This study was inspired by an aspiration to examine the private housing developers commitment to design and construct estates in environments that have necessary facilities. The paper aims to assess the relative satisfaction level conveyed by the residents of private housing estates in Enugu, in the hope that the results would advance the design of such environments. The results of hypothesis tested show that environmental facilities have a significant effect on residents satisfaction. Analysis model of spearman rho correlation analysis showed a correlation coefficient value of 0.085 with a significance probability point of 0.023. This implies a weak relationship exists between the environmental facilities and residents satisfaction. Furthermore, the significance probability point of 0.023 shows it is significant. This finding shows that these environmental variables- mode of refuse disposal, state of roads within the estate, sanitization level, Recreation Park indeed represent the important factors that influence overall residents satisfaction. The paper concluded that by integrating the subjective assessments of the residents with developers/planners objective criteria, the shortcomings that produce dissatisfaction be annihilated. Residents satisfaction in private housing estates in the study area and future private housing projects, can be enhanced through the provision of environmental facilities and the facilities functioning well in the housing estates.

Land use is a man-made dynamic process in which human uses land resource to fulfill their various economic, social and cultural needs and the same time it also provides a base for development. The proper management, for sustainable development of land, can improve the eco-system and its productivity in a particular region. The study is an effort to indentify the current pattern of land use in Haridwar district of Uttarakhand. The total reported area of the District was 2,32,798 hectares, about more than two-fifth of that was under net sown area and about one-fourth is covered under forest area. The other land excluding agriculture was about 12.68%, and present fallow land was reported by 2.00%. The groves & gardens were extended on 1543 hectares (0.67%), cultivable waste land was 1738 hectare (0.74%) followed by other fallow land (1.43%) non-cultivable land about 1.46%, and pasture land 66 hectare (0.03%) in 201415. The main objective of the paper is to outline and assess the land use change in Haridwar District during 2000 to 2015 and current pattern of land use by using the secondary data sources of State Government of Uttar Pradesh, India.

The study was undertaken at Manikandam block of Trichy district, to analyze the attitude youth towards agriculture. Attitude was one of the objectives in view; the study was conducted in fourteen villages of Manikandam block. The results of this study showed that, majority of the youth with an insight to promote agriculture were found to fit in the lower young age group of 15 to 25 years. Nearly two-third of current generation youth had moderate to high favorable attitude towards agriculture. Since youngsters are highly educated and more aware about mass media, their interest towards agriculture arouses. Improved technologies are welcomed by the youth as a means of simplifying their tasks with passion.

Welding is a powerful method of joining two or more structural parts. The industries use machines which are constructed of several parts. These parts may have joints to increase their length or surfaced area.. Welding is one of the important methods of making joints and the tungsten inert gas welding is a very important method for welding process. In welding beads are formed which are consisted of reinforcement height, depth of penetration and weld width. These dimensions of the beads indirectly decide the mechanical properties of the weld. In this work many experiments were performed with Tungsten Inert Gas Welding machine to critically analyze the effect of welding voltage on the dimensions of the bead. All the other input variables except the welding voltage were fixed, as the feed rate at 8.47 mm/s, welding speed at 1.19 mm/s and welding current at 100 A for whole the experimentation period. Only the values of welding voltage were varied and the effect of this variation on depth of penetration, weld width and reinforcement height was studied. Total 6 pairs of mild steel plates of dimensions 75 mm x 50 mm x 5 mm were welded for 6 variations of welding voltage. The results were tabulated and were expressed in three different diagrams in which one was for depth of penetration, one was for reinforcement height and one was for weld width. This study explains the sensitivity analysis of the effect of the welding voltage on the three dimensions of the weld bead.

Personality means prevailing characteristics, habits, and behaviors that encourage a person to react, communicate, and think in a unique direction. It dictates, how a person acts, communicates, responds, and establishes his/her desires. Personality analysis makes a person unique in terms of his/her personality traits. Personality analysis can be beneficial in several real-life scenarios such as good or service and course recommendations, candidate screening, advertising, health advice, relationship counseling, and much more. In this research work, our main objective is to create a model that can analyze personality attributes of an individual which is based on named entity identification and a combination of feature engineering techniques including TF-IDF count vectorization and word2vec embedding. The most popular and open source Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) dataset consisting of more than 8500 user-written posts has been used for evaluation purposes. We have implemented the most widely used and well-known ensemble learning models for experimentation consisting of Bagging, Boosting, and Stacking. A comparative analysis of the predictions made by the Ensemble Learning Algorithms has been carried out to determine the best overall performance. The results demonstrate that the stacking model delivers the best performance with an accuracy of 97%.

Pension reform has started way back in nineteen eighty one when the first such reform started in Chile. The reasons for such reforms were due to the heightened burden on the government exchequer due to the liability of paying pensions to the ageing population across the globe. This paper highlights the major contributions of pension reforms, its statistical facts about why countries went for reforms with specific reference to BRIC countries and finally comparing as to where India stands and what are the loopholes in the old system in these countries due to which there was bound to be pension sector reforms.

While monitoring a process related to instrumentation and control application in different fields of science and technology the measurement of flow becomes necessary. This paper aims to review the current potent technologies of ultrasonic flowmeter that can be used in the measurement of the volume of exhaust gasses from BS VI engines. By proper measurement and monitoring of the amount of gas exhausted from the engine, it can be properly maintained and emission of gasses like CO2 and other CFC can be controlled. The different types of ultrasonic flow meters are used in different fields and also automobile industries in monitoring of fuel consumption. This study aims to review and validate its use in monitoring of exhaust gases in BS VI engines.

ABSTRACT Diclofenac is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) of the phenylacetic acid class with anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and antipyretic properties. Contrary to the action of many traditional NSAIDs, diclofenac inhibits cyclooxygenase (COX)-2 enzyme with greater potency than it does COX-1. Similar to other NSAIDs, diclofenac is associated with serious dose-dependent gastrointestinal, cardiovascular, and renal adverse effects. This study aims to evaluate the diclofenac antiarthritic activity. The diclofenac sodium significant anti-arthritic activity at 20- 100 g/ml by protein denaturation inhibition. The auto antigen production in rheumatoid arthritis is due to denaturation of protein and several studies reveal that protein denaturation is one of the reason for rheumatoid arthritis. The maximum activity is exhibited by the diclofenac at a concentration of 80g/ml and 100 ug/ml . From the study conducted it can be concluded that diclofenac sodium can be used in the management of arthritis.

The purpose of the study was to compare selected anthropometric measurement of national and state level women soccer players, Thirty two (32) National level and State level women soccer players of which Sixteen (16) of each level (age ranging-14-19y.) were selected from different clubs and academic of Manipur, India. Players were selected from especially different playing position of soccer that is forward and Defending players. Subjects Height, Bodyweight, Thigh Girth, Calf Girth and Leg length, were measure as an anthropometric measurement by using Stadiometer, Weighing machine and Freeman Steel tape. To find out the significant differences of collecting data were calculated by applyingt test at 0.05 level of confidence. Results of the study showed that significant difference has been notice on, Bodyweight, Thigh Girth, Calf Girth and Leg length.
