In recent years, researchers have paid attention to understanding the effectiveness of FRP materials in the construction field. However, to clear knowledge gap of understand the behaviour and effectiveness of FRP material under concrete filled columns under compressive loading. This study presents an investigation on the behavior of concrete filled tubular columns (CFT) using the finite element software ABAQUS. The comparison of steel infill columns and FRP infill columns under the axial compression is done by their stress strain curve. The steel tube or FRP tube provides lateral confinement to the concrete core which results in an increased concrete compressive strength and deformation capacity. CFT decrease the inward local buckling occur in the hollow tubular sections. The axial load bearing capacity of CFT is higher than the summation of axial load-bearing capacities of the concrete core and the hollow steel tube.

Coronaviruses are a group of enveloped viruses with nonsegmented, single-stranded, and positive-sense RNA genomes. Apart from infecting a variety of economically important vertebrates (such as pigs and chickens), six coronaviruses have been known to infect human hosts and cause respiratory diseases. SARS -CoV-2 first emerged in China in December 2019 and rapidly spread worldwide. No vaccine or approved drug is available to eradicate the virus, however, some drugs that are indicated for other afflictions seems to be potentially beneficial to treat the infection albeit without unequivocal evidence. Two kinds of tests are available for COVID-19: viral tests and antibody tests.A viral test tells you if you have a current infection. An antibody test tells you if you had a previous infection. Treatment outcomes from their applied drugs during treatment of COVID-19 patients, 4 report laboratory tests, one report animal trial and other recommendations based on the treatment process and clinical outcomes of other diseases such as malaria, ebola, severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) and Middle East respiratory syndrome (MERS). SARS and MERS were associated mainly with nosocomial spread, whereas SARS-CoV-2 is much more widely transmitted in the community. The data and recommendations are categorized in 4 classes a) anti-viral and anti-inflammatory drugs, b) anti-malaria drugs, c) traditional Chinese drugs and d) other treatment/drugs.

The COVID-19 pandemic implies that huge numbers of us are remaining at home and doing less exercise and social communications. This can impact on our physical and emotional wellness. We are altogether acclimating to a new and strange way of life, it can be a hazard to our psychological prosperity. Instead of sitting idle and brooding about random kinds of stuff, you should overcome your boredom by doing productive things. This article includes few tips to stay healthy and conquer boredom at home during this period of confinement. Regular exercise activates our lymph system and dead cells are neutralized by it also at the same time cancerous cells are thrown out. While we are doing exercise, chemicals are released by the body such as serotonin, norepinephrine, endorphins, and dopamine can help improve mood and make the person more relaxed, helping with stress and reducing the risk of depression. We should try to stay in playful zone which means being anxiety less, stress less, be happy all time, do something in between when you laugh, be creative, whenever you have anxiety try to link with happiness, so you forget anxiety. The outbreak of COVID-19 has affected almost all over the world which is gradually getting worse for survival leading to a situation where almost everyone is feeling the uncertainty about the future. A small virus has impacted the whole world in a very big way economically, socially, and psychologically. In the current situation, it's normal to have a negative emotional feeling such as stressed, upset, frustration, feared, avoided, ignored, etc. Healthy eating, doing physical activities, reducing stress, and getting enough sleep will surely help support normal immune functioning.

Dissonance is an essential prerequisite towards a better consonance, disagreement leads to consensus and dispute ultimately resolves into a better and peaceful solution. This shows how inevitable are disputes and that it needs to be resolved, hence there has been a quest for determining numerous ways in this direction. In the present era, the means of litigation as solving disputes has attained a point of saturation, and the need is to find alternatives that would not only suffice the growing need and demand but also aim at a better and more efficient dispute resolution. The diverging lines of conflict often become too complicated and the ever blooming population growth further complicates the situation. In this scenario, a better way has evolved in using mediation as the mechanism- not simply as a substantive means itself but as a complimentary tool that would help the present system of litigation to survive as well. The study aims at not simply exploring mediation and its avenues but also provides solutions for integrating it into the prevailing system. Both doctrinal and empirical research has-been conducted for the purpose. The paper encapsulates a survey especially carried out in the rural area in the state of West Bengal to help assess the rural attitude towards mediation especially.

The 1950s and 1960s were eras of absolute faith in education as a major instrument of social or economic development. This saw the unprecedented curriculum development efforts geared towards a new interpretation of the role of education in development, this was so, as many developing countries at that time were getting independence from colonial administration. Thus, the changing economic, social and political situation in both developed and developing countries combined to create needs for constant innovations and reforms in education. Due to this new social configuration it is necessary that new ideas and needs have emerged in which the former system is no longer adequate. This is more so as by early 1970s to date there is general agreement among politicians, educational and social plainness, and schools that education is a key change agent for moving societies towards development. Within this context expanded and improved educational provision became a focus of development efforts, especially in developing countries as a means of acquiring new teaching methods. The rationale behind this paper is the evident failing of the educational system in response to new methods and techniques in teaching and learning. The primary obstacle to the introduction of new teaching methods and techniques into the system was partly the inertia of the educational system itself and partly the inability of government to muster the sum of money required to provide teaching instructional aides.

The covid-19 pandemic is a major health crisis affecting several nations, with over 2,46,628 cases and 6,929 confirmed deaths reported to date. Such widespread outbreaks are associated with adverse phrenic health consequences. Keeping this in mind, existing literature on the covid-19 outbreak pertinent to phrenic health was retrieved via a literature search of the pubmed database. Published articles were classified according to their overall themes and summarized. Preliminary evidence suggests that symptoms of anxiety and depression (1628%) and self-reported stress (8%) are prevalent psychological reactions to the covid-19 pandemic, and may be associated with disturbed slumber. A number of individual and structural variables moderate this risk. In planning services for such populations, both the needs of the concerned people and the indispensable preventive guidelines must be taken into account. The available literature has emerged from only a few of the affected countries, and may not reflect the experience of persons living in other parts of the world. In conclusion, subsyndromal phrenic health quandaries are a prevalent replication to the covid-19 pandemic.

In recent times fertilizers are responsible for a 50% increase in crop yield. Due to the progressive intensification of agriculture and the production of great yielding varieties, fertilizer consumption has increased very much, accounting for 23.6 metric tonnes of nutrients every year through crop removal. Overuse in certain potential areas and sub-optimum use in larger areas is primary issues, and the uncontrolled use of inorganic fertilizer is leading a lot of problems, mainly soil fertility and pollution. So, the target should be to minimize the use of chemical fertilizers and to enhance and boost fertilizer usage. Therefore, a strategy for integrated nutrient supply is evolved by a judicious combination of chemical fertilizers, organic manures, and biofertilizers (Panwar et al. 2001). Therefore, attempts were made during the present study to observe the effect of integrated fertilizer dose (urea + biofertilizers ) on the productivity of famous forage crop hybrid Napier (cv.NB-21). The research includes an investigation on the percentage increase in yield of forage crops and minimizing the use of nitrogenous fertilizer using bio fertilizer.

Tumor identification and evacuation is one clinical issue that despite everything stays testing in the field of biomedicine. Early imaging procedures, for example, pneumoencephalography and cerebral angiography had the downside of being obtrusive and thus the CT and MRI imaging methods help the specialists in giving a superior vision. In this paper, tumor picture preparation includes three phases in particular pre-handling, division, and morphological activity. After the securing of the source picture, it is pre-prepared by changing over the first picture to dim scale also high pass channel for commotion evacuation and middle channel for quality upgrade is given which is trailed by improvement stage coming about with histograms identical picture. At last, the division is finished by methods for watershed calculation. The above-proposed philosophy is useful in creating the reports naturally in less range of time and progression has brought about extricating numerous mediocre parameters of the tumor.

It is a well known fact that all companies depend on various tools of marketing to sell their product and to communicate prospective brand values to their existing and expected consumers. As new trends emerge marketing communication has become an important element in all the business organisations which can not be ignored and henceforth traditional marketing practices have swept away and have madee way for a system of integrated marketing communication which includes a mix of marketing practices such as Advertisement, Personal selling, Sales Promotion, Experiences and Sales Events. As we know that with a huge surge in the available information the customers have widened their reach and hence the value of marketing communication has gone up considerably. Therefore we tend to use the Marketing Communication tools to influence the behaviour of our targeted customer. Also the companies need to keep in mind that the marketing communication tools are used intelligently so as to correctly influence the audience. This Research Paper aims to study the impact of marketing communication on customer purchase intention after taking into consideration success stories of several organisations who are able to grab customer attention successfully with the help of an integrated system of marketing communication. The purpose of this research paper is to determine if the planned use of various tools of integrated marketing communication is actually a medium to influence the purchase intentions of various types of customers be it expected or existing ones.
