The menopausal transition marks a time of great variability in reproductive hormones, and this variability can be responsible for specific symptoms, such as hot flashes and mood disturbances. Once a woman who is more than 45 years old has gone for 12 months without a menstrual period, she is considered to be menopausal and has consistently low circulating estradiol and elevated gonadotropins. Estrogen is the most efficacious therapy for bothersome vasomotor symptoms. Although estrogen exerts clear-cut protective effects on the cardiovascular system in premenopausal women, medical evidence does not support its use for the prevention of cardiovascular disease soy protein and isoflavones contained in soy foods can improve muscle and bone density quality and reduce body weight. It is considered a breakthrough in preventing osteosarcopenia and obesity that may occur after menopause. Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is an oxidative state resulting in ovarian dysfunction. Licorice is one of the natural antioxidants used for the treatment of infertility. Present review of the plants showed a wide range of pharmacological activity in anxiolytic relax the clinical disease, such as anti-inflammatory, anxiety and antioxidant. In addition, Passiflora incarnata L. affects menopause symptoms such as vasomotor symptoms, insomnia, and depression The researchers concluded sesame ingestion benefits postmenopausal women by improving blood lipids, antioxidant status, and possibly sex hormone status Fenugreek seeds (which are rich in phytoestrogens) may be the alternative strategy to treat the above mentioned menopause induced deficits. This study was designed to evaluate the role of Fenugreek seed extract on menopause induced impaired memory and hippocampal damage using ovariectomized rat model.

Ritu means season in Sanskrit, while Sandhi denotes the meeting of two things. This means that Ritusandhi is the meeting point of two Ritu. The first goal of Ayurveda is "Swasthyarakshan," or health maintenance. To achieve this goal, the great Trio provides regimens for different seasons as well as day-to-day living. There are separate chapters on Dincharya and Ritucharya. Ritu is a season. The year is divided into two halves in Ayurveda literature: Uttarayana and Dakshinayana. Each Ayana is further subdivided into three Ritu. As a result, there are a total of six Rituare in one year. Different foods and practises are recommended for each Ritu. Vagbhatta describes Ritusandhi towards the end of Ritucharya. Ritu Sandhi is a moment when the seasons collide. Ritusandhi lasts one week in the previous season and one week in the next season. This review article discusses the significance of Ritu and Ritusandhi in today's world. This is a review of Samhitokta Ritu and Ritusandhi. This review essay discusses the significance of Ritu and Ritusandhi in the current context. References and pertinent information are obtained from Ayurveda literature, the internet and research publications. distinct Ritu have distinct environmental circumstances. These diseases have an immediate impact on the human body.

Several transdermal therapeutic methods have been developed for topical application onto the intact skin surface to manage drug distribution and its subsequent penetration through the skin tissue in order to offer continuous medication infusion via an intact skin. A viable alternative to systemic medication delivery is transdermal method. The ethanolic phospholipid vesicles known as "ethosomes" are employed mostly for transdermal medication administration. Since ethosomes penetrate the skin more quickly than liposomes do, they can often be utilised in place of liposomes. Due to their enhanced skin penetration, improved drug delivery, greater drug entrapment efficiency, etc., ethosomes have attracted researchers' attention.

Tulsi drop preparations containing extracts of various Ocimum species are available in the market. These are extensively used for their immunomodulatory properties. Eugenol is one of the active biomarkers of Ocimum species. In the current study content of eugenol in three marketed Tulsi drop preparations was determined using a simple UV spectrophotometric method. The linear regression equation y = 0.0235x + 0.0065 was used to determine the amount of eugenol at 282 nm. Different Tulsi drop preparations were found to have variable content of eugenol.
