Online Shopping is an emerging trend that has hiked up the domain of E-Business. Rise in internet service and smart phone has opened the possibilities of online shopping among the consumers. Consumer does shopping with an ease with the help of various online shopping app such as Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart etc. The increase in the technology provides good opportunities to the seller to reach the consumers with variety of offers which allure the consumers for online shopping. Theory of Planned behaviour is applicable in this research paper for understanding online consumer behaviour. This research paper aims to study the online shopping behaviour and the satisfaction level among the consumers in online shopping among the people of Patna. The methodology of this research is Survey where 50 respondents ageing between 30-45 residing in a particular locality of Patna has been chosen under the convenient sampling for the study

Worldwide the research is currently being conducted concerning the use of Fiber and PET in the area of strengthening of the reinforced concrete members. The PET bottles are the remaining from the storage of cold beverages or drinks or even water. On the other side ultra high strength with high performance becomes the need of the hour in order to make the structure durable, sensitive to the environment and even economical sometimes. Composite material has been developing these days to satisfy the construction industry by producing concrete which are more flexible and durable. Disposing plastics in any form is the big challenge to the producers and users of plastic. Producing eco friendly plastics have not reach its height in today's scenario. Here is an attempt to dispose the same effectively by incorporating it in to the concrete as effective component. Crushed PET bottles has find its way in concrete when replaced for fine and coarse aggregates by its improvised strength. PET bottles ad fine aggregate and polypropylene fiber to enhance the tensile property of concrete has been made a try with M35 grade concrete in order to make it effective light weight and efficient concrete. The mechanical properties has been assessed and the performance of the concrete has been evaluated in this study.

The aim of this research focuses on preparation of high performance and high strength concrete by employing industrial waste to preserve the naturally raw ingredients of concrete. Due to increases in demand of cement with large scale production, resulting in creating a environmental problem. In this regard, an attempt was made to investigate the combined effects of incorporating mechanical properties of concrete specimens produced by using addition kenaf fibres and partially replacing of cement with silica fume on concrete specimens. The aspect ratio of kenaf fibre used in this study is 100. The parameter investigated in this project is M-30 concrete and cement were partially replaced with silica fume by the percentages of 5%, 10%, 15% and 20% by total weight of cement also, kenaf fibres were added in ratio of 0.5%, 1.0% and 1.5%. Test was carried out on standard specimens casted by composite mixes. Slump test carried out in all mix before casting test specimens to ascertain workability of fresh concrete. It was obtained that tensile strength of kenaf fibre increased with the increase in percentage of SF replacement. In this regard, silica fume in concrete decreases the quantity of cement in the construction purpose and addition of kenaf fibre in concrete and leads to better performance of high strength concrete and reduction in environmental problem.

The social science is dominated by the psychoanalytical study as it has become an important tool of understanding the human mind since the 20th century. The famous psychologist Sigmund Freud contributed significantly and provided a basis to set the psychoanalytical studies. He offered several terms that explained behavioural conditions of human minds. Psychoanalysis has helped the counsellor immensely to understand and treat the patients effectively. The present research paper undertakes an effort to humbly analyse the following psychoanalytical parameters such as alienation, ambivalence and despair in Hermann Hesses Steppenwolf. Alienation is a psychosomatic disorder that makes an individual recluse and aloof. Individual suffering from alienation usually starts living a secluded life. Such individual may stop having social communication. Ambivalence is the possession of contrasting emotions or feelings towards the same object. The object in question could be a living entity or a non-living entity or situation. If an individual feels contrasting emotions towards the object, he is said to be ambivalent towards the object. Despair is the lack of hope. Despair is experienced commonly by human beings. Difficult and struggling periods of life often bring despair.

Instruction is the system by which people secure data aptitudes, affinities, characteristics, or airs. The word training is in like manner used to portray the delayed consequences of the informational system. Guidance should help people with getting to be significant people from the overall population. It should in like manner help them with creating vitality about their social inheritance and live all the more satisfying lives. Preparing incorporates both learning and teaching Sometimes, people learn by instructing themselves. The instructional initiative is an informative authority that stresses on the inside duty of a school, to be explicit teaching and learning by describing the school vision, mission, and goals. Instructional pioneers go past the standard occupation of school supervisors and contribute fundamentally more vitality focusing on progression data and use of the instructive modules. These days, teachers are getting affected by respiratory diseases and skin allergies because of using chalk for long duration. Continuous use of chalk-dust also affects vision of a human being. As dust contains tiny particulates of chalk, they tend to accumulate in human respiratory system which can create severe health issues. Traditionally, chalk dusters are being cleaned by beating them on floor, wall or hitting dusters together which triggers above problems and causes environmental pollution. Hence a machine is designed to clean chalkboard dusters. In this paper, transient analysis of the base table has been carried out using ANSYS workbench. Modeling is done using CATIA software. With the help of varying mesh size, the results are plotted and represented graphically. The effect of load is also studied by observing the stresses & deformation. The stresses are found to be within limit & much lesser.

The extended release Tablet became a very useful tool in medical practice, it gives lot of advantages to the patients. Oral extended release tablet release the drug at predetermined rate over a long period of time so the it reduces the frequency of dose administration and increase the patient compliance. Extended release is reduce the side effect or adverse effect of the drug by reducing or preventing the fluctuation of the plasma drug concentration or therapeutic concentration of the drug in the body. This review focus on the types of ER tablets, Method of preparation of tablets, defects in tablets, mechanisms involved for release of drug in extended release tablets and advantages of ER tablets over conventional tablet.

The heterogeneous photocatalytic water cleaning process has gained attention due to its efficiency in degrading and mineralizing the recalcitrant organic compounds. This process is based on the light-enhanced generation of highly reactive hydroxyl radicals, which oxidizes the organic matter and convert it into water, CO2, inorganic compounds etc. The present work consists of photocatalytic degradation of dyes which are released by textile industries in water, using tungsten containing photocatalysts (WO3, BaWO4, Ba3Y2WO9). It is observed that the degradation of the dyes (Azure B and P-Rosaniline hydrochloride) depends on several parameters such as pH, dye concentration, photocatalyst, concentration, intensity of light and reaction temperature. Kinetic studies reveal that the photocatalytic process follows pseudo-first order kinetics.
