In this study, various methods of desalination such as direct and indirect have been discussed. This study shows the performance analysis of solar still with different storage substances at different depth of water. The comparison of productivity and thermal efficiency for solar still having water with jute, aluminum chips, granite, a conventional still and a non-conventional still have been conducted. The analysis and compilation of results have done and concluded that the maximum efficiency and productivity is obtained from jute in comparison to aluminum pieces, granite, saline water in conventional still and saline water in non-conventional still, i.e. 15.69 % respectively. It is observed that the jute act as a best storage material among all to get maximum efficiency and productivity of single basin double slope passive solar still.

Consumer Online buying behaviour of consumers is challenging and dynamic to understand. This study emphasised online buying behaviour of customers online. This was carried out by identifying the factors influencing to buy FMCG products online. Factors like quality and price are influencing customers to buy online. Also, to know the satisfaction level of customers. It concluded that price and quality are negatively correlated with each other. Customers prefer to search for a product online and buy online, also they do not wait for offers and discounts while buying online. Gender does not affect the buying behaviour of customers. It is also evident that customers compare prices with different portal while buying online. Information provided by the seller of their product is true.

The Internet of Things is a developing topic of social, technical and other branches. This concept is very progressive in the future of the Internet of Things which will transform the real world objects into the intelligent virtual objects. The main aim of the paper is to discuss an automatic extension to the industrial furnace. We discussed the new topic that is the development of the smart furnace by using Internet of things and optimization of that smart furnace with the help of some advance techniques and solutions. BMS is used for safe power generation in process plants. We can safely start and shut-down our burners with the help of a BMS. It includes timer, flame intensity, gas leakage detection. It brings safety to an industry process. We are planning to automate the industrial burner. By using Raspberry Pi we are planning to set a wireless communication. In this paper, we will be discussing about implementing IIoT to our industrial furnace as well developing a mobile application just to analyse our furnace measurements and readings.

The aim of study is to check effectiveness of domestic level reverse osmosis (RO) water purifier by doing Physical and chemical assessment of water and correlate it with human health. The present work describes chemical quality of water samples. pH, TDS, Conductivity, Calcium, magnesium, sodium, potassium, chloride, nitrate, sulphate etc are the chemical parameters of water. One sample is collected before RO treatment and another sample is collected after RO process. All parameters were analyzed by AASM and EDTA titrimetric method.

Chakrata, Jaunsar-Bawar region is conferred by diverse wealth in terms of flora. The flora is so wealthy just because of the microorganism which inhabits the soil. Pseudomonas fluorescens belongs to the PGPR (plant-growth promoting rhizobacteria), which plays a major role in plant growth promotion and reduce severity of various diseases, bio-control agent as well as antagonist, and a potential biosurfactant producer. A total of six soil samples were collected from different villages of chakrata. Dilutions of soil sample were made and isolated on the nutrient agar medium followed by identification through Grams staining and different biochemical analysis. Different tests were performed for each isolated bacterias from different soil samples. Out of which four samples showed the presence of Pseudomonas fluorescens strains according to the Bergeys manual of determinative bacteriology. Seeds of black-eyed peas(lobia) and okra(bhindi) were treated with isolated strains of P.fluorescens . After treating them, seeds were sown in the pots. A pot as a control is taken for the comparison of growth between inoculated and uninoculated seeds. The inoculated seeds showed positive growth than control. The present study indicates that the presence of Pseudomonas species in soils of chakrata is selective in nature and supports the well growth of selected plants and this is one of the main reasons for the well productivity of different varieties of crops and medicinal plants in chakrata, jaunsar-bawar areas.

This paper presents design and construction of AC modern meter. The meter is designed to overcome the error occur due to manual readings and minimize the space consumption of the unit. The meter is portable and adaptable as it can measure voltage, current, frequency, power, energy, power factor in a unit. AC modern meter have several advantages that includes measurement of residential electrical consumption, factory electrical consumption, laboratory measurement of voltage, current, power, energy, power factor and frequency. Individual meters are required to estimate electrical parameters, but the AC modern meter is abundant to measure voltage, current, power, energy, power factor, frequency and to display them simultaneously on an LCD. The designed AC modern meter computes the electrical parameter using an Arduino-UNO and PZEM-004T and display the numerical value on a digital programmed screen simultaneously. AC modern meter gives the accurate and efficient reading for electrical equipment and is also used for safety purpose while is in electrical circuit development and in testing lab. Multi-meter can measure voltage, current, frequency, but it cannot display all of these simultaneously, but whereas the AC modern meter is of great benefit in measuring and monitoring the voltage, current, power, energy, power factor and frequency.

Studies on HRM rehearses at various levels have been a zone of enthusiasm for scientists for a very long while in light of the development of the ventures and inventive practices which empower an association to hold and use the Human asset adequately. As the 21st century has seen a colossal development in the administration area particularly the media transmission industry where the specialist co-ops were developing it is essential for the associations to hold and care for their workers and to improve their upper hands. Henceforth this examination was embraced in an Indian telecom major to recognize the effect of HR works on representative execution. Tests were gathered utilizing poll from 2102 representatives so as to test the speculation. Relapse examination was finished utilizing SPSS to discover the effect of autonomous factors on representative execution. It was discovered that there was a critical relationship and effect of preparing and remuneration anticipates worker execution though representative cooperation had less effect on worker execution.

Factor, the ratio between the real or average power and the apparent power forms a very essential parameter in power system. It is indicative of how effectively the real power of the system has been utilized. Hence, there is a continuous need for power factor improvement and reduction of line current harmonics. Development of new circuit topologies and control strategies for Power Factor Correction (PFC) and harmonic reduction has become still more essential with the introduction of strong technical IEC standards. This project aims to develop a circuit for PFC using active filtering approach by implementing two boost converters arranged in parallel. It shall be based on an optimised power sharing strategy to improve the current quality and at the same time reduce the switching losses. The work initially involves simulation of basic power electronic circuits and the analysis of the current and voltage waveforms. It starts with simple circuits with a gradual increase in complexity by inclusion of new components and their subsequent effect on the current and voltage waveforms. We focus on the objective of improving the input current waveform i.e. making it sinusoidal by tuning the circuits. All the simulation work is done in MATLAB Simulink environment and the Power results are attached herewith.

The novel Coronavirus ailment (Covid-19) originated in Wuhan metropolis of China has unfold around the world. The World Health Organization (WHO) declared the coronavirus epidemic an endemic. Across the nation, Universities Colleges, Schools, Institutes postponed or cancelled all the campus events consisting of educational training, workshops, meetings, sports activities and other academic and nonacademic activities. As a result, students and teachers are required to shift from Back Board Classrooms to ICT based Classrooms like Zoom, Google Classroom, Cisco Web, Google Team. This research aimed at accessing the impact of Covid-19 on learning through e-learning mode. In this research, a descriptive survey design is being used in which 13 Likert scale item of questionnaires are administered to 150 respondents of Delhi& NCR through random sampling method.
