Preterm new born are babies born before 37 weeks of gestation are known as preterm babies. Preterm newborns experience stress from the moment they are born in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. The aim of the study is to assess the effectiveness of cluster care on physiological Parameters and level of comfort among preterm neonates admitted in NICU at SMVMCH, Puducherry. To assess the physiological parameters, and level of comfort before and after cluster care among preterm neonates, to evaluate the effectiveness of physiological parameters, and level of comfort among preterm neonates before and after administration of cluster care and to associate the effectiveness of clustered care on physiological parameters and level of comfort among preterm neonates with their selected demographic variables. A Quantitative research approach and Pre - experimental design (one group pre and post-test) research design was adopted for this study. Totally 30 preterm neonates admitted in NICU at Sri Manakula Vinayagar Medical College and Hospital were selected for the study. The collected data was analyzed in terms of both descriptive and inferential statistics. The collected data was analyzed in terms of both descriptive and inferential statistics. The findings reveal that the paired "t" test value of level of comfort in pre-test is "t" = 0.714, and p<0.481. In the post-test was "t" = 15.542 and p<0.000 respectively. Hence the cluster care on level of comfort is significant.

Pteridophytes are one of the oldest and primitive vascular plant groups on the earth. Tectaria coadunata belongs to the family of Dryopteridaceae. Tectaria coadunata (Wall. Ex Hook & Grev.) C. Chr (Kukkutnakhi) is used by many Vaidyas in hyperlipidemic conditions and obesity. The dried extract of rhizomes of Tectaria coadunata has various bioactivities such as antioxidant, antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory. The physicochemical analysis includes Total Ash, Water soluble Ash, Acid soluble Ash and Total Ash. The quantitative phytochemical includes Total Tannin, Total Alkaloids and Total Flavonoids. The present investigation was undertaken to study the presence of secondary metabolites, and physicochemical analysis from rhizomes of Tectaria coadunata.

Artificial intelligence (AI) has made significant strides in the field of healthcare, from patient identification and treatment to drug innovation and exploration. Technologies based on AI (artificial intelligence) have an opportunity to alter healthcare, eventually improving the treatment of patients through strengthening preciseness, efficacy, and cost. This analysis considers how AI is influencing medicine, including its advantages and drawbacks. The potential of AI in healthcare to assess enormous volumes of individual patient data and offer individualized treatment regimens is one of the technology's key advantages. The ability of AI-driven diagnostic systems to identify conditions like malignancy and Alzheimer's disease has also demonstrated encouraging outcomes. However, issues like confidentiality of patient information and prejudice in algorithms raise ethical questions concerning the use of AI in healthcare. Additionally, regulatory monitoring is required to guarantee the security and efficacy of AI-based medical equipment. Artificial intelligence (AI) has the potential to speed up the procedures of bringing innovative medicines to commercialization.

Background: A surgical incision is easier to repair than a spontaneous irregular or extensive tear. An episiotomy helps to shorten the 2nd stage of labour. It can also decrease trauma to the vaginal tissues. The episiotomy wound is sutured immediately after 3rd stage of labour under local anesthesia. According to the modern science get advanced with new antibiotic local application and oral antibiotics are advised for wound, but their resistance increases day by day. Considering all the problems during Sutikavastha (postnatal period) with Yonivrana (episiotomy wound ), it is necessary to give proper treatment and assurance to the patient. Episiotomy wound can be compared with Saddhyovrana(fresh wound). So it can be treated as Sadhyovrana Chikitsa (fresh wound treatment). In this present case study, Patient with sutured surgical episiotomy wound with chromic catgut no. "0" and "1",following delivery was selected. Drugs Saptavinshatiki Guggulu and Nimbadi Lepa(Nimbadi ointment) were administered oral and local respectively in a 29 year old second gravida patient for 2 weeks and follow-up for 1week. Assessment was done on the basis of REEDA scale and Numeric Rating Scale. Result: 100% result was found in pain, edema, discharge, redness and tenderness in episiotomy wound.

BACKGROUND: Walking is one among the common and primary movement performed by human. For maintenance of health, the physical activity should be in moderate intensity. For walking, it includes at least 100 steps/minute, equivalent to approximately 3,000 steps per half an hour.patients with lower back pain repeatedly complain of difficulties in walking, and usually walks slower than healthy peers1low back pain is one among the most important causes of morbidity in all countries of the world, and 80-85% of the people experience lower back pain at least once during their lives, lifetime prevalence of lower back pain is between 43-51% Mechanical lower back pain refers to back pain that arise intrinsically from the spine, intervertebral discs, or surrounded soft tissues. This include lumbosacral muscle strain, herniated disk, lumbar spondylosis, spondylolisthesis, vertebral compression fracture, and acute or chronic traumatic injury kinesiotaping is utilized for a wide range issues, such as musculoskeletal system, neurological and vascular problems 2,3 kinesiotape also decreases pain by stimulating the neurological system, restores muscle function by supporting weakened muscles removes congested lymphatic fluid or haemorrhage under the skin, and corrects joint misalignment by reducing muscle spasm. therefore, this study investigated the effects of kinesiotaping in patients with chronic lower back pain due to lumbar disc herniation, spondylolysis, spondylolisthesis, infection, tumor, fracture etc4. OBJECTIVES: To review the effectiveness of kinesiotaping along with physiotherapy management for patients with spatiotemporal changes in chronic mechanical lower back pain patients. The objective of this study is to find the effectiveness of kinesiotaping along with physiotherapy management for correcting spatiotemporal parameter changes in patients with chronic mechanical lower back pain. SEARCH METHOD: PubMed, Google Scholar, Research gate, and Science direct were the databases used to search papers. The title, abstract, and full text literature were used to find and screen all potential pertinent studies. To determine the availability of further papers, the citations and references of pertinent articles were also checked. SELECTION CRITERIA: Selection criteria included the articles focused on ?spatiotemporal changes in chronic mechanical lower back pain ?Kinesio taping for the treatment of low back pain ?Kinesio taping for the treatment of disability in lower back patients RESULT: Out of xxxx articles xx articles are stating that kinesio taping is beneficial for giving best results in chronic mechanical lower back pain by reducing pain, disability an increase in range for people who are having mechanical lower back pain. and xx articles are stating that there is no significant difference between kinesiotaping group and control group CONCLUSION: After a detailed review out of xx articles I conclude that kineso taping is more beneficial in mechanical low back population to reduce pain, increase range of motion, disability, and provide strength and support to maintain posture correct the muscle alignment for maintaining spatiotemporal changes than other therapies.

The recent advance in nanotechnology has lead to the development of targeted drug delivery system. The ideal delivery systems solubilize the drug, lead the therapy to the target site to fulfill the individual need of patient and disease stage. Effective targeted drug delivery to specific sites is the significant problem which is being faced by the researchers. The discovery of nanosponges has become a significant step in overcoming certain problems such as drug toxicity, poor bioavailability and release of drug in a predictable fashion as they can accommodate both hydrophilic and hydrophobic drug. Nanosponges exhibit a porous structure in nature which has the unique ability to entrap the drug moieties and offers a merit of desire release. Nanosponges are tiny sponges that can circulate in the body to reach the specific site and binds on the surface to release the drug in a controlled and predictable manner. Nanosponges technology has been explored widely for the delivery of drugs for oral administration, topical administration and parenteral administration.
