Traditional knowledge is a knowledge which is passed on from generation to generation in a particular community. The knowledge, skill or know how is not known by people outside that particular community. Thereby it becomes an essential form of intellectual property and requires measures to keep it protected. Traditional knowledge are age old practices or methods which have been practiced through generations and hence a special degree of care has to be ensured to make sure that it sustains the winds of time. It is often observed on multiple occasions that they fail to survive the withering of time due to lack of protection and hence are easily infringed or due to lack of economic gain people tend to move away from it as earning day to day essentials is more important for survival. Internationally several measures have been taken to ensure protection of traditional knowledge but in India no such substantial step have been taken. The only effective step in this direction was the formulation of the Traditional Knowledge Digital Library. However, no specific legislation is in place for the protection of Tradition Knowledge. The paper would deal with the consequences of lack of protection of traditional knowledge and the possible ways to protect it. The paper would also focus on the fact that how existing IPR laws in India are not sufficient in ensuring the protection of traditional knowledge, hence the enactment of a separate legislation for protecting traditional knowledge is essential.

Retail is the selling of goods and services to the consumers in small portions to the public for their own use. A retailer is someone who cuts off or sheds a little piece from something. Retailing comprises of business activities involved with clearance of enterprises and products from purchasers directly for their personnel, family and household use. Below are the four components of retailing. Indian retail industries appear to be one of the most leading retail industries moreover there are well known several new players from western countries such as Wal-Mart, IKEA, Tesco, Lifestyle and Pantaloons. In India retail Industries are required to rise 25% yearly being driven by strong pay advancement, developing lifestyles, and great Demographic models. Indian retail industry is the greatest industry in India, with employment of around 8% and adding to over 10% of the country's GDP. Big Bazaar being one of the most comprehensive retail industries in India that provides goods and services such as fashion and apparels, general merchandise, electronics, fast foods, food products, leisure and entertainment section. Among all the products that are mentioned, FMCG is mainly focused as part of my case study. Fast Moving Customer Goods (FMCG) these are short termed products that are sold immediately at a lower rate cost and are unsustainable goods such as packaged beverages, candies, groceries, baked goods, toiletries and cosmetics.

Fingerprint Based ATM is a web based application where fingerprint of the user is used as an authentication. The finger print minutiae feature is unique for each human being so the user can be identified uniquely. Instead of using ATM card PIN number Fingerprint based ATM is safer and secure. There is no worry of losing ATM card and no need to memorize ATM card PIN number. The customer has to login using his fingerprint in order to do further transaction where the IOT is been used for identifying the finger print using mapping segmentation in Gaussian Smoothing Algorithm of the user from the multiple user. The customer can withdraw cash from his personal account. Customer can transfer cash to various accounts by mentioning account number. In arrange to withdraw cash user has to go through the amount he desire to withdraw and has to talk about from which account he desire to withdraw (i.e. saving account, current account) .The consumer must have suitable balance in his ATM account to do transaction.

UV radiation is the major environmental factor that causes photoageing which induces excitation of Matrix Metalloproteinases (MMPs) in skin and disturbing the balance between MMPs and their inhibitors in our body which results in collagen degradation and therefore, wrinkle formation. To reduce the oxidation reactions induced by photoageing, phytochemicals having antioxidant properties are studied and best phytochemical showing higher binding affinity towards the MMPs were selected using molecular docking approach. Literature survey was done on 100 plants effective against wrinkles out of which 30 common phytochemicals were selected showing antioxidant properties. These selected phytochemicals were further targeted against nine types of MMPs responsible for wrinkled formation using molecular docking approach. Further proteins optimization was carried out in GROMACS software to enable successful docking. The docking analysis was performed using PyRx tool and docked structures were visualized using Discovery Studio 4.1 Visualizer. It was assumed on basis of docking score that beta carotene, rutin and luteolin showed highest binding affinity with the target protein. The present study of docking analysis showed the difference in binding affinities among the various protein-ligand complexes. The common binding residues were selected which could be used as potential targets for further study against ageing.

A Supervised machine learning system is to classify network traffic whether it is malicious or benign. To find the best model considering detection success rate, combination of supervised learning algorithm and feature selection method have been used. Through this study, it is found that Artificial Neural Network (ANN) based machine learning with wrapper feature selection outperform support vector machine (SVM) technique while classifying network traffic. To evaluate the performance, NSL-KDD dataset is used to classify network traffic using SVM and ANN supervised machine learning techniques. Comparative study shows that the proposed model is efficient than other existing models with respect to intrusion detection success rate. Specially at present technology playing major role so we need to move forward with our upgrading mindset

Songs have been the most important part of Sanskrit drama. The pierian spring of human being is innate but this emotional expression got its final shape in the form of songs mainly during the Vedic era. With the passage of time and situation the role of songs were also changed. In most of the Sanskrit drama, after the worship of the eternal power and the preceptor for successful completion of the play, the anchor invites the actress to perform and sing for the entertainment of the audiences and spectators. Sanskrit drama songs and music always played an important and internal role with emotional appeals, which may varied from drama to drama. The impacts of Sanskrit drama songs on the 19th century Bengali drama are as deep as the overall inspirational impact and legacies of Sanskrit drama towards the 19th century Bengali drama. In the initial stage, lack of proper training was the major drawback of the songs used in Bengali drama. Very intensive and significant use of songs can be observed in different famous dramas. It may be termed as the impact of Sanskrit drama songs on its legatee.

The age old art, culture and tradition are dying due to the increase in the trend of modernisation. People are slowly drifting away from their roots and adopting new systems and processes of different nations. This has affected the life of many traditional artists, who are not even able to lead a sustainable life, which they were used to earlier. The experience and hard work of the old artists have become penniless and are bound to sell their work for small amount of money. This mainly happens in the field of art, textile, music, dance etc. where the famous old forms of presentation becomes outdated, due to the loss of interest of people in them. India is called the hub of culture, where there are many forms of art, but the diminishing trend of these kind of art may severely affect the cultural scenario of the country. Digital Marketing can be adopted to create the hype of their art again and develop a sustainable source of income for them.

This research work aims to develop a cost model for hotel projects to determine the preliminary cost of a proposed hotel to facilitate investors and owners during the early decision-making process regarding investment in Hotel projects. The complexity and large variation in the hotel industry limits the scope of this research to develop a cost model only for the mid-scale range of hotel projects which comprises of 3 star and 4 star rated hotels. The research includes the understanding of the hotel industry, its classification, the feasibility of hotel projects, and various other parameters associated with the establishment of hotel projects. This cost model largely helps in project cost and areas optimization where every input value can be compared with a set of range of values from minimum to maximum and accordingly the rates and areas can be adjusted. It can be used for those proposed hotel projects which are in the stage of hotel feasibility analysis and this cost model can be a part of the financial analysis. It would also help in optimising the cost of the project and no of keys that can be obtained in a project by optimising and alternating the values required in the cost model and by also analysing it in terms of revenue generating parameters such as no of keys, food & beverage, banquet & meeting facilities, etc. The cost model has been developed using the case study data analysis of a similar range of hotels, and by incorporating requirements using building bye-laws and guidelines based on hotel projects. The outcome of this research will have the cost model and area programming framework for the mid-scale segment of hotel projects.

The boiler is an closed vessel that is used for generating steam by combustion and transferring of heat to the water . Steam under pressure is used for transferring the heat to a process. Water is used as the affordable medium for transferring heat to the process . When water is boiled into steam its volume increases and pressure builds up inside the chamber thus producing a force that is extremely dangerous. This causes the boiler to be a dangerous equipment that needs to be continuously monitored for leakages and should be handled carefully. Liquid when heated up to the gaseous state this process is called evaporation. The heating surface can be any part of the boiler; hot gases of combustion are on one side and water on the other.Heating Surfaces are the Boiler parts which helps in converting the medium to steam The amount of heating surface of in a boiler is expressed in square meters. The larger the heating surface a boiler has, the more efficient it becomes By using our knowledge, we are implementing a miniature model of the boiler management system and through this project, we are controlling the parameters like pressure, temperature, level, flow through a miniature model of DCS. Here we are also implementing some additional safety measures to maintain the pressure inside the boiler for this we are using valves like PRV(pressure releasing valve).
