A 13-year-old was admitted to Intensive Care Unit after voluntary ingestion of an imprecise amount of a chlorophenoxy herbicide, leading to death 48 hours after admission to a multi-visceral failure chart. The management of intoxication and the treatment of the patient consisted of the establishment of alkaline diuresis and symptomatic treatment. Toxicological analysis (liquid-phase chromatography with UV diode bar detection) confirmed the diagnosis and guided the therapeutics. Venous and urinary samples taken from the moment of admission have made it possible to identify and tame the active ingredients and their metabolites. Mass spectrometry is an interesting, more specific and more efficient alternative for research and dosage of these molecules in the blood and urine. The prognosis of this poisoning remains serious, Death is mainly related to the severity of the initial cardiovascular disease.

In this era, the most important thing for user as well as for an organization is network security where data of most of companies/organization is stored on clouds. So we must have to find a solution so that data must be safe during network transmission. In this regards most efficient way is to encrypt the data which we transmit from source to destination. Then at destination again decrypt the original data form encrypted data. Some of the data is more critical like some government data or military communication, banking transactions etc.. When data falls in wrong hand may leads to big devastating. In this paper, a solution for above situation a multi-level encryption is given. In this multilevel encryption, data is more secure than the conventional encryption which involves multiple rounds of encryption with same or different keys and this make the algorithm complex and more powerful.

In the traditional society, womens role was naturally limited to the family many factors like urbanization, technical progress and womens education have profoundly changed these traditional condition even in a developing country like India slowly starting with the metropolitan areas and going back the womens role at home has become lights due to technical progress. Working women are in a state of constant stress which manifests itself is symptoms like feeling weak, tired, irritable a headache, body hyperacidity, pain in the abdomen and other gastro-intestinal problems.Hence, study was taken to know the stress among private sector working women, The main objective of this paper is identified and analysis the factors influencing workplace stress among private sector working women and how to reduce the stress.

The nationwide lockdown due to the devastating pandemic attack of COVID-19 have forced almost every citizen of nearly all countries of the world to stay inside their house, to get accustomed with the practices of work from home, children are getting education from schools and colleges through online mode. People are bound to wear facemask and gloves whenever they step out of their home for any work and sanitize themselves with alcohol based disinfectants repeatedly. Daily wage earners are staying foodless day after day. Throughout the day most people are worried about the facts and figures related to COVID-19 in India and abroad. Slowly new habits are getting established in the attitude of the people. The socio-cultural patters are also going to get affected heavily after this pandemic outbreak of COVID-19. This paper aims at identification of probable reverse culture shocks that are going to hit the society as well as in the organizations gradually as post COVID-19 across the globe.

Introduction: Chronic leg wounds are one of the chronic physical illnesses the burden of these lesions is a challenge to the health care services. Various disturbances that occur due to chronic leg wounds are pain, day- to- day struggle, recurrence, difficulty in mobility, dressing, bandages, and frequent hospitalization. The stress produced by the physical complaints and immobility of the chronic leg wound have an impact on the quality of life. Aim: To assess the impact of chronic leg and foot ulcer and relationship between the quality of life, Psychological distress and depression. Data were collected by using Cardiff wound impact schedule (CWIS), Kesslers Psychological Distress Scale and Beck Depression Inventory-II .Results: Chronic leg and foot ulcer produce low quality of life, Severe Psychological Distress and Moderate Depression .The r value depicted that there is negatively moderate correlation between quality of life and Distress, depression. Conclusion: Impact of chronic leg and foot ulcer equally affects the physical and mental health of the person apart from all other factors, and also increases the risk of psychological distress and depression.

Supercritical Circulating Fluidized Bed (CFB) boiler is becomes an important development trendsetter for coal-fired power plant. In this Paper, a simple boiler and a CFB boiler are compared for the better heat transfer performance. The 3D modeling of simple boiler and CFB boiler is done in Pro/Engineer and Heat transfer analysis is done in Ansys cfd. The material used for boiler is steel. In this Paper, it is to be replaced with copper and brass. Thermal analysis is done to verify the better heat transfer rate by comparing simple and CFB boilers and better material.

The work here started with manufacturing a glass fibre composite with E-glass fibre and epoxy resin using hand layup process. The fibre was placed in an eight layered structure and compressed to form the composite. Thus formed campsites basic parameters such as density youngs modulus and poisons ratio are calculated. These values are feeded in as the material properties of the sample designed for testing in an analysis software. On this sample tensile and bending tests are conducted virtually and the results of these test are compared with the results of other materials. Based on the comparison of these results the differences in the composites and other materials is established.

This paper proposes solar water pumping system that gives better full load efficiency by employing permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM). PMSM has the ability to maintain full torque at low speeds. The system uses a Photovoltaic Generator, boost dc-dc converter, three phase VSI, three phase permanent magnet synchronous motor and a pump. Boost converter which is controlled by using Fuzzy logic in order to obtain Maximum power point tracking. Direct torque control space vector modulation is designed to inverter for supplying the PMSM to control motors torque.
