This study explores the effects of Winman software in tax calculation, focusing on how key user-related factors contribute to performance outcomes and potential errors. Conducted over four months, the research utilizes primary data collected through a structured questionnaire. Analytical techniques include Multilayer Perceptron (MLP) and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to examine both predictive and theoretical dimensions of human error. The MLP model revealed that years in the current role significantly impact error prediction, while age showed minimal influence. SEM analysis confirmed a strong positive relationship between accuracy and consistency, with model fit indices (CFI = 0.96, TLI = 0.92) indicating a reliable structure. By integrating neural and structural modeling, the study highlights the importance of user experience and system interaction in software-based tax computation. These findings offer valuable insights for improving training, minimizing errors, and enhancing the overall efficiency of tax-related tasks using Winman software.

The Ramayana is a story of everlasting interest. It has influenced the hearts and minds of millions of Hindus for countless ages; it has inspired them to high thinking, splendid effort and right conduct. Even today, there is hardly a hamlet in India where the Ramayana story is not told and expounded in Sanskrit, or in the vernacular language, to hundreds of men, women and children who listen to the discourse with rapt and rapturous attention. Apart from daily or occasional expositions, it no exaggeration to say that young children are fed by the folkwomen with the important events of the story together with their mother's milk. Romesh Chandra Dutt has rightly observed that 'there is not a Hindu woman, whose earliest and tenderest recollections do not cling round the story of Sita's sufferings and faithfulness, told in the nursery, taught in the family circle, remembered and cherished through life'. Referring to the two great epics of ancient India, the Ramayana and the Mahabharata, Jawaharlal Nehru says in his 'Discovery of India' 'I do not know any book anywhere which has exercised such a continuous and pervasive influence on the mass mind as these two. Dating back to a remote antiquity, they are still a living force in the life of the Indian people'. We have Ranganatha Ramayanam by Gona Buddha Reddy, in which Rama's life and achievements figure prominently. The present paper describes the important events in Balakandam of Ranganatha Ramayanam.

Badminton, a sport known for its speed, agility, and explosive movements, emphasizes the forehand smash, a critical offensive technique that can determine match outcomes. In pursuit of improving this skill, core and plyometric training have been widely explored as effective methods to increase smash velocity and vertical jump performance. This narrative review compares the effectiveness of these two training approaches, based on clinical and controlled studies, and finds that while both are beneficial, plyometric training offers a slightly superior impact on smash velocity.

This study explores the impact of data automation in HR functions within L&T Construction. It focuses on understanding HR professionals' perceptions toward automation, its influence on efficiency, cost savings, decision-making, and overall HR function effectiveness. The research highlights the growing importance of automating repetitive HR tasks, improving data accuracy, and enhancing decision-making processes. Using descriptive research and a sample size determined by a pilot study, data were collected through Likert scale and dichotomous questions. Findings reveal that while many employees recognize the benefits of automation in payroll processing, efficiency gains, and user-friendliness, concerns persist regarding complexity, data security, and minimal improvements in some areas. The study concludes by offering suggestions to bridge gaps and strengthen automation strategies to better meet organizational needs.

Cupping therapy is a traditional intervention used across cultures and systems of medicine, now increasingly studied through the lens of modern clinical science. This narrative review explores the mechanisms of action underlying cupping therapy, particularly in relation to musculoskeletal rehabilitation. A structured literature search identified studies focusing on the physiological and therapeutic pathways involved in both dry and wet cupping. Mechanisms proposed include stimulation of microcirculation, lymphatic drainage, immune modulation, myofascial decompression, and pain reduction through neurological pathways. Evidence suggests cupping therapy may influence systemic and localized healing responses. However, further studies with robust experimental designs are essential to establish its therapeutic efficacy and safety in modern practice.

Knee osteoarthritis (OA) is a prevalent degenerative joint condition among older adults, often resulting in reduced strength, impaired balance, and an increased risk of falls. The Otago Exercise Program (OEP), initially developed to prevent falls in community-dwelling older adults, has gained attention as a targeted intervention to improve lower-limb function in this population. This narrative review explores the application of the OEP in individuals with knee OA, focusing on its effectiveness in enhancing muscular strength, balance, and functional mobility. Evidence from randomized clinical trials and cohort studies suggests that OEP contributes to significant improvements in lower-extremity strength, static and dynamic balance, and overall quality of life. The review underscores the potential of OEP as an accessible, cost-effective physiotherapeutic strategy for managing functional impairments in older adults with knee osteoarthritis.

SAP Business One (SAP B1), an enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution designed specifically for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), plays a significant role in streamlining operations within the manufacturing industry. Despite its growing adoption across global markets, several challenges arise during its implementation and operational integration in manufacturing environments. These challenges stem from both organizational and technological perspectives and can significantly impact the efficiency, scalability, and return on investment of ERP systems in manufacturing contexts. One of the most prominent challenges is implementation complexity. Manufacturing organizations typically have diverse and complex workflows, which SAP B1 may not fully accommodate without customization. The customization process, while possible, often leads to increased implementation time, higher costs, and elevated dependency on third-party consultants. Additionally, manufacturers with legacy systems often encounter integration difficulties, as SAP B1 may require significant data migration efforts and structural changes to align with existing operational protocols. User adoption and training represent another major hurdle.

India is suffering from huge solid waste management problem in this rapidly developing era and the major portion of this solid waste comprise of polyethylene, especially HDPE (High Density Polyethylene). Plastic waste has become one of the major environmental problems, so by utilizing plastic in a useful way we can reduce the burden on environment by a huge margin. In this study, an attempt has been made by replacing the cement used in the fly ash blocks by high density plastic as the binding material. By using plastic as a binding material rather than concrete, it can be shown to benefit the environment in several ways. Hence, in this study HDPE waste is used for making fly ash block using molten plastic (instead of cement). The primary goal of this research work is to develop an efficient way to use the waste plastic successfully to sustain the environment and to lessen the plastic waste which is expanding day by day. In this experiment, efforts have been made to concentrate on the performance of fly ash blocks with addition of plastic. These plastic fly ash blocks for pavements are needed to be manufactured with large area, plastic moulding machineries, solid waste management plant, abundance of fly ash and this is easily available for making of these blocks. Compression test done successfully, the results are also comparatively good. The plastic used in this experiment is HDPE which is highly durable and also has good strength. The main aim of this project is to utilize those plastics and fly ash in the manufacturing of pavement blocks. Proportioning of plastic and fly ash is 100:0, 90:10, 85:15, 80:20, 75:25 respectively for making pavement blocks.

Blood lactate (BLa) accumulation post-exercise impairs muscle function and delays recovery. Active recovery strategies are utilized to facilitate BLa clearance and enhance subsequent performance. This review examines traditional and alternative active recovery modalities, including light aerobic exercise, treadmill walking, yoga, massage, and combined interventions. Evidence supports aerobic recovery and non-traditional methods such as vinyasa yoga for their roles in effective BLa clearance. Continued exploration of individualized recovery protocols could lead to improved performance outcomes.
