This study aims to focus on the possibilities of using waste materials from different manufacturing activities in the preparation of concrete. The use of waste corn cob ash and egg shell powder was proposed in partial replacement of cement, for the production of Concrete Mix. In particular, tests were conducted on the concrete mix cured for different times in order to determine their compressive as well as flexural strength. Partial replacement of cement by varying percentage of egg shell powder and corn cob ash was taken in this study. In the same way cube specimens and beams samples of M30 grade of concrete have been tested in laboratory for which each percentage of egg shell powder and corn cob ash i.e. 5% and 10%. Two properties of concrete namely compressive strength and flexural strength have been selected for study and evaluated. Before initiating the test properties of materials were determined according to respective IS codes.

The study investigate skilled labour requirement in the construction industry. Construction skilled shortage workers have become worldwide issue. It also becomes the greatest challenge facing in construction industry in word. Local workers are not highly motivated and it is understood that killed workers produced by vocational training cannot meet the needs of the economy. Some of them even leave construction industry by taking education from construction schools. The local construction sector is one of the most important sectors, accounting for 7.4% of the country's economy. Over the last decade it has grown 'even encouraging foreign investors to enter the local economy. And foreign workers have felt available by entering local competition. A labour shortage in a different work at construction site like formwork, concreting work, excavation, electric, reinforcement, Crain drive, plumbing work, painting work, carpenter, etc. This paper explores on skill labour shortage in construction work in a world. Dissection on this paper are the main problem of labour doing the work, collect the data, and solve this issue as a possible. Labour shortage are sector specific labour shortages or suitably skilled labour shortage. This document aims to identify employment gap areas in the midlands construction industry. A total of population consisting of project managers, site engineers was reached by questionnaire method. And analyses the data and find the best solution of this problem.

This research paper presents a study on the simultaneous quantification and force degradation analysis of Remogliflozin, Evogliptin, and Metformin using the hydrophilic interaction liquid chromatography (HILIC) technique. The solubility of the three drugs was determined, and acetonitrile was selected as the solvent for further analysis. The wavelength of 210 nm was chosen for analysis due to the highest absorption peak intensities. Stock standard solutions were prepared for each drug, and working standard solutions were then prepared for the quantification studies. The HILIC technique, specifically using the Acclaimed Mix-Mode HILIC-1 column, was employed for the separation of the analytes. Various mobile phases were tested, and the optimized chromatographic conditions were determined. The linearity of the method was evaluated, and calibration curves were constructed for each drug. The accuracy of the method was assessed by analyzing samples from marketed formulations, and the results showed high drug recovery within the acceptable range. The validation parameters, including accuracy, precision, sensitivity, robustness, specificity, and selectivity, were evaluated according to ICH guidelines. The developed HILIC method demonstrated reliable quantification of Remogliflozin, Evogliptin, and Metformin in bulk samples and exhibited suitable analytical performance for future applications.

Let G = (V, E) be a graph where V is the vertex set and E is the edge set. Normally the aim is to use the smallest number of colors, which is denoted by ?0(G). The need of regulation of the Real Estate Market arose from the increasing malpractices in the real estate market where the consumers had to bear a lot of risks such as delayed delivery, title of the property, quality of the facilities provided, and necessary changes etc. before they decide to purchase. The Real Estate Regulation (Development and Authority) Act, 2016 came up with a primary objective to restore the faith of consumers by regulating the business practices and transactions in real estate sector. This whole standardization procedure involved establishment of Real Estate Regulatory Authorities at state level for facilitating the development of the real estate sector and a customer-oriented procedure wherein the interests of the customers cannot be harmed. Now the risk borne by the customers is transferred to the developer. Provision of an escrow account, no advertisements allowed without registration with RERA, punishments and compensations in case of delayed delivery, etc. left no room for developers to absorb the other costs incurred by them so they may be transferred on the customers by the way of price increase. Instead of increasing the sales, price hike of 40 per cent within a week of enforcement in some states, led to the decrease in total sales, which were already soaring due to Demonetization. There were other challenges faced by the States in establishing the Regulatory Authority as per the central Act and a lot of controversy occurred in respect of penalties, wherein some states did not enforce the penal provision in their subsequent Act and Rules for enforcement of RERA.

Electrical energy demand is increasing in accordance with rapid growth of the human population. Since fossil fuels is the most widely used energy source, thus it is depleting very fast. Alternative energy source is urgently needed to replace the use of conventional energy sources. Perpetual Motion Machine (PMM) which can be applied to produce electricity, may be an alternative solution for the problem the world is facing today. The machine is designed to generate power from repulsive forces of permanent magnet without utilizing external sources. Some researches had conducted experiments and Neodymium magnet is most used in the project due to its strong magnetic field. The device is mainly built using a permanent magnet, a rotating wheel and a generator. This paper reviews some aspects on how A Perpetual Motion Machine (PMM) generates electrical power. The aim of the paper is to provide a summary of the topic and its opportunities in further enhancements for better results. The study found that the concept is very effective, ecofriendly and less space needed. However, a larger scale development of the machine along with proper magnet and gear arrangement is currently needed for a better performance and application.
