Cancer is the second leading cause of death worldwide and its treatment still represents a major challenge as cases continue to increase. Since the earliest medical records were kept, cancer as a disease has been described in the history of medicine. "Edwin Smith" and "George Ebers" papyri, contain descriptions of cancer written around 1600 B.C. Neoplasia (neo = new, plasia = tissue or cells) or neoplasm literally means new tissue in Greek. Lipid based nanoparticles provide the prospect of developing novel treatments owing to their unique size related characteristics. The process of integrating medicines into nanomedicines provides a novel drug discovery concept that might be used for therapeutic targeting. LBNPs advantages include high temporal and thermal stability, high loading capacity, ease of preparation, low production costs, and large-scale industrial production since they can be prepared from natural sources. LNPs(Lipid nanoparticles) are legitimate particulates (approx. 100 nm in size) gathered from various lipid as well as other biochemical compounds which overall functionality to resolve biological barriers (biobarriers), allowing LNPs to selectively collect somewhere outside of disease-target cells again for responsive therapeutics. Most pharmaceutically important compounds were insoluble throughout water solutions, were chemical & physiologically unstable, or have toxicities. Moreover, the association of chemotherapeutic agents with lipid nanoparticles reduces active therapeutic dose and toxicity, decreases drug resistance and increases drug levels in tumor tissue by decreasing them in healthy tissue. LBNPs have been extensively assayed in in vitro cancer therapy but also in vivo, with promising results in some clinical trials. LBNPs were widely studied in cancer treatment, both in vitro and in vivo, with encouraging outcomes in certain clinical trials. This study provides an overview of the many types of LBNPs which have been created in latest years and their applications and contributions in different types of cancers

Based on traditional PID control and nonlinear components, this research provides an optimum fuzzy proportional-integral-derivative (PID) controller architecture. Because of the similarity between fuzzy logic controllers (FLCs) and traditional PID controllers, a typical PID controller design may be quickly turned into an equivalent FLC by defining the controller's working ranges. The suggested nonlinear factors can be used to fine-tune the nonlinearity of the membership functions (MFs) that are dispersed throughout the operational ranges. In this approach, a fuzzy PID controller with fewer parameters may be built and optimized using the genetic algorithm (GA). Furthermore, the aforementioned corresponding FLC can operate as one member in the initial GA population, considerably improving GA efficiency. The simulation results show that this strategy is feasible. This resulted in an ideal fuzzy PID controller design with only eight parameters and a compact controller layout, as well as a more systematic optimal fuzzy PID controller design.

The covid-19 pandemic has prompted a great deal of interest in online shopping for clothes. We have explored different methodologies for virtually replicating the experience of a clothes fitting room using Augmented Reality. We have developed a web-application that allows potential customers of fashion ecommerce to virtually try-on a particular outfit of their choosing via input from their webcam. Our application breaks down this problem into two processes: pose-estimation via the PoseNet 2.0 tenserflow.js library, and 3D model animation using the three.js library. We have briefly explained these processes along with suitable illustrations. This research paper provides a brief idea about virtual cloth fitting using the technology known as augmented reality.

To untangle the mechanisms that regulate gene expressions is still a vital challenge in biology that biologists face today. A significant task in this challenge is to recognize regulatory motifs or elements. The Regulatory motifs in DNA sequence discovery are a primary step in many systems for studying gene function. Regulatory Motifs are interpreted as short (6-8 bases long), repetitive patterns that have well-defined biological functions and features. As per early discussion, genetic activity is monitored in response to environmental changes. Regulatory Motifs are in charge of recruiting Transcription Factors, or regulatory proteins, to the required gene. Motifs are also recognized by micro RNAs, which bind the motifs given through nucleotide, that recognize motifs based on their GC content; and other RNAs, which use a combination of DNA sequence and structure. Once bound, they can activate or subdue the expression of the associated gene. With the current mathematical abilities, regulatory motif discovery and analysis have proceeded in the field of genomic studies. This paper presents a generalization of motif discovery algorithms with new sub-categories that facilitates creating a successful motif discovery algorithm. It also presents a summary of the comparison between them.

This article briefs the journey of law for Surrogacy in India. How Surrogacy was practiced when there was no codified law particular for medically assisted reproductive technologies in India? 'Assisted reproductive technologies (ART)' were invented to help issueless couple people to beget their own child. In Surrogacy arrangement a women carries and delivers a child for another couple or person. A number of issues were raised against the Surrogacy especially commercial surrogacy but Surrogacy gained popularity worldwide and India became 'Surrogacy Capital' 'Surrogacy Hub' in the world. In 2014 ART industry was about 25000 crore rupees industry . In the absence of guidelines and legislation, malpractices by the ART clinics were prevailing in India. In 2005 ICMR issued the guidelines for the first time in India to regulate and control practice of Surrogacy. In Jan Balaz case Supreme Court asked Government to enact proper codified law in order to stop the malpractices and negative implication of Surrogacy in India. Government of India drafted a bill viz. The Assisted Reproductive Technologies Bill 2008 to regulate all kinds of Assisted Reproductive Technologies (IVF, Sperm Donation, Embryo Transfer, Surrogacy etc.) in India. Law Commission of India presented its 228th Report on contemporary situations and condition of Surrogacy arrangement and suggested some amendments. This paper also briefly highlights The Assisted Reproductive Technologies Bill 2008, The Assisted Reproductive Technologies Bill 2010, The Assisted Reproductive Technologies Bill 2012, The Assisted Reproductive Technologies Bill 2014, The Surrogacy (Regulation) Bill 2016, The Surrogacy (Regulation) Bill 2018, The Surrogacy (Regulation) Bill 2020 and the Bill which finally turned into Act carrying the name 'The Surrogacy (Regulation) Bill 2021'.

The duration of a construction project is significantly influenced by the formwork system, which is a crucial component. It utilizes a range of materials, including timber, steel, aluminum, plastic, and more. This structure needs to possess adequate strength to support both the weight of the materials used during the casting process, as well as any additional loads until the concrete sets and achieves a certain percentage of its intended strength. The selection/design of a formwork system for a project is influenced by the building design, site conditions, available resources, the contractor's experience with different systems, and their availability. The selection of a formwork system is made by a senior member of the contractor's organization. In the construction of traditional Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) buildings, the expenses associated with formwork play a significant role. Based on a rough estimate, formwork costs can range from 40 to 60 percent of the total cost of the concrete frame, making it approximately equal to 10 percent of the overall cost of the entire building structure. The aim of this research is to examine the factors that impact the choice of formwork system. By conducting a questionnaire survey, both Conventional (traditional) and modular formwork systems are analyzed in order to evaluate the factors involved in their selection. When evaluating various formwork systems like traditional formwork, Peri, Mivan and Doka. Several essential aspects were taken into account including cost, quality, cycle time, number of repetitions, and safety. This research study aims to assist construction project contractors in making informed decisions when choosing a formwork system that is both safe and cost-effective for concrete construction purposes.
