The population of India has increased during the past few decades. There is a severe dearth of infrastructure in India at all levels; this country's housing deficit is a major issue. The rapid urban expansion of 2.8 percent between 2001 and 2011 led to an increase in urbanisation from 27.8 percent to 31.2 percent, making the housing scarcity discussed in this study more important in urban centres. India has 1.2 billion people, 377 million of whom live in metropolitan areas. The city's limited resources are under excessive pressure as a result of rapid urbanisation. There is now an acute shortage of many necessary amenities, including clean drinking water, a functioning sewage system, sanitary facilities, roads, and trash disposal. Water bodies and vegetation have been destroyed as a result of rapid urbanisation. The aim of this paper is to determine the Critical Success Factors (CSFs) in achieving Sustainable Housing Scheme from the economic, environmental, and social sustainability using various futuristic tools.

Human Asset the executives (HRM) is the term used to portray formal frameworks contrived for the administration of individuals inside an association. The obligations of a human asset supervisor fall into three significant regions: staffing, representative remuneration and advantages, and characterizing/planning work. Basically, the reason for HRM is to amplify the efficiency of an association by enhancing the adequacy of its representatives. This order is probably not going to change in any major manner, regardless of the consistently expanding speed of progress in the business world. As Edward L. Gubman saw in the Diary of Business System, "the fundamental mission of HR will constantly be to procure, create, and hold ability; adjust the labour force to the business; and be an astounding supporter of the business. Those three difficulties won't ever change." Human Asset The executives can be really difficult for private company particularly, which regularly don't have a HR division to depend on. They might be restricted to one HR individual, or this obligation might in any case have a place with the Chief. Notwithstanding, entrepreneurs need to comprehend the provokes to confront them so they are ready to handle HR issues as their organization, and labour force, develops. This paper targets concentrating on the difficulties in HRM, to propose measures to conquer the difficulties and feature the arising difficulties in HRM.

The study named "A Study on Consumer Behavior toward Life Insurance with reference to IT Professional in Pune' is about consumers buying behavior and the factor which influence consumer towards insurance companies. As an individual each person possesses a certain amount of risk from various sources. Typical Indian consumers consider the future and struggle to make a healthier and safer life for his dependents in the future. Therefore, life insurance products are created which will meet the need of two aspects that is: covering the risk and saving the tax. Insurance is the best and most effective tool for these purposes. So, for these a person goes for buying insurance. But there are many different factors which buyer analyses before buying and have different preferences. Life insurance represents the most appropriate investment opportunity for most investors. As financial markets become more sophisticated and complex, investors need a financial intermediary who provides the required knowledge and professional expertise on successful investing. As investors always try to maximize the returns and minimize the risk, Life insurance satisfies this requirement by providing attractive returns with affordable risk. When purchasing an insurance product, a customer transfers his life risks to an insurance company. The study concludes that consumers buy the insurance policy by giving importance to various factors such as tax benefits, flexibility, liquidity, website/app and interest rate/return. Gold, PPF & Mutual funds products are and can be the main competitors of Life Insurance. 66.97% of respondents think that high return & safety are the most important components when investing their money in investment. 58.72% of the respondents' main reasons to buy life insurance is to secure their family's financial future. Respondents expect moderate returns from life insurance, and a good clam settlement ratio. 53.21% of the respondents would like to receive information about insurance from an agent or personal advisor. The higher income groups are currently the major market for insurance companies. The consumer also goes through the advertisement before buying the policy. Most consumers are satisfied with their current companies, making them feel delighted might help the company to capture the competitor's market. Overall, the consumer is satisfied with buying insurance policy. So, the companies can plan for the policy keeping the competitors i.e., consumer preferred companies and other buying factors which consumer consider before buying. It will help the company to create better strategies. Target marketing and promotion marketing strategies are recommended to the company.

The drivers for electronic commerce are both technological (under the tremendous pressure of innovation) and business oriented. This paper will highlight some guidelines for companies who are entering into E-commerce to create an E-commerce strategy or who already have an E-commerce presence to revise their existing strategy. E-Commerce is now seen as a reality for many businesses and a normal part of a business plan. The immediate benefits, in terms of cost savings, efficiencies and enhanced profitability are clear at every stage in the supply chain. Adopting e-business is no longer a competitive advantage, but a normal business process, without which an enterprise is unlikely to survive in the new economy. Year 2000 saw many Dot-com companies built up and many companies going into E-commerce however now it is a different story, more and more companies are failing, and investors are becoming cautious to invest money into Internet ventures. There is more cash needed then was expected. Some of them had to get on the bandwagon as everybody else were and didn't want to be left behind, and now that the bubble has burst they are facing the consequences. This paper will aim to help companies to realize what they need to follow to have a successful business if they plan well and have a good strategy. This paper also identifies that implementing an E-commerce strategy is neither straightforward nor cheap, for example it comprises a complete rethink of traditional modes of behavior, the need and importance to involve internal staff and external suppliers and customers right from the conceptual stage, need to re-evaluate company's core competences, and requires substantial investment in IT. Executives of successful E-commerce companies need to be strategic thinkers focusing on customers, markets, and competitive positioning, as well as on internal operations. Determination of a suitable E-commerce strategy begins with identification of the opportunities and risks. The task of tracking the changing environments, understanding customer groups, requires formulating strategies and planning their implementation.

Curcuma longa of ginger family (zingiberaceae) belongs to group of oldest cultivated spice plant in the south - East Asian countries. In present work the qualitative phytochemical from curcuma longa has been analyzed by adapting standard methods. The phytochemical analysis includes alkaloid, saponin, emodins, proteins, amino acids, flavonoid, steroid, tannin, phenol, chalcone, carbohydrates, cardiac glycoside, phlobatannin and leucoanthocyanin. More number of secondary metabolites were present in ethanolic extract whereas least number of secondary metabolites in aqueous extract. The extraction was done by using Soxhlet apparatus. We also determine various physicochemical tests which includes extractable matter, ash content and loss on drying. The characterization was performed using the thin-layer chromatographic method, which revealed four clear spots with distinct Rf values, indicating the presence of pure compounds.

The rotating platinum electrode, RPE1 has been used much less frequently than the Dropping Mercury Electrode in voltametric measurements. Nevertheless, it is for the study of the kinetics of fast reactions. The bromination of phenols and their derivatives are usually very fast and their kinetics have been studied only by indirect methods. Since these reactions follow second order kinetics, their half-lives can be made long enough for convenient kinetic measurements by making the solutions dilute enough and since, by means of RPE, it is possible to measure even very low concentrations of N-Bromosuccinimide (NBS), the course of such reactions can be directly followed. As typical instances, the kinetics of bromination of o-chlorophenol, m-chlorophenol and p-chlorophenol in aqueous solution have been studied. In these reactions only NBS is reducible at the RPE among the reactants and products.

The rapid growth of photovoltaic (PV) systems has led to an increased demand for efficient and reliable power inverters that can effectively convert DC power generated by PV modules into AC power for grid integration. Power inverters for distributed photovoltaic (PV) power generation systems usually need to fulfill several requirements, such as safety, voltage boost capability, and the reduced volume and the cost. An improved switched inductor based quasi-single stage transformerless inverter with four switches is presented and analysed here. The inverter features double grounded to solve potential safety issues caused by the leakage current. Mitigating leakage current effects is vital to enhance the performance, efficiency, and safety of PV inverter systems. The circuit also features low stress across the components and have improved gain. Its voltage boosting is accomplished by a quasi- single-stage conversion structure so that PV system efficiency can be improved. Meanwhile, it benefits con- tinuous input current so is suitable for PV application. Inverter is further studied and simulated using MATLAB/SIMULINK 2021b, required results are obtained. The voltage and current stresses of the components are analyzed, and parameter design guideline is further given. The simulation results shows that the inverter achieves a peak efficiency of 90%T? he hardware prototype of inverter is implemented to verify the performance and operation of the circuit using the dSPACE controller .
