and have something that no other fruits or vegetables contain, namely glucosinolates. As a result, we are interested to learn more about the proximate analyses of Brassica olerecea var. capitata.
