This paper presents a preliminary consider on self compacting concrete (SCC). SCC is a spilling strong mix, that can join under its very individual emerge weight. The basic fluid nature of SCC makes it sensible for putting in gravely structured conditions and in zones with a blocked stronghold. Fly ash can be used as a mineral admixture in concrete. Substitution of fly ash stays to bond in concrete. It is a widely adopted construction practice underlain by the aim to reduce CO2 emissions of cement production. In this examination, cement, fine aggregate, coarse aggregate, water and fly ash materials are used to prepare the SCC. Fly ash replaced with 15%,25%,35%and 45%., with the help of polycarbonic ether based superplasticizer and viscosity modifying admixture to achieve fresh properties of SCC. By using M60 Grade concrete the examinations had carried out by adopting an optimum water-cement ratio. Workability tests on the fresh concrete by using slump flow, T50, V funnel, L box, U box tests and the durability of concrete is tested by chloride attack and sulphate attack at 90 days.

Today, the dynamic growth of the competitive world has made organizations more competitive. To survive globalization's cutthroat competition, It should proactively face the changes in the scenario. In this scenario, the organization's growth drivers are its human resources. Organizational success depends not only on the organizational policy, but also on the quality of work which can be achieved by the workforce in each sector, including healthcare. Today, the Indian healthcare sector increasingly relies on the brain - not the brawn. Despite ample Human Resource talent, employers are experiencing talent shortages and have difficulty finding and recruiting talented employees, especially for the Nurses positions. India currently has over 3 million registered nurses and midwives, who are responsible for the India's 1.3 billion population, significantly less than the WHO norm of 3 nurses per 1000. India must add more than 4.3 million nurses by 2024 to meet the prescribed WHO norms. The present study is an endeavor to discover the talent management practices in the Kurnool healthcare sector and determine ongoing talent management practices and their impact on employee satisfaction in select Private Hospitals in Kurnool. Moreover, it portrays the diversity in the employees' potential and perceptions in the higher education sector. However, in this study, the 4 most significant areas, Acquisition, Development, Utilization, and Retention, are chosen for analysis.

This paper describes about an App that is an Intelligent Attendance Management System that uses the most efficient Geo-fencing concept and Face recognition application of Machine Learning. The idea of geofencing is a location-based service where a mobile application or other software programs uses radio frequency identification (RFID), GPS, cellular data or Wi-Fi to generate a targeted action, such as sending a text, email, ads of social media or network or app notifications, when a targeted mobile phone or any other device enters or exits the virtual - geographic boundary region we build around (perimeter) called geofence. Considering Facial recognition systems as the most practical solution available for enterprises to make workforce attendance contactless, they continue to get becoming more and more popular. Face recognition is a touchless method of relating to, identifying, and validating employees and drop-ins in contrast to other forms of current attendance management systems like biometric fingerprint identification systems, which records an individual's identity by touch. As they help facilitate and process people's entrance and leave motions in a safe and efficient manner, touchless systems are one of the essential preventative measures in today's scripts. A facial recognition-based attendance system leverages face recognition to record attendance and attempt automatic verification of the person's identity. While this application is being built on these two concepts, not only the companies can use it but also it mainly focuses on school and colleges attendance management with efficient features to reduce the workload for faculty by using face recognition, it is also reducing the probability of proxy's to avoid the duplicates in attendance which makes it different from any other existing applications.

Without water, MDTs immediately dissolve in the mouth or disintegrate. These are genuine mouth-dissolving tablets since they are made to dissolve in saliva amazingly quickly--in less than 60 seconds. To speed up the pace at which a tablet dissolves in the buccal cavity, MDT formulations incorporate super disintegrants. MDTs are a great alternative for elderly and paediatric patients and have benefits including simple production and portability, precise dosing, strong chemical and physical stability.Since MDTs break down and absorb more quickly than other dosage forms, in vitro drug release times are improved, which increases bioavailability. MDT compositions benefit from both the traditional tablet and liquid dosing forms. For the production of MDTs, a number of standard or patented procedures, such as mass extrusion, spray drying, the cotton candy process, sublimation, melt granulation, direct compression, freeze drying/lyophilization, and the phase transition process, have been developed. Brief information regarding MDTs, such as their definition, ideal properties, benefits, needs or requirements, key characteristics, difficulties in designing them, various manufacturing techniques, and evolution parameters for mouth-dissolving tablets, is provided in this article.

Sunscreen is a chemical compound that helps to protect UV rays.although ultraviolet B light causes sunburn, ultraviolet A may be more harmful to the skin.the occurrence of actinic keratosis, squamous cell carcinoma, melanoma is decreased by routine sunscreen use.chemicals in sunscreen can be either organic or inorganic.sunscreen use has increased as a result of the rising incidence of skin cancer and the photo damaging effects of UV light . Plant's anti oxidant, anti inflammatory, antiseptic, and antibacterial qualities among others are used to protect skin from various pathogens. Sunscreen should be completely able to protect the skin from sun damage and should be chemically insert, non irritating , non toxic phota table and safe. The sun's UVA and UVB radiation causes skin cells to get damaged as a result of the skin producing reactive oxygen species.in order to effectively prevent photo ageing and akin Cancer, sunscreen should be also contain antioxidant agent.A herbal sunscreen cream is made using plant extract, such as Tritium Aestivum L. ( Wheat grass) .Vit E and the polyphenolic drug.

The International Conference on Harmonisation (ICH), the Food and Drug Administration of the United States (FDA), and the Canadian Drug and Health Agency (CDHA) are among the regulatory agencies that place a strong emphasis on the purity standards and the detection of impurities in active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs). Reagents, heavy metals, ligands, catalysts, other substances like filter aids, charcoal, and the like, degraded end products obtained during or after manufacturing of bulk drugs from hydrolysis, photolytic cleavage, oxidative degradation, decarboxylation, enantiomeric impurity, and so on are just a few of the different sources of impurity in pharmaceutical products. Limits to permissible levels of impurities present in APIs or formulations are gradually being added by the various pharmacopoeias, including the British, American, andIndian versions. For example, capillary electrophoresis, electron paramagnetic resonance, gas-liquid chromatography, gravimetric analysis, high performance liquid chromatography, solid-phase extraction methods, liquid-liquid extraction methods, UV spectroscopy, infrared spectroscopy, supercritical fluid extraction column chromatography, mass spectrometry, nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy, and others are used to isolate and characterise impurities in pharmaceuticals. Liquid chromatography (LC)-mass spectroscopy (MS), LCNMR, LC-NMR-MS, gas chromatography-mass spectroscopy (GC-MS), and LC-MS are the hyphenated methods used the most frequently for drug impurity profiling. This highlights the significance and necessity of drug impurity profiling in pharmaceutical research.
