The construction sector is currently characterized by intense rivalry and a mostly transparent market, and the conventional enterprise cost management approach has been unable to keep pace with this change. The contractor must figure out how to get the greatest profit possible from the project without compromising the timeline or the highest level of quality in order to thrive in this competitive market and expand at a steady rate. This study aims to identify those factors that can affect the cost management decision-making and importance of those factors. This research uses both qualitative and quantitative approaches. The results of before-and-after analysis of process using various literature related to the topic are reported. With the help of a survey questionnaire, identified viability factors were scaled, and important rankings were noted. Rankings of significance were discovered using the Relative Importance Index Method and Factor Analysis. Factor analysis is the relative approach that focuses on a set of components concurrently, as opposed to RII, which is an absolute method that concentrated on one variable at a time. Preparation of Proper Rate Analysis and Documents, Clarity in Respective Purchase Order / Work Order, Timely Completion of Work & Tracking the Progress, Type of Material, bidding as per Market Rate & Future Analysis are the most important factors that affects cost management for any construction project, according to the analysis done by both the methods.

Mesentric cyst is a rare benign cystic swelling occurring within the abdominal cavity. These cystic lesions are usually asymptomatic and are an incidental intra abdominal finding, but sometimes patients can present with symptoms. The absence of any specific symptoms accompanied by its rare occurrence poses a challenge for diagnosis. Ultrasonography and contrast enhanced computed tomographies are useful for arriving at the diagnosis. The treatment consists of resection of the cyst completely.

The increasing number of cars on the road leads to crowded highways, making it important to detect and penalize drivers who run red lights. IoT-based traffic violation systems can instantly communicate the offending car's information to the relevant authorities for prompt action. The proposed system utilizes vehicle ID cards already installed in vehicles, automatically forwarding vehicle information to authorities if a car moves forward during a red light. All cars should have these affordable wireless ID cards for continuous relay of vehicle data. A demonstration module includes a mock road, automated traffic signal post, and zebra crossings. The primary processor must be near the traffic lights and can't collect data during yellow and green signals. The demo module includes an Arduino MCU main processor, ESP8266 controller chip wireless ID card, toy vehicle, and simulation of a single-lane road.

Natural colors are being explored as an "eco-solution" to the problems posed by synthetic dyes. To pander to the environmentally conscious consumer, Indian textile exporters have embraced the use of natural dyes. The standardization of extraction and application techniques for natural color has emerged as an intriguing area of contemporary scientific research. Considering this propensity, it is vital to ensure that natural dyes are ecologically sound. Current work investigates the environmental friendliness of natural dyes encompassing walnut and pomegranate. To establish the eco-friendliness of natural dyes, the test results were compared to the set eco-parameters. In certain instances, the metal toxicity in wastewater effluent and eradication of the assessed toxicity employing a low-cost natural material (Azadirachta indica and Ocimum tenuiflorum) was additionally examined. It is worth noting that the usage of dried leaves of Azadirachta indica (Neem) and Ocimum tenuiflorum (Tulsi) in considerable quantities may substantially decrease Cu and Cr metal toxicity.

This study aimed to investigate the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB) among employees, specifically focusing on online and offline workers. The sample consisted of 120 employees working in Delhi-NCR. Data was collected using the job satisfaction scale by Singh and Sharma and the organizational citizenship behaviour checklist by Suzy Fox and Paul E. Spector. The data analysis involved Pearson correlation and t-test. The findings revealed a positive and significant relationship between job satisfaction and OCB. Furthermore, there was no significant difference in job satisfaction between online and offline employees, while a significant difference was observed in OCB between the two modes of work. These results indicate that higher job satisfaction among employees is associated with increased OCB, which contributes to a positive organizational climate and culture.

Informed consent has become the primary paradigm for protecting the legal rights of patients and guiding the ethical practice of medicine. It may be used for legal, ethical or administrative purposes. Although legal and ethical debate persists, but it is agreed that it has implication on the decision-making and the physician should disclose sufficient details for the decision-maker to make an informed choice; the decision-maker should show his or her understanding of the disclosed information; and the decision-maker should freely authorize the treatment plan. A retrospective study of informed consent of 20 cases, operated for different neurosurgical diseases was carried out in department of Neurosurgery, SGPGIMS within 05 months in year 2022 (from January to May, 2022). Total 221 possible issues of complications & sequalae were covered in 20 cases. Out of 221 issues 18 were taken for recurrence of tumors, during fallow up, 15 complications occurred preoperatively out of 221expected complications covered in informed consent. In present study the informed consent of relatives /kin of the patient to be operated was taken in each case, however, patients who were fully conscious and oriented or having spinal pathologies were involved in an informed consent. Their signatures were also taken fallowing explaining the risks and benefits to each case depending on disease of individual case. The consents were recorded by resident doctor as the concerned resident always discussed the case with operating surgeon during rounds and a day prior to surgery. The points to be covered in consent of individual patients were also discussed with operating surgeon. Neurosurgeons have a duty to provide patients with all pertinent information related to disease and operation to be performed in particular case to allow them to make decisions about their case. The alternative and possible interventions available to improve an outcome of disease should be included informed consent. Emergency decisions on table can be taken by operating surgeon depending on severity of problem. Adequate consent offers enough safety to patients and surgeon both.

Due to its smaller key sizes and quicker computations when compared to conventional public key cryptography algorithms, ECC is a subset of public key cryptography that has grown in popularity. The paper investigates the foundations of ECC. The article also covers several popular ECC algorithms. With the help of the Elliptic Curve Cryptography algorithm, this work aims to provide security services like confidentiality for cloud services. Because of its benefits in terms of smaller key sizes, less CPU time, and less memory usage, it should be used for data encryption rather than the well-known and widely used RSA algorithm. This survey paper provides an overview of the key concepts and applications of (ECC).
