Abstract: Stress is a state of mental pressure for particular individual caused by psychological, physical and behavioral problems. In todays competitive world young generation are facing stress reflected in the form of depression, attempt to suicide and many other psychological disorders. Adolescence is the period of stress and storm where young generation experience confusion related to role-playing. Youth are facing lots of challenges to get adjusted in the society. College environment, interpersonal relation, social acceptance, examinations and emotional adjustment are few factors that affect the level of stress experienced by the young generation. Thus, understanding the causes of stress and providing measures to reduce stress in the youth is very important. The objective of this study is to find out the level of stress and its causes among college going youth in Jabalpur. The data was collected through survey method. Perceived Stress Scale by Sheldon Cohen was used as a tool to measure the stress level and a self-made questionnaire was developed to find out the causes of stress among youth. 150 students were selected for the study by random sampling technique. The study reveals the facts that college students are highly stressed due to number of reasons but the main cause of stress among college students is relationship problems. The result of the study can be very important for giving suggestions to the students, teachers, principal, parents and society who can contribute for reducing stress of the youth.

The Universal Declaration of Human Rights states that everyone has the right to take part in the government of his/ her country. In India, the post - independence period has seen many positive steps to improve the socio- economic status of women. Women themselves are becoming keenly aware of their rights and are spreading movements across against all sort of social evils. This consciousness is largely due to increase in Women Literary although they have miles to go. With the rapid advancement of education, women are not only limited to the walls of the houses, they are venturing from their stereotype roles and seeking employment outside the homes. This impact of attitudes towards feminism have triggered the perception of women social role and this paper attempts to get an insight in the dual role of tribal working women both married and unmarried category in Tezu township which is the headquarter of lohit district Arunachal Pradesh, as a productive worker and a home maker and their satisfaction of both society and themselves.

Humanity has faced several challenges over and over again since the dawn of civilized existence and it continues to face them now as well. Technology has become a juggernaut in contemporary society. It has revolutionized the wedding sector to a great extent. The digital age has also lend a hand to the wedding industry to produce in leaps and bounds. The idea of destination weddings, themed functions, grand outdoor venues and beach weddings have brought many people to the limelight, thereby catching the attention of millions of people across the countryside. This paradigm shift has also permit free pass to the couples to accomplish their wild thoughts, thereby breaking the stereotypes. However, the outbreak of Covid-19 has severely hit all the latest trends of marriage. People have been cancelling their bookings and are waiting for the conditions to be normal in the country. Many of them have been giving priority to simple marriages at home in the presence of few family members, keeping in view the guidelines of the government of India. This paper likes to conclude that this pandemic and subsequent lockdown has taught us to change, improve and admit the realities of life with a high degree of resilience. Furthermore, this deadly disease is going to stay and it is high time that we should bring a change in the trends of marriage so as to adjust easily to the new challenges that coronavirus has brought for the human race.

The endeavor to ensure a decent standard of living, which is a constitutionally guaranteed right, has always been at the core of labour issues in the country. The Central Government in pursuance of the powers under Minimum Wages Act, 1948 has thrived to create a balance regarding pay parity in various industries. Until last year, the minimum wages was regulated under Minimum Wages Act, 1948, when the Parliament passed Code on Wages Act, 2019. Code on Wages Act, 2019 replaced four legislations Minimum Wages Act, 1948; Payment of Wages Act, 1936; Payment of Bonus Act, 1965 and Equal Remuneration Act, 1976. The new Code prohibits employer from paying workers less than the stipulated minimum wage and also imposes a condition that minimum wage must be reviewed and revised by Central and State Government at an interval of not more than five years. Due to constitutional set up, both state and centre can legislate on matter related to labour welfare which leads to multifarious jurisdictional issues, however, even after months of being enacted the Code still remains to be implemented at the ground level. Inadequacy on the part of the Government provides a platform for the intervention of the Courts. The Courts have in innumerable cases frowned upon the inadequacy of the data or consideration of obsolete data in formulation of wage structure. The authors in this paper have analysed the approach of Supreme Court in India with respect to fixation of minimum wages in the country.

We have always enthusiastic to the trending technologies and also future science. However we should also known to the fact that earth is formed about4.5 years billion years ago and first well equipped and brain develop man appeared 35000 years ago,But the journey from earth formed to now a days need statistical and probability distribution to store data and predict the things, opinion and many more.We are living in 21st Century,In which Human are very close to various devices, mobiles, laptops, tabs and other gadgets which generate huge volume of data and Microservices based web applications running on these have made it simpler for us to get any kind of data at any time and from any place daily. Social media platforms are also used for expressing our opinions for the products and services. In this paper, an open source approach is presented which we have collected and stored tweets from Twitter API and then pre-processed, analyzed, processed and visualized these tweets using R programming. To interpret sentiments of tweets we are utilizing a statistical tool, R programming. This sentiment analysis is based on text data retrieval from streamed web and then classifying human perspectives in eight distinct classifications of feeling (dislike, fear, anger, indication, sadness, trust, happy) and two unique sentiments (positive and negative). We present a new promotion vector for catalogue the tweets as positive, negative and extract humans opinion about products.

Concrete is a common material used in the building industry. It is obtained by mixing cementitious materials, water, fine and coarse aggregates and sometimes admixtures in required proportions. Admixtures are added to concrete to modify its properties so as to make it more suitable for any situation. The aim of this research is to study the strength and durability index of concrete using mineral admixture of C30 grade concrete. The objective of this study is to investigate the effect of Mineral Admixture (Silica Fume) on the strength of concrete produced from cement (OPC). From previous studies it is observed that Silica Fume increases the strength of concrete, so this study has been conducted to know the effect of Silica Fume as an admixture on the compressive strength of concrete produced from cement (OPC). It also reflects the impact of adding admixture on the compressive strength and durability characteristics of concrete. Twelve cubes were cast in mould with dimension 150mm x 150mm x 150mm. 12 cylindrical samples were cast in mould of dimension 100mm diameter and 50mm height for testing C30 grade concrete. Silica Fume was replaced in the following proportions (5%, 10% and 15%) by weight of cement while mixing concrete and cured for 28 days in water. It is found that the optimum replacement of Silica Fume is 10% which gives the maximum compressive strength. Moreover sorpitivity tests on cylindrical sample shows that the durability index of concrete is within the acceptable range.

This paper intends to focus on the problematics of translation in relation to the concept of gender. The process of translation is an activity, apparently a secondary evolution where the text from the source language is transferred to a target language. But, so far as, the applicability is concerned, it involves various other aspects apart from language such as, cultures, ideas, context, etc. Translation has always been understood and depicted as a derivative evolved from a different root, a cognate, a subordinate entity and thus, has received the feminine treatment. Therefore, the original text holding the masculine identity has been considered superior whereas the translation stands as an ancillary and a subservient to the original text. This particular article attempts to discuss and unpack translation as a creative process, rather than a secondary dependent activity.

In the absurd situations such as lockdown or due to some urgency, busy schedule etc. Most people do not go for regular medical checkups. Even if they have certain health problems such as coughing, runny nose etc. on regular intervals they still do not prefer referring a doctor. Keeping in mind the gap between the doctors and patients, and the ability of AI to take human comparable decisions, An Application that can diagnose a persons disease based on his/her symptoms, external doctors online feedback and consultancy, and fairly accurate Machine Learning algorithms is thought of a first step to bridge the gap between the people and the health services. Diagnosis process like many other processes is ready to be digitalized and this will all be possible because of digital systems ability to learn using dataset, and when this process of machine learning along with a large dataset of limited diseases is used, it becomes practical to have a diagnosis without any doctor involved. And so this research paper contains the prerequisites, techniques and the past researches in this field to explain the idea and its feasibility in the practical world. This research paper also contains the working technologies of essential components of the application such as its AI engine, APIs, database, middle layers, UI, etc. Along with their most suitable form of implementation in the application, e.g.: Apache server could be used instead of SQL server that is being used but it would have required an additional middleware technology such as PHP or Java.
