In Deep Learning Hand Writing Recognition got lot of attention. Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and Handwritten Character Recognition (HCR) has specific domain to apply. Disparate techniques have been proposed to for character recognition in handwriting recognition system. Despite the fact, sufficient studies and papers describes the techniques for converting textual content from a paper document into machine readable form. In coming days, character recognition system might serve as a key factor to create a paperless environment by digitizing and processing existing paper documents. To classify an individual handwritten word so that handwritten text can be translated to a digital form. We used two main approaches to accomplish this task: classifying words directly and character segmentation. First, we use Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) with various architectures to train a model that can accurately classify words. Next, we use Long Short Term Memory networks (LSTM) with convolution to construct bounding boxes for each character. We then pass the segmented characters to a CNN for classification, and then reconstruct each word according to the results of classification and segmentation. This paper presents a detailed review in the field of Handwritten Character Recognition

Computer Vision is the discipline under a broad area of Artificial Intelligence which teaches machines to see. From the biological science point of view, its aims are to come up with computational models of the human visual system. From the engineering point of view, computer vision aims to build autonomous systems which could perform some of the tasks which the human visual system can perform (and even surpass it in many cases). we see a major resurgence of interest in how machines see and how computer vision can be used to build products for consumers and businesses. Few examples of such applications are- Amazon Go, Google Lens, Autonomous Vehicles, and Face Recognition. The goal of computer vision is to understand the content of digital images. Typically, this involves developing methods that attempt to reproduce the capability of human vision. [1] The purpose of this paper to brief about the technique behind the computer vision using Data Science. [2]

Restorative justice maintenances the damage caused by corruption when victims, offender and community member meet and decide how to resolve this problem by the method of transforming offenders. This can be achieved by not giving by the deterrent punishment but restoration of offenders. Restorative justice is in place for last thirty-five years and it is implemented in fifty different countries across the world. Its a theory which emphasize repairing the harm caused by criminal behaviour to the whole society and it include all the stake holder for example police, judiciary, victim ,family, society etc. the theory transform people from revenge to compensation it helps to reduce repeating of offence by offender and it is process from criminal justice to restorative justice. In this process of legal system of India, restorative justice helps in criminal victim mediation and reduces stress and traumatic related harm to the victim. This theory also provide both victim and offender satisfaction that actual justice is done by process of restoration.

The main aim of the project is to step towards making sure that no one is left thirsty, not even the EARTH. As the name suggests our project will quench the thirst of underground water as well as plants. Watering is the most cultural practice and most labor intensive task in daily gardening operation. Knowing when and how much water is needed, is the two most important aspects of the watering process. This is a concept for smart cities. In this project we are installing a smart tank under the roads which will store rainwater which will be used to water the plantation over dividers .The motor pump will extract the water from our Smart reservoir and will work according to the soil condition to water our plantation, and also half of that water will be transferred underground to maintain ground water level. The main work of the project is to cope with the water clogging problem faced over the roads which then affects the traffic and causes different problems also the project aims to develop techniques in various aspects of plantation which helps to track the moisture of the soil and temperature in real time and allow water to the plant based on the detecting values. Firstly we intend to harvest rain water using our smart tank. This smart tank will be connected to the dripping system as well as to the ground and an external reservoir. We are using ultrasonic sensors in order to determine water level in the reservoir .The Humidity sensor will help us to know whether a plantation needs water or not. When it will sense dryness in the soil, the water pump will start and thus will provide them with an adequate amount of water through a dripping system. In case of overflow, water will be sent to the nearby reservoir which may go through some filtration process and can be made suitable for human use. Half of the water will be automatically sent to the underground water table through a borehole which will help us to enhance ground water level.

Bhaona is the performance of Ankia Drama. The Ankia drama is a special form of drama in Assamese literature composed in Brajabuli language by Sankardeva, a great Baishnava Saint of Assam in the sixteenth century AD just to propagate his Bhagavata based faith of bhakti. Later, Madhavdeva and many other followers contributed to the world of Ankia drama. Bhaona performance specially flourished in Satras where it becomes a regular feature on all ceremonial occasions. With the increases of its popularities, it gradually spread to the villages also. Bhaona performance were held on distinguished occasions. The Barechaharia Bhaona, Committee Bhaona and Hezari Bhaona are the festivals of Ankia Nat (Ankia Drama) performance where basically the mythological plays are performed. The Barechaharia Bhaona has been presented by the people of Jamugurihat area of Sonitpur district of Assam in a special form of performance to unite the areas through the Neo-Vaishnavite culture by performing the Ankia plays. The pandal of this Bhaona is made in the model of a lotus flower. The Simhasana is established in the centre of it. The other remaining part in the circular pandal is called Khala in the local language. The places for audiences and bhawarias (actors) are divided by 2-3 feet high bamboo fencing. The Committee Bhaona festival is a unique, historical and traditional performance with its moral significance. The Committee Bhaona festival is observed every three years by the active participation of the people of Charaibahi of Morigoan district. Barechaharia Bhaona has been celebrating since 1797-98 and the Committee Bhaona of Charaibahi was performed at first in 1858. The performers use variety of technique to draw the attention of the audience on the performance. Consequently the drama accommodates dancing, singing, instrumental music and bombastic speeches and other stylized type of performances. The pandals are made so simply in minimum cost and with the objects like bamboos, straw, betel nut trees, coconut tree leaves etc. which are available locally. It is created players through the use of conventional symbolic objects-masks, costumes, a special area of presenting the play etc. This paper is an attempt to present how this Bhaona folk art form has flourished and contributes to the integrity of our society through the art and craftsmanship by the artisans using the raw materials from our surroundings.

An empirical model is proposed for the reliability of a dedicated short-range contact channel (DSRC) control channel (CCH) for handling safety applications in vehicle ad hoc networks (VANETs). In particular, the model allows to evaluate the probability of receiving status and safety messages from all vehicles inside the transmitter range and from vehicles up to a certain distance, respectively. The proposed model is based on a modern model of mobility that takes into account the following safety rule for the vehicle in order to accurately derive the relationship between average vehicle speed and density. Moreover, the model consider some factors they are 1) Mobility impact on the vehicles density all around the transmitter, 2) system reliability depends on transmitters and receivers speed, 3)Communication range has been modeled as a random variable to study the effect of channel fading, and 4) Transmission collisions and hidden terminal problems from neighboring vehicles. It is shown that the current DSRC specifications will lead to severe degradation of performance under dense and high-mobility conditions. Therefore, an adaptive algorithm is implemented to improve device efficiency in terms of the likelihood of successful receipt of the packet and the delay of emergency messages in a harsh vehicular environment.
