This research aims to identify whether there exists entrepreneurial intention among students of universities in the Prayagraj division and to identify characteristics associated with it. This study is conducted in eight universities to demonstrate how theoretical knowledge and research knowledge acquired in the course of studying are put into practice in the real world. During the course of the study, steps are followed that are necessary for conducting any scientific investigation. In this study, we explain in detail the entrepreneurial intentions among students at these universities. A survey strategy using an online questionnaire is used in this study to collect empirical data. Survey participants were selected from all departments (up to Ph.D. level) at the universities in Prayagraj division. This analysis was based on the survey data of 103 students. Results of the study reveal that students have a disproportionately high level of entrepreneurial intent. There was a higher influence of gender and place of residence on entrepreneurial intentions. Male students and students from urban families with entrepreneurship experience show a much higher interest in self-employment. Students tend to indicate a higher possibility of becoming entrepreneurs at universities with adequate infrastructure and policies supporting entrepreneurship.

ABSTRACT Background The major source of low back pain is dysfunction of the sacroiliac joint. Form closure and force closure are two main mechanisms that enhance SI joint stability. Biceps femoris & gluteus maximus are the key muscles contributing force closure of the SI joint, as well as promote stability through attachments with the Sacro tuberous ligament. Those with dysfunction of the anterior sacroiliac joint have been identified to have altered gluteus maximus function. However, there is a paucity of literature showing evidence on role of gluteus maximus and latissimus dorsi in SI joint dysfunction. Purpose To review the impact of motor control muscle activation on function, pelvic tilt, pain in anterior rotated SIJ dysfunction. Search method Articles were selected from PubMed , goggle scholar, pedro, research gate, science direct, Cochrane by using the key words. Selection criteria Articles emphasizing on motor control of gluteus maximus and latissimus dorsi activation in patients with anterior innominate SI joint dysfunction are the selection criteria. Results After reviewing the included articles, the motor control activation of global muscles will improve force closure of SI joint which provide great stability. Conclusion A literature review done on motor control activation on global muscles showed that they improve stability of the sacroiliac joint, enhancing physical function, reducing pain, and maintaining normal pelvic angle.

India's unique combination of being the largest democracy in the world with a strong tradition of respect for rule of law and the successful experience in nation building makes it particularly relevant in the context of twenty-first century peace building. India is a member of Organizational Committee of the Peace building Commission (PBC). India is strongly supportive of nationally-led plans for peace consolidation, while arguing for a constructive approach and a 'lighter touch' by the PBC in extending advice, support and in extending its involvement. India has also been contributing to the UN Peace building Fund. This paper looks at In particular, it seeks to explain the inescapable paradox of India's 'peace operations' since independence: while India has frequently used force in neighbouring states to achieve political objectives, at the global level it has stressed the importance of state sovereignty and has cautioned against military intervention in states' internal affairs. To put it another way, there is a tension between India's unilateral execution of 'peace operations' in and around the Indian subcontinent and its insistence on peace operations elsewhere being multilateral and authorized by the UN.

Without women, society would be unable to organize itself into a fair, well-structured community. Women are working day and night like an appliance, but they are not obtaining the outcomes for this work, on the contrary they are being tortured such as domestic abuse, sexual assault, murder, dowry death, rape etc. Women have been and continue to victimized not only in modern times but since the ancient time also. Women are giving up their rights due to social prejudice, religious bigotry, oppression and discrimination in a male dominated society. But this is not always true. Because sometimes the women of the family have torture other women. Today in almost every home in India, women are being manipulated in one way or other. This paper deals with the violence against women in India, its forms, causes and solutions are also discussed.

Go-Kart is a racing vehicle having very low ground clearance and can be work on only flat racing circuits. This paper concentrates on explaining the engineering behind of a safe, rigid and torsional free frame, well-mounted power train along with braking and steering system. The design process of the vehicle is iterative and is based on various engineering and reverse engineering processes depending upon the availability, cost and other such factors. The set out to be achieved were four simple goals applied to every component of the vehicle: durable, Safety & ergonomics, lightweight and high performance.

India is known for its traditional system of medicines like ayurveda, yoga, unani & siddha. Herbal plants and their cosmetics preparations are used to enhance the human appearance. Now a days these herbal plants and their preparations having higher demand in the world trade, because the usage of these herbal plants having higher efficacy, quality & safety. The aim of this research work was to formulate and evaluate the herbal hair gel of flaxseed and chiaseed that promotes hair growth and health while providing effective styling. The gel was formulated using a combination of ingredients known for their beneficial properties on the hair, such as the omega-3 fatty acids found in flaxseed and chia seed extracts, the antioxidant effect of vitamin E, and the soothing effect of lavender oil. Flaxseed and chia seed extracts were prepared by cold water extraction method. Five distinct kinds of gel formulations were created and tested, each with various amounts of flaxseed and chia seed extracts. A variety of characteristics, including physical appearance, pH, homogeneity, spreadability, viscosity, extrudability, and stability tests were used to evaluate each of the formulations (F1 to F4). The results showed that among the five formulations, F4 & F5 had good spreadability, viscosity, homogeneity, pH, physical appearance and was stable for long period of time and was effective in styling hair without causing any damage. The use of natural ingredients resulted in a hair gel that was gentle on the hair and scalp, making it suitable for everyday use. The formulation results suggest the hair gel can be used as a natural alternative in the cosmetic industry. Further research can explore the inclusion of additional plant extracts to enhance the properties of the hair gel.

The present scenario, rapid development of construction and material technology in India utilization of cement as ingredient of concrete production. It is more expensive and also scare. Now- a- days utilization of fine aggregate is more and less availability. In this situation, to use industrial waste as alternative ingredient in the concrete production. Mix design was developed for M30 grade of concrete by an approach Indian standard for both conventional and non- conventional concrete. The mix design was done for varying proportion of (fly ash+ pond ash) and (GGBS +quarry dust) as 15%, 20%, 25%, 30% to the replacement of cement and fine aggregate. The specimens were casted and tested for mechanical properties. Results were analyzed, the maximum strength attained at 15% replacement of cement and fine aggregate compared with the control mix.

In this review article we discussed about the adverse drug reactions and its types and risk factors of adverse drug reaction, also we discussed about the role of pharmacovigilance in adverse drug reactions. Ibuprofen is an analgesic and antipyretic medication that is a derivative of phenyl propionic acid. It may be utilised both alone and in combination. There are numerous adverse effects that are dose-related. Higher dosages and chronic use may have adverse effects on the liver, kidneys, heart, blood vessels, gastrointestinal tract, and immune system, among otherthings. Surveillance, monitoring, and patient education are essential for decreasing adverse drug reactions. This side effect can be treated. ADR needs to be discussed to patients and documented in files. It should be illegal to manufacture combinations of two or more medications. Prescriptions should be properly audited, and ADR notification should be made legally required. Patients should receive education about how to avoid using self-medication. Clinical pharmacologists', doctors', or neurologists' suggestions are highly valued for better care that can hasten the patient's recovery.
