 Abstract

The agricultural sector in India has traditionally been male-dominated, with women primarily serving as companions and supportive figures to their male counterparts. This critical analysis explores the role of women in the Indian agricultural sector, examining their contributions, challenges, and potential for empowerment. The analysis begins by highlighting the historical and cultural factors that have shaped gender roles in Indian society and influenced women's involvement in agriculture. It discusses how women's labor has long been undervalued and undercounted, leading to a lack of recognition for their significant contributions to farming activities. Furthermore, this analysis examines the challenges faced by women in the agricultural sector, including limited access to land ownership, credit, and resources. Gender disparities in education, training, and technological advancements have also hindered women's ability to fully participate and benefit from agricultural activities. Despite these challenges, the analysis acknowledges the resilience and resourcefulness of women in agriculture. It explores initiatives and interventions aimed at empowering women in the sector, such as providing training programs, access to credit, and technological advancements tailored to their needs. These initiatives have the potential to enhance women's agency, improve their livelihoods, and contribute to sustainable development in rural areas. Moreover, the analysis critically assesses the social and economic implications of women's empowerment in agriculture. It discusses the potential for transforming gender norms, promoting women's rights, and fostering inclusive and equitable development. By challenging traditional gender roles and empowering women as active participants and decision-makers in the agricultural sector, India can unlock the untapped potential of women and harness their contributions for greater agricultural productivity and rural development. Thus, it can be said that, this critical analysis underscores the importance of recognizing and addressing the gender disparities in the Indian agricultural sector. By providing women with equal opportunities, resources, and support, India can leverage the transformative power of women's empowerment in agriculture, paving the way for a more inclusive and sustainable future for the sector and the nation as a whole.

It introduces a Signature Forgery Detection and Verification system that employs image processing, optical character recognition (OCR), and machine learning techniques to detect forged signatures and ensure their authenticity. The Signature Forgery Detection and Verification system enhances the security and accuracy of signature verification processes. By combining image processing, OCR, and machine learning techniques, it provides a comprehensive solution to identify potential forgery attempts and verify the authenticity of signatures. The system finds practical applications in various domains, contributing to fraud prevention and ensuring secure transactions.

 Abstract

The onset of menstruation is the marker of normal female reproductive health and wellness. Any variability in the menstrual cycle leads to menstrual disorders and excessive bleeding is one of the most common gynecological disorder occurring in woman of reproductive age. If there is abnormally excessive or prolonged bleeding it leads to the condition Raktapradara/Asrigdhara. It mainly affects the woman of reproductive age group. Excessive bleeding not only hampers day-to-day activities of woman but also affects woman's emotional and physical state. Various treatment modalities are described for heavy menstrual bleeding like hormonal replacement therapy, anti-fibrinolytic drugs, etc. which, when administered have the increased rate of recurrence and risks of surgical intervention. Ayurveda describes a wide range of treatment principles and formulations in the management of Raktapradara which not only cures and prevents its recurrence but also helps in improving the general health of women. Madhuka Churna, mentioned in the context of Raktapradara in Bhavaprakasha is one such formulation. Here, a case study of a female patient of age 24years complaining of excessive vaginal bleeding is presented. In the present study it was observed that, Madhuka Churna was effective in the management of Raktapradara.

 Abstract

Police is one of the most ubiquitous organizations of the society. Its roles, functions and duties in society are varied and multifarious on the one hand; and complicated, knotty and complex on the other. In addition, in globalization era, the functions of police are undergoing drastic transformations in view of changing crime scenario. This, therefore, calls for efficient and systematic human resource management (HRM) of police organization. The paper, therefore, examines some selected aspects i.e. Job satisfaction and work motivation, Work life balance, quality of work life, interpersonal relationships of human resource management of police in Telangana State. It discusses the existing concerns pertaining to these aspects in Telangana police services.

 Abstract

The Better Man is the journey of a soul, the story of a retired government officer - Mukundan Nair, who returns to his Kerala village. But this means coming face to face with his dead past, millions of grey shadows and ghosts of his dead mother and ancestors haunting and tormenting him. Anita Nair, as a feminist novelist and humanist, throws light on the unknown and unique facets of women's life and world and thereby offers a new perspective through her works.In her novel, The Better Man, Anita Nair has explicated a quest for identity self realization and portrays women's aspiration for freedom in marital life, freedom in establishing healthy husband wife relationship. Anjana in The Better Man enjoys independence and self satisfaction till she gets married to Ravindran. She wants to love and give the best to her husband but, he avoids her. She longs for freedom in most marriages prove to be unions of incompatibility. Men are apt to be rational and matter of fact while women are sentimental and emotional. Their interests, their attitudes are different. Naturally they look at things in different way and react to the same situations differently.Anita Desai portrays females' desire of liberty from social and traditional bondages in the patriarchal society in her novels. She denies a narrow feminist approach. She herself asserts that she writes about women for she knows and understands them best.

 Abstract

Any construction project's performance depends critically on the selection of the procurement method. The choice of procurement method made by businesses in the construction sector is critical to the success of any building project. Construction firms evaluate several procurement methods and select the best one depending on critical characteristics such as available construction technology, money (budget), topography, appropriate vendor selection, manpower (labour) availability, logistics, weather and services being rendered by vendors, suppliers, consultants. The conventional procurement framework has been in presence since the development of the building construction and has worked its way up to the mark since its inception. This investigation fills this void by investigating the effect of key factors on selection of best strategic procurement approach on a procurement framework which leads to the success of high-rise commercial building projects. Three significant discoveries were made as a result of the literature research and the investigation of the study findings, as follows: Despite its multiple limitations, the traditional procurement framework remains the most well-known and connected structure in the Indian construction business.

 Abstract

Artava kshaya "Raktasya pramanahani"i.e decrease in amount of artava. caused due to unhealthy food habit,sedentary lifestyle and stress which causes vitiation of vatadi dosha and leads to vikruti in " Rutuchakra" i.e which alters the normal physiology of reproductive system and end with disruption of H-P-O axis. Among all gynecological problems, the most common one is Artharakshaya. About 30% women in their reproductive life suffer from Artharakshaya. in Modern it may be correlated with Oligomenorrhoea and hypomenorrhoea. The modern line of treatment include hormonal therapies and they have the side effects not affordable to all while in ayurveda the treatment mentioned is to keep the doshas in equilibrium and It can be achieved by ?????? -Cleansing process which is in the form of Panchakarma and use of Agneya dravyas.
