The Employees' State Insurance Scheme is one of the important social security measures available to employees in the organised sector. The effectiveness of the scheme depends not only on its statutory coverage, but also on the extent to which employees actually utilize its services and remain satisfied with the benefits received. The present study examines the utilization and satisfaction of employees towards ESIC services in Mysore Region. The study is based on primary data collected from 50 employees covered under the ESI Scheme and having experience in using ESIC-related services. A structured questionnaire was used to collect responses on utilization and satisfaction. The reliability of the utilization scale was found to be acceptable with a Cronbach's Alpha value of 0.797, while the satisfaction scale recorded a Cronbach's Alpha value of 0.816. Descriptive statistics, independent samples t-test, and Pearson correlation were used for analysis. The results show that the overall level of utilization of ESIC services is moderate, with a mean score of 3.1320. The overall level of satisfaction is also moderate to favourable, with a mean score of 3.3750. The t-test result indicates that there is no statistically significant difference in utilization between direct and contract employees. However, Pearson correlation shows a positive and statistically significant relationship between utilization and satisfaction. The study concludes that increased and effective use of ESIC services is associated with better satisfaction among employees. The study suggests strengthening service awareness, simplifying administrative procedures, improving digital access, and ensuring timely support to employees in Mysore Region.

Mother plays a major role in the development of personal characteristics, social behaviour, emotional adjustment and motivation of the child. The nurturing that a mother provides is unparalleled and a vital part of a child's care.3 However, the present scenario is such that it is not feasible to make a living with just one person's earnings. Hence, women set out to support their family. This in turn leads to lack of time in working mothers for personnel needs and also for family needs.4 Increasing employment of the mothers had lead to the early institutionalization of the children, fewer children are raised by stay-at-home mothers and more are spending prolonged hours with a secondary caregiver. As a consequence of changing patterns of child care Behavioral problems have become very common in children. A majority of children suffer from mild to moderate behavioral problems nowadays.

The investigation of the present study academic performance and emotional intelligence of higher secondary students. The Academic Performance students annual examination marks in obtained and Emotional Intelligence Scale (EIS) Anukool Hyde, Sanjyothe and Upender Dar (2001) were used to collect the data from a sample of 250 higher secondary school students studying in kancheepuram District of Tamilnadu State in India. The survey method had been followed and simple random sampling technique was used in administration of the research tools. Findings revealed that the high level of academic performance and emotional intelligence of higher secondary school students, there is significant difference in the gender and student residence of higher secondary school students with respect to their academic performance and emotional intelligence, there is significant and positive relationship between academic performance and emotional intelligence of higher secondary school students.

STEM education, encompassing disciplines such as science, technology, engineering, and mathematics, serves as a cornerstone for cultivating critical thinking, problem-solving, and innovation skills essential for navigating the complexities of the modern world. Virtual reality (VR) technology offers a transformative approach to STEM education by providing immersive, interactive, and experiential learning environments. To analyse the VR in Science education approximately eighty students in the ninth grade from the Chennai area in the state of Tamil Nadu were chosen for the present study from the government school. There were forty students chosen from each of the groups in both control and experimental group. The result revealed that adopting the method of learning through VR has enhanced the science learning with more interest and thus they experience better in learning science among the students by utilising the online learning environment.

The digitalization of education refers to the introduction of new technologies into the educational process, as well as the transformation of teaching methods and communication among various educational stakeholders. The potential of digital technologies in education is viewed by teachers largely in a positive light. Therefore, examining teachers' attitudes toward digitalization is essential for enhancing the effectiveness of education and ensuring the successful implementation of technologies in the educational process. The survey method is employed for this investigation. Data is gathered using the random sampling approach. The data came from over 520 teachers, 218 of them were from the State board and 302 from the CBSE board. Results revealed that there is significant mean difference between genders, board of the school, marital status and internet users in both perception of the teachers towards the students study skills and attitude towards teacher digital technology using in the classroom. To comprehensively understand teachers' attitudes toward digitalization, future studies should examine not only the implementation of new tools but also how the educational experience can be rethought and transformed.

Agriculture plays a vital role in economic growth and food security, but farmers often face challenges in crop selection, disease detection, soil analysis, fertilizer management, and yield prediction due to changing environmental conditions and lack of proper agricultural guidance. This project proposes an AI Powered Crop Recommendation System that uses Machine Learning and Deep Learning techniques to support smart and sustainable farming practices. The system analyzes soil properties, weather conditions, and agricultural parameters such as Nitrogen (N), Phosphorus (P), Potassium (K), temperature, humidity, rainfall, and pH level to recommend suitable crops using Random Forest and XGBoost algorithms. Soil type prediction is performed using a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) model, while plant disease detection is carried out using a MobileNet-based CNN model that identifies diseases from leaf images and provides fertilizer suggestions along with disease prevention and management strategies. Additionally, crop yield prediction is performed using an LSTM model by considering soil conditions, climatic factors, and geographical location. The proposed system also supports real-time agricultural monitoring and helps farmers optimize the use of water, fertilizers, and other resources efficiently. By integrating Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning technologies into agriculture, the system enables farmers to make accurate and data-driven decisions related to crop selection, disease control, fertilizer usage, and yield optimization. Overall, the project aims to improve agricultural productivity, reduce farming risks, promote sustainable farming practices, enhance farmer profitability, and contribute toward global food security and modern precision agriculture.

Intonation is an important aspect of spoken communication that affects how meaning is conveyed and interpreted, especially in academic settings. This study investigates the patterns of intonation used in questions and answers in academic English dialogues. The research focuses on common question types, including yes/no questions, wh-questions, and tag questions, as well as the intonation patterns found in their corresponding answers. A qualitative approach was employed to analyze selected academic conversations and identify the functions of rising and falling intonation. The findings show that rising intonation is frequently used in yes/no questions and situations expressing uncertainty or seeking confirmation, whereas falling intonation commonly occurs in wh-questions and declarative responses to indicate certainty and completeness. The study also reveals that intonation contributes to effective communication by helping speakers emphasize information, express attitudes, and avoid misunderstandings. The research concludes that developing awareness of intonation patterns is essential for EFL learners and should be incorporated into language teaching practices to improve academic speaking and listening skills.

Visual Speech Recognition or lip reading is a growing area of research in artificial intelligence and computer vision. The main goal of lip-reading systems is to recognize spoken words by looking at lip movements without using sound. These systems are really helpful in places, surveillance systems, generating subtitles for videos and technology for people who are hard of hearing. This paper presents a lip-reading model that uses learning to turn silent videos into text. The model works by finding the mouth in a video then using a special architecture that combines three types of networks Three-Dimensional Convolutional Neural Networks or 3D-CNN, which look at the video and find patterns in space and time. EfficientNetB0, which helps find the important features in the video. Bidirectional Long Short-Term Memory or Bi-LSTM, networks, which look at how lip movements change over time. The model uses something called Connectionist Temporal Classification loss to predict sequences of words without needing to line up each frame of video with a word. Tests show that the model can recognize speech from videos and produce accurate text. The model can be used in areas, such, as Helping people communicate, Security monitoring, Human-computer interaction, Making multimedia more accessible.
