Today banks are dealing with several challenges including global competition for Deposits, Loans, and underwriting fees, increasing customer demands, shrinking profit margins: and need to keep up with the new technologies. Banks have realized the importance of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and its potential to help them to acquire new customers, retain existing ones, and maximize their lifetime value. Banks has realized that CRM is the only solution to help them to maintain a long term relationship with their customers. On the other hand, maintaining relationships with customers also requires strong coordination between different departments at the bank viz., IT, Sales, Service, Support, and Marketing. CRM came from the origins and is based on the principles of Relationship marketing which is considered as one of the key departmental areas of modern marketing and the one which generated great research interest over several years. CRM came in to existence when banking institutions have started to become more and more competitive. The focus of CRM increased banks abilities to understand the customers current needs more precisely and also helped them to understand their customers behaviors, such as what they have done in the past , and what they plan to do in the future. Such practice helped banks to design strategies based on each customers preference in order to meet their customers needs. Customer information is important for banks and the intelligent use of such information would create long term, two way relationships with customers.

The purpose of this document is to summarize the literature on perverse sidewalks, highlight current trends in research and industry and recommend future areas of research and development. Permeable pavement with a base and sub-base that allow rainwater to move across the surface. The goal is to control rainwater at the source, reduce runoff, reduce costs and improve water quality by filtering contaminants in the substrate layers and increasing the level of groundwater, thus a way to collect rainwater . As we know in Kanpur, fly ash is generated in large quantities in thermal power plants. The removal of fly ash also represents a serious socio-economic problem. Therefore, the use of fly ash up to 10-30% in place of cement can overcome this problem. The use of fly ash will reduce construction costs and also solve the problem of disposal. Porous flooring is a unique and effective means of meeting growing environmental needs. By capturing rainwater and allowing it to penetrate the ground, this flooring technology creates more efficient use of the soil by eliminating the need for retention ponds, surfboards and other expensive rainwater management devices.

Demographic research however has been developed as an important area of interdisciplinary study within the ambit of social gerontology in the main context of an ever graying world population. A thorough literature review was conducted as part of study t find out of the areas of concern within the emerging issues in the process of ageing and also to know the various sources of data and certain methodologies applied in various studies and identify the research gaps and areas for further research. The present study intends to estimate the health, social and economic problems of elderly population and also utilization of primary health care services by them. Off late there has been a vast growth of literature on ageing trends, patterns, socio-economic and demographic profiles of the elderly. Besides cross sectional studies on specific studies aspects of the elderly have been done based on sample studies. Also, longitudinal cohort studies with in depth analysis of the different strata within the elderly need to receive specific attention on a multidisciplinary level by adopting a much holistic approach to ageing population.

The COVID-19 pandemic has been a major shock to the Indian economy and has disrupted the growth of almost all the sectors. The imposition of lockdown has brought economic activities to a standstill and created widespread unemployment especially in the informal sectors. One of the worst hit in this scenario are the migrant workers. Migrant workers are the backbone of the economy of this country. They provide their labour to several sectors of industries in the urban areas and keep them running. Most of them work in informal sector. The plight of the migrant workers and the inhuman conditions they were facing, was clearly visible when the lockdown forced lakhs of them to walk miles after miles towards their homes on foot. The reverse exodus of migrant workers proves that they are not considered at par with other citizens and are valued only for their labour power. Therefore with loss of work, the cities had nothing to offer to the migrant workers. They were left with no work, no food, no housing and even no transportation for coming back to their hometown. In this situation they prefer to die from the virus in their own village rather than starving for an indefinite period in their workplace.

Covid-19 has brought along widespread economic distress and health crisis that the world had never experienced in the 21st century. However, India, with its vast population is dealing with economic, health and migrant crisis all at the same time. While the world economies are coming up with their relief packages and policies to revive their economy, India has brought to the table its idea of self reliance in the form of an Atma-Nirbhar Bharat Campaign . This research paper begins by discussing about the idea of self-reliant India in a substantive manner and moves on to elaborate its applicability in a practical manner, especially for the benefit of migrant workers. Then it brings to light the man-power opportunities that India can exploit post Covid-19 and also discusses the hurdles India needs to overcome in order to realize a self-reliant economy. The paper is concluded by putting forwards various suggestions and the importance to establish a strong supply chain.

In conventional footing/foundations when the load is applied, the soil beneath the footing will spread laterally. If the lateral movement of the soil is restricted by providing vertical sections beneath the footing, the bearing capacity of the soil increases due to its confinement. The vertical sections attached along the outer perimeter of the footing is known as skirt and the footing is known as bucket/skirted/bounded/confined footing. These types of footings are commonly employed in offshore structures. Skirted foundations are alternative solutions for deep foundations. They are also economical when compared deep foundations. However, skirted foundations are yet to find its place in onshore structures. Recently skirted foundations have caught the attention of engineers. Although research works are ongoing, significant contribution is yet to come. Pressure-settlement curve is drawn for different parameters to determine the bearing capacity of the skirted footing. To compare these test results with conventional footings, similar tests were repeated for footings without skirts and suitable recommendations are made for optimal design of skirted footings. A detailed numerical analysis is also done to validate the experimental test results.

Water is considered as everlasting free source that can be acquired naturally which is essential for environment, food security and sustainable development. Sustainable use of water could maintain a balance between its demand and supply. Sustainability of RWH in meeting the household demands of fresh water is the prime focus of this study. The method of this study comprises of various literature reviews. Availability of drinking water and provision of sanitation facilities are the basic minimum requirements for healthy living. Rainwater harvesting is the most traditional and sustainable method, which could be easily used for potable and non-potable purposes both in residential and commercial building. Rainwater harvesting, in its broadest sense, is a technology used for collecting and storing rainwater for human use from rooftops, land surfaces or rock catchments using simple techniques such as jars and pots as well as engineered techniques. Rainwater harvesting has been practiced for more than 4,000 years, owing to the temporal and spatial variability of rainfall. Rainwater harvesting describes processes in which precipitation that falls on a site is diverted, captured, and stored for use on-site, as opposed to allowing it to run off, evaporate, or infiltrate into the soil. Depending on its intended use, the captured precipitation may require treatment. In a broad sense, rainwater harvesting can also include capture from surface water runoff rapid population growth, combined with industrialization, urbanization, agricultural intensification and water intensive lifestyle is resulting in a global water crisis. Sustainable rainwater harvesting provides the long-term answers to the problem of water scarcity. This paper mainly conveys importance of RWH and factors to be considered for rainwater harvesting system and new technologies used in this system.

The authenticity of information has become a long standing issue affecting businesses and society in social media. On social networks, the reach and effects of information spread occur at such a fast rate and spreading false information on social media may cause real world impacts. Rumors on social media may cause public panic and negative impact on individuals. So it is necessary to makes the automatic detection of rumors and blocking the user who continuously spreads rumor. This system detect rumor by learning user representation(User behaviour) by graph convolutional networks(GCN) and learning content semantics and propagation clues of rumored tweets. GCN efficiently capture node features and graph structure features in graph structure data and it helps to learn the user information. The proposed system uses user based features, content based features, propagation based features to detect rumors. The main objectives of this system is develop a social network without any fake news spreading. It taken twitter based social network to predict the fake news spreading system. In this system fake news detection is done by using Recurrent Neura Network and Graph Convolutional Network. This model experiments on two real-word datasets show that this method is more superior to the state-of-the-art on rumor detection.
