Throughout this paper, we consider the cost of null controllability for a large class of linear equations of parabolic or dispersive type in one dimension in small time. We are able to give precise upper bounds on the time-dependence of the fast controls when the time of control T tends to 0. We also give a lower bound of the cost of fast controls for the same class of equations, which proves the optimality of the power of T involved in the cost of the control. These general results are then applied to treat notably the case of linear KdV equations and fractional heat or Schrodinger equations.

ABSTRACT Background: Guillain barre syndrome (GBS) is an immune mediated polyradiculoneuropathy. It is a disorder in which sensory changes occurs which limits patient mobility. Muscle pain and weakness aggravates in this condition. 31year old male patient was admitted with complaints of fevers without chills, limb weakness and pain. On examination, muscle power was decreased, there was limited shoulder movement and finger grasp was weak. Diagnosis was made on basis of Electromyogram and Nerve Conduction Study it was observed that patient was suggestive of GBS. Method: the data of report was collected from tertiary care hospital and relevant articles were searched on the databases like "Pubmed" and "Cochrane library". Result: Plasmapheresis cycles were successful in treating the patient. Physiotherapy and rehabilitation helped in recovery. Conclusion: Our finding emphasizes the need of knowledge about the pathophysiology of idiopathic GBS in order to improvise the treatment options and targeted therapy.

Today, artificial arms are increasingly required in a range of dehumanising contexts were establishing and maintaining human connection is difficult at best. Some examples of such tasks include taking readings from an active volcano or defusing a bomb. In this paper, we propose the creation of a robotic arm that mimics the natural movements of a human arm, with the use of accelerometers or human observers. This arm was built using the ATmega32 and ATmega640 platforms, an Arduino UNO or MEGA board, and a personal computer for signal processing. A serial connection will be used to link these gadgets together. Last but not least, this prototype arm may be used to reach out and grab items that are too far away to set down safely. Its use is not limited to the automation of certain sectors but may also be put to use when extremely massive commodities need to be transported between places.

Intrusion-Detection Systems (IDSs) is an evolving technology for protecting computer networks. For instance, in earlier day's Denial-of-Service (DoS) attack cannot cause serious disasters, but today, successful DoS attacks can cause great financial loss to organizations. The goal of intrusion-detection systems is to detect anomalous or misuse behavior of system and notify to network administrators about the activities. Many intrusions-detection tools have security weaknesses such as failing to encrypt the log files, ignoring access control, and failing to perform integrity checks, etc., An IDS is more secure than other security tools, such as firewalls [2]. Earlier research system based on two major concepts known as anomaly detection and signature detection based on abnormal behavior of the system. Initially IDS consists of collection of audit data from the observed system. Then this data is either preprocessed or directly applied to the detector to generate an alarm. The main aim of IDS is to increase detection rate and to reduce false alarm rate in detecting attacks [5]. Recently, the researcher mainly focused on anomaly detection based on proposed methodologies such as data mining, SVM, Fuzzy Genetic in detecting intrusive behavior of the system.

Bone cancer occurs when a tumor, or atypical mass of tissue, forms in a bone. These are called bone sarcomas.A tumor may be malignant, which means it's growing aggressively and spreading to other parts of the body. A malignant tumor is often referred to as cancerous. Bone cancer can begin in any bone in your body, but it most commonly starts in the pelvic bone or the long bones in your legs or arms, such as your shinbone, femur, or upper arm. Bone cancer is when cancer cells grow out of control in your bone. This can damage normal bone tissue. Metastasis may start in your bone or spread from other parts of your body.Bone cancer is not common. Most bone tumours are benign. They are not cancerous and do not spread to other body parts. However, they may still weaken your bones and lead to broken bones or other problems.Primary bone cancers are cancers that form in the bone itself. However, many tumours that begin in organs or other parts of the body can also spread to the bones. These growths are called secondary or metastatic bone cancers. They are caused by cancer cells spreading from the original tumour to other parts of the body. Treatment includes surgery and chemotherapy, depending on the type of cancer.

Population and production increases have increased water use, which results in the rise in waste water quantity. Various methods have been used to remove the pollutants in water however, adsorption are found to be effective, low cost, eco-friendly and highly efficient. The present study aims to explore the approach of synthesis of Graphene Oxide nanoparticle using dry banana stem. The plant, Musa paradisiaca is used in this study, the phytochemical studies of the plant were carried out in four extracts finding the presence of Alkaloids, Carbohydrate, Protein, Aminoacid, Phenol, Tannin, Glycosides, Terpenoid, Steroids, Saponins, and Flavonoids and the nanoparticle was synthesized using the dried banana stem. The active phytochemicals present were responsible for this synthesis. The reduced Graphene oxide nanoparticle was characterized by UV - Vis Spectroscopy, FTIR and XRD. The laboratory waste water physico - chemical parameters were analysed. The laboratory wastewater was treated with Graphene Oxide Nanoparticle following the stirring procedure. The reduction of the contaminants and changes in the physico-chemical parameters of the laboratory waste water after treatment were noted. The treated water was checked for different parameters and was found to be very significant thus concluding that treated waste water can be used for recycling purpose. This plant material mediated synthesis of Graphene oxide can be applied extensively in the field of environmental remediation.
