The Chotanagpur Tenancy-CNT Act, 1908, is a land rights law that was enacted to protect the land rights of the tribal population of Jharkhand, established by the British. A major feature of the CNT Act is that it prohibits the transfer of land to non-tribals to ensure community ownership. The areas of North Chotanagpur, South Chotanagpur and Palamu divisions are included in the jurisdiction of the CNT Act. The Chotanagpur Tenancy-CNT Act of 1908 came as a response to the Birsa Movement.

Justice in British India was far from blind; it was highly attentive towards the profit margins of British Raj. The loot, plunder and exploitation which started with the Battle of Plassey were transformed into civilizational mission burden; that rested upon the "white men". This particular theory of uncivilized oriental masses not only played a key role in the continuance of 'BRUTISH' (British) empire; but also justified the legacy of their colonial sins. Anglophile and imperialist historians never hesitate to throw light upon the beneficial aspects of colonial rule. Political unity, democracy, rule of law, parliamentary system et al. becomes the part and parcel of enlightened despotism. But again the actual picture behind this enlightened despotism becomes myth under the larger classical era of colonialism.

In order to distinguish between benign and non-benign DNS over HTTPS (DoH) traffic produced by browsers such as Chrome, this project creates a machine learning model. It incorporates several models, such as logistic regression, XGBoost, random forests, decision trees, and LightGBM, and is based on the Flask framework. Handling missing values, encoding categorical variables, resampling using SMOTE, and eliminating outliers are all examples of data preprocessing. Accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score, ROC-AUC, and log loss measures are used to assess the model's performance. Real-time traffic classification and sophisticated data visualization for model evaluation are made possible by an intuitive interface, while SHAP and LIME offer model explainability.

In the modern world physical fitness became an integral part of everyone's lifestyle. With the rapid development of sports to a highly organized and immensely competitive social phenomenon. The term plyometnic has been derived from the Greek word 'Pleythyein', meaning "to augment" or "to increase" and the shorter Greek Works 'Plio' "more" and "plyo" to move" metrics means "to measure" or "length". Coaches and athletes maintain that plyometric training represents the bridge between strength and power and perceive it as a method of training that will directly enhance competitive performance. They often see strength training as a means of increasing general strength and plyometrics as a way to apply this strength to improve performance. The training effect can reverse itself. If the training does not become challenging, the fitness level flattens out. If the training ends, the fitness level gradually falls. In fact, the training load must continue to increase if the athlete's general and specific fitness are to improve. In the present investigation, the load will gradually increase for progressive plyometric training of every four weeks for progressive ploymetric training group upto twelfth week and reversibility preceded by progressive ploymetic training group load will gradually increase upto ninth week, for remaining three weeks (reversibility weeks) the load will gradually reduce in every week

Social Security in a present society has been regarded as sentiments of the society which is closely associated with the lives of millions of people despite of the sector of employment. Basically, it acts as a facilitator, which provides security to those who are in want of such protection by the State as its responsibility towards the community. Social security is a double-edged system designed to combat against destitution, vagrancy & deprivation, it assures the basic minimum benefits to an individual for himself & his dependents. Today it plays a vital role in the advancement process and generates a more positive approach to the challenges of globalization.

The empowerment of rural women plays a crucial role in achieving sustainable development, particularly in regions like Dhansiri Sub-Division, Golaghat, Assam, where socioeconomic challenges persist. This study investigates the role of microfinance organizations in empowering rural women through Self-Help Groups (SHGs), which act as vital tools for financial inclusion, skill development, and social transformation. The paper begins with an introduction to microfinance and SHGs, outlining their functions and significance in fostering economic independence. The study highlights the unique characteristics of the Dhansiri Sub-Division and its socioeconomic landscape. Aims and objectives are centered around understanding how microfinance initiatives impact the financial stability, decision-making abilities, and overall well-being of women participants. Employing a combination of primary and secondary research methods, data was collected through surveys, interviews, and existing literature. Findings reveal that SHGs facilitated by microfinance organizations significantly enhance women's access to credit, entrepreneurial opportunities, and collective agency. Despite challenges such as limited resources and societal barriers, the positive impact on women's empowerment is evident in improved household incomes and greater participation in community decision-making. This paper concludes by emphasizing the need for enhanced governmental support and policy frameworks to strengthen the SHG ecosystem, ensuring the holistic development of rural women in Dhansiri Sub-Division. The study provides valuable insights for academicians, policymakers, and practitioners working towards inclusive rural development in India.

Creating proposals and pricing strategies for B2B clients is a resource-intensive process that requires customization and precision. This paper presents a Generative AI system that automates proposal generation by incorporating client data, RFP requirements, and competitive insights. Additionally, the system suggests dynamic pricing models optimized for market conditions and customer profiles. A case study in the consulting sector demonstrated a 20% reduction in proposal development time and a 10% increase in win rates. The findings underline AI's capability to enhance efficiency and competitiveness in B2B sales processes.

Fraud in B2B transactions poses significant financial risks to enterprises. This research introduces a Generative AI model that creates synthetic transaction data to train fraud detection algorithms, enhancing their accuracy and adaptability. By analyzing patterns in invoicing, procurement, and payment processes, the model identifies anomalies indicative of fraudulent activities. A real-world application in the logistics sector resulted in a 35% reduction in undetected fraud cases and improved audit efficiency. The study highlights AI's role in securing B2B financial ecosystems.

Abstract The advent of the wireless communications systems augurs new cutting-edge technologies, including self-driving vehicles, unmanned aerial systems, autonomous robots, the Internet of Things, and virtual reality. These technologies require high data rates, ultra-low latency, and high reliability, all of which are promised by the fifth generation of wireless communication systems (5G). Many research groups state that 5G cannot meet its demands without artificial intelligence (AI) integration as 5G wireless networks are expected to generate unprecedented traffic giving wireless research designers access to big data that can help in predicting the demands and adjust cell designs to meet the users' requirements. Subsequently, many researchers applied AI in many aspects of 5G wireless communication design including radio resource allocation, network management, and cyber-security. In this paper, we provide an in-depth review of AI for 5G wireless communication systems. In this respect, the aim of this paper is to survey AI in 5G wireless communication systems by discussing many case studies and the associated challenges, and shedding new light on future research directions for leveraging AI in 5G wireless communications. Artificial intelligence and fifth-generation mobile networks (5G) are two of the few technologies that work together so effectively. The complexity of a 5G ecosystem necessitates a level of service assurance that can't be met by human effort alone. Fifth-generation network operators will leverage AI for network diagnostics, cyber security, and personalized applications, all of which will radically alter the relationship between businesses and their consumers. The facts that even more nearly half of internet services have already integrated another aspect of AI into its 5G networks demonstrates that the industry has already invested much in the coupling. At the core of the complementary connection between AI and 5G is the significance of data; 5G opens a floodgate for data, something AI could then analyses as well as learn from more swiftly to create unique consumer experiences that were already suited to the numerous needs of consumers. As AI runs simulations for analysis, reasoning, data fitting, clustering, including optimization, the 5G network provides support in the background, increasing the reliability and significance of the findings.
