Background: Charak Samhita is most important therapeutic treaty of Ayurvedic literature. It comprised of various dosages forms for the treatment of several diseases specially in Chikitasasthana. Out of these we have selected Avaleha because of its multiple therapeutic characteristics. It is one such dosage form of Ayurveda which is known for it's palatability, stability, ease of administration and used as Rogaghana ( to diminish disease ) as well as Rasayan(rejuvinator). On virtue of it's versatility Avaleha was described by the Acharya Charak throughout the Chikitsastana.Aim: we are writing this review to explore key role of various Avaleha from its curative and preventive purposes and to critically analyse ingredients and their role, pharmaceutical procedures, dose, Anupana and mechanism of action by which Avaleha cures and prevent the diseaseor acts as rejuvenator. Method: Literary survey of Charak Samhita specifically its Chikitsasthana along with its commentaries was done and various research articles published in reputed journals were searched for the present review article. Result: After studying the Avaleha in Charak Samhita we found that various Avaleha are the potentiated by many ingredients which acts synergistically as well as antagonistically to get holistic clinical effect . Churna, Kalka, Swaras may not be consider as Avaleha by simple mixing of honey as they do not fulfil the definition of Avaleha. Interestingly majority of Avaleha are indicated in upper respiratory tract infection (kasa, shwas, hikka, swarbheda) and as health promoter.

Current research is interested in advanced therapeutic dressings that participate actively in wound healing to achieve quick and complete healing of chronic wounds. Due to the massive financial load experienced by the world as whole, fresh strategies to promote rapid wound healing are desired. This article examines the state of wound healing and wound care products today, focusing on the need for more sophisticated forms of wound therapy as well as some of the current issues and causes that are influencing this need. The paper mostly reviews data from peer-reviewed literature and other readily accessible sources, such as the FDA. Treatment of chronic wounds, including amputations, diabetes and leg ulcers, pressure sores, surgical wounds, and traumatic wounds (such as burns and accidents), when patient immunity is poor and the risk of infections and consequences is high, is a key area of focus. The major types of dressings include medicated moist dressings, tissue-engineered alternatives, biological dressings based on biomaterials, biological dressings obtained from both biological and natural sources, medicated sutures, and various combinations of the aforementioned groups. The review concludes with a brief discussion of the prospects for advanced wound healing in routine clinical care, including some of the newly developed techniques such hyperbaric oxygen, negative pressure wound therapy, and laser wound healing.

As most of the electric moped scooter bikes and scooters comes with high specifications and offers a high price tag there is no such proper electric vehicle in a price segment of a bicycle that is under twenty thousand. Hence our team is looking forward towards this opportunity in developing a pocket friendly electric skate scooter in order to fill this vacant space in the market. This project is an alternate solution to the increasing use of non-renewable energy resources which are leading to various problems such Traffic problems, Parking space problems, emissions of gases due to the burning fuels, noise pollutions which occurs in cities during peak rush hours. People tend to use their private vehicles even for the smallest commutes of 10-12km around cities contributing to the traffic problems. Thereby we are introducing E-SKATE board as an alternate solution in order to tackle these problems. this paper is a complete interpretation about this rechargeable electric skate board. The focus of this paper is to minimize modern day traffic problems and introduction of e-skate board as an alternate solution of travel for distances cutting done the use vehicles which run on fuels.

Chronic kidney disease is a significant health concern in modern times, and it is critical to diagnose it correctly and promptly. Medical professionals currently employ machine learning techniques to aid in disease identification at an early stage. The focus of this is on the prediction of chronic kidney disease. Detecting and predicting diseases is a complex and vital aspect of medicine that supports pathologists and clinicians in decision-making by allowing early diagnosis. Artificial Neural Network (ANN) has been demonstrated to be a valuable tool in various fields, including medicine, by predicting specific diseases based on provided data. This study employs the ANN approach to develop a chronic kidney disease prediction system. The neural network output provides information on whether a patient has chronic renal disease. After extensive research, it has been shown that artificial neural networks are more accurate than other machine learning algorithms in predicting kidney disease. A comparative analysis has also been shown . A GUI to predict CKD on the basis of input values is present.

Microwave propagation is a widely used technology in various applications, including communication, remote sensing, and weather forecasting. However, the behavior of microwave signals in the atmosphere is influenced by various atmospheric conditions, such as temperature, humidity, pressure, and composition. This paper reviews recent research on microwave propagation in different atmospheric conditions. The paper starts with an introduction to microwave propagation and the factors affecting it. Then, the paper reviews the effects of atmospheric conditions on microwave propagation, including the attenuation, scattering, and refraction of signals. The paper also discusses the methods used to measure and model these effects, including experimental studies, theoretical models, and numerical simulations. Finally, the paper concludes with a discussion of the implications of these findings for various applications of microwave propagation, such as weather forecasting, remote sensing, and communication.

Abstract The main objective of the present study was to formulate and evaluate Ivabradine mucoadhesive buccal tablets by direct compression technique. Ivabradine is a novel medication used for the symptomatic management of stable angina pectoris and it has short half -life (2 hrs) with a bioavailability of 40% orally. The drug identity was confirmed by UV spectroscopy. The polymers used to sustain the drug release are Guar gum, Xanthan gum, HPMC K4M and Carbopol 934 . The compatibility studies between the drug and the polymer were studied using the FTIR spectroscopy and were found to be compatible. Preformulation parameters like tapped density, bulk density, carr's index, Hausner's ratio, compressibility index, angle of repose are studied and the results were found to be within the limits. Using the above polymers formulations f1 to f12 were manufactured by direct compression technique and the tablets were evaluated for their thickness, hardness, friability, weight variation and content uniformity test. The in vitro drug release studies were performed in Phosphate buffer of pH6.8 using USP type-II dissolution apparatus. From the dissolution studies it was found that f2 formulation containing HPMC K4M was best since it release minimum amount of drug (9.8%) initially and maximum drug (99.6%) at the end of 8hrs.The f2 formulation was subjected to stability studies for about 3months as per ICH guidelines and found to be stable.

An Engineered cementitious composites (ECC) or Bendable concrete is an easily moulded mortar based composite which is reinforced with specially selected short random fibres. Traditional concrete suffers catastrophic failure when strained in an earthquake or by routine overuse. The word ECC is engineered, means to addition to reinforcing the concrete with micro scale fiber that acts as ligaments to bond concrete more tightly. As this is the special type of concrete there are no defined codes for it and also it is rarely developed in india hence no Indian codes can be found related to this, thus for this reason the parameters needed are to be obtained using trial and error method. This project includes different sets of test such compaction test slump cone test, compressive strength test, flexural test, sieve analysis etc. In this paper, to overcome the demand for concrete in future and to develop the fibre materials, the Poly Vinyl Alcohol Fibre is used so as to reduce the cement content and to enhance flexibility. It has high aspect ratio, high ultimate tensile strength, relatively high modulus of elasticity, good chemical compatibility with Portland cement, good affinity with water and no health risks.
