As global supply chains become increasingly complex, there is a rising dependence on predictive analytics for accurate demand forecasting. Traditional forecasting models based solely on historical data and statistical methods often do not capture volatility in the market, changing consumer behavior, and disruption in supply chains. Predictive analytics, powered by Machine Learning, artificial intelligence, and Big data analytics, allows organizations to enhance the accuracy of demand forecasting, streamline inventory management. The paper provides a literature review on synthetic predictive analytics methods, with emphasis on machine learning models, big data frameworks, and hybrid techniques for demand forecasting. Additionally, case studies of real-time applications across domains, including retail, e-commerce, and manufacturing, are explored to illustrate how predictive analytics can effectively reduce risks and improve supply chain performance. The research also looks into implementation challenges such as data quality, model interpretability and integration to existing enterprise systems. The results demonstrate the high-impact potential of predictive analytics on more extreme reactivity in contemporary SCM, and propose directions for future research to close the identified gaps.

Musculoskeletal disorders are among the leading causes of disability worldwide, and access to rehabilitation remains a critical challenge. Telerehabilitation (TR), the remote delivery of rehabilitation services using digital communication technologies, has emerged as a viable, effective alternative to conventional therapy. This narrative review synthesises current evidence on telerehabilitation across various musculoskeletal conditions, including knee osteoarthritis, rotator cuff-related shoulder pain, low back pain, adhesive capsulitis, postural kyphosis, and rehabilitation following total joint arthroplasty. It explores the clinical outcomes, feasibility, adherence, and cost-effectiveness of TR, and discusses its integration into long-term care strategies. Overall, telerehabilitation demonstrates comparable effectiveness to in-person interventions, particularly when delivered in real-time with supervision.

Sri Aurobindo as a philosopher blends Western ideas and Indian metaphysical traditions. This further synthesises the material and the spiritual. His ideas associated with spiritual evolution and the emergence of a higher consciousness in humanity are relevant in the contemporary world; especially in the fields of psychology, philosophy and spirituality. The current study aims at evaluating the comprehensive metaphysical framework of Aurobindo in select texts, focusing primarily on the notion of integral yoga alongside its role in the teleological progression of human consciousness. It further addresses how Aurobindo's integral approach unifies the bodily, cognitive, vital consciousness and superphysical levels of being in order to direct humanity towards a higher consciousness. This will be achieved by employing an explorative and qualitative approach. The paper delves into answering key questions raise associated with the transformative approach that integral yoga offers and its relevance in the modern materialistic world. The paper promotes the significance of Aurobindo's integral yoga by exploring the integration of the tripartite structure of body, mind, and spirit. This area is less researched as integral yoga and its application in practical life remain unexplored. However, the paper limits itself to two texts by Aurobindo- The Life Divine and The Synthesis of Yoga. Further qualitative, comparative and quantitative research can be conducted on the historical political or the influence of Aurobindo's works specifically on mental health.

This composition investigates the impact of artificial intelligence( AI) on intellectual property( IP) rights, addressing challenges in power and authorship of AI-generated creations while exploring legal and ethical dilemmas in traditional IP disciplines. It offers strategies for navigating these complications, drawing on legal precedents, transnational agreements, and policy recommendations. The exploration emphasizes the critical need for legislative updates to address these challenges effectively. Recommendations include the enactment of innovative indigenous vittles, streamlining intellectual property( IP) legislation to exhaustively encompass AI-related issues exhaustively, and championing for effective judicial intervention. By enforcing these strategies, Sri Lanka can foster a harmonious concurrence of AI and IP, ensuring the protection of intellectual property rights while stimulating invention in the AI era.

Key tool for communicating with stakeholders, building brand identity, and raising institutional awareness for higher education institutions (HEIs) has been social media marketing (SMM). This work looks at and combines secondary data from scholarly publications to grasp the strategic use of SMM in higher education. It addresses the advantages, instruments, obstacles, and strategic guidelines needed for efficient SMM. The study indicates that HEIs have to adopt a deliberate, data-driven, and responsive approach if they are to leverage social media for student involvement, recruiting, and reputation building

The goal of this study is to investigate gender disparities in the young adult workforce, with a particular focus on the complex relationship between stress and Insomnia. The study's quantitative technique makes use of well-respected instruments to evaluate stress and sleeplessness precisely. We hope to use statistical studies to shed light on the gender-based variations in the occurrence of stress-induced sleeplessness as well as its prevalence. This study offers a platform to better understand the unique issues confronted by the young working population and has important implications for occupational health and sleep research. Our research aims to provide important insights into the intricate relationship between stress and insomnia, as well as the gender-specific subtleties associated with the condition. These insights can then be used to inform workplace policies and targeted interventions, potentially opening the door to customized strategies that support the wellbeing of young professionals.

Paclitaxel, a prominent chemotherapeutic agent originally derived from Taxus brevifolia, has garnered extensive scientific and clinical interest due to its unique mechanism of action and broad-spectrum antineoplastic activity. This comprehensive review delves into the fundamental characteristics of paclitaxel, including its physicochemical properties, mechanism of action, and pharmacokinetics. Special emphasis is placed on its distinctive ability to stabilize microtubules, thereby disrupting cell division and inducing apoptosis in cancer cells. The review also explores the challenges associated with paclitaxel's solubility and bioavailability, which have led to the development of novel formulations and delivery systems. Furthermore, it highlights recent advances in analytical techniques used for the qualitative and quantitative assessment of paclitaxel in various matrices. Techniques such as high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS), and emerging nanotechnological methods are critically examined. By consolidating insights from recent literature, this review aims to provide a robust foundation for researchers, clinicians, and pharmaceutical developers working on paclitaxel-based therapies or analytical innovations.
