Vaccines comes under the branch of biotechnology which are one of the most important tools used worldwide for prevention of life threatening infectious diseases. Although, the major problem for the oral immunization is the digestion of macromolecule antigenic protein inside the stomach because of extremely acidic pH. To solve this problem, scientist Arntzen developed the theory of edible vaccines (EVs). Edible vaccines are prepared by exposing the selected desired genes into the plants and then using these altered plants for the production of encoded proteins. The altered plants are known as ��transgenic plants�� and the process is called as ��transformation�� in terms of biotechnology. Edible vaccines are generally GM crops which provide immunity against the diseases such as HIV, cancer, Hep. B, pneumonia. The main strategies based upon edible vaccines formulations has been demonstrated to increase both systemic as well as mucosal immune response. This novel vaccination delivery systems having various advantages over injectable vaccination preparations including stability, self-administration, reduced cost, and elimination of cold chain. In this review the latest findings related to edible vaccines are discussed including the mechanism of action, preparation methods, applications, advantages, disadvantages, limitations, and future of edible vaccines is also discussed.

Machine Learning is the Future and data is the new oil we can say Coronavirus (COVID-19) has become the most buzzed topic these days. Its outbreak has taken the world by storm. In this paper, I am going to analyze what Coronavirus is, how did it emerge, and what are its symptoms. Then, we can analyze the data and cause of it how can we safe and prevent after that what we can analyze the outbreak of Coronavirus across various regions, visualize the data by using some simple charts and graphs, and predict the number of next coming days confirmed cases by using the Linear Regression model in Python code. Nanoparticles are very attractive concern for scientists in recent years. Their different physical and chemical properties make them a very good vehicle for drug molecules for that reason their application in therapeutics and drug delivery research is remarkable. Many metals are already being used to formulate nanoparticles for this purpose. The flavonoids have also grabbed attention of many research groups for their tremendous efficiency for combating a huge variety of diseases. Hence, Metal nanoparticle drug composite formulation is one of the prime concerns in today�s research. To understand the attachment of drug on nanoparticle, it is very much important to study the interaction between drug and the nanoparticle. That is why; here we are reporting the interaction between two flavonoids (Gallic acid and Ellagic acid) with eight metal atoms (gold, silver, iron, copper, nickel, zinc, platinum and palladium). We used Avogadro software to formulate the nanocomposite model structures and to minimize the energy level. From the results it can be concluded that the �OH groups present at the meta positions of Gallic acid are most suitable site for binding of metal atom and in case of Ellagic acid the binding site would be the -OH groups present at 2 and 7 positions. For both Gallic acid and Ellagic acid, platinum was found to be most suitable nanocomposite having lowest energy level.

In rice production industry as per the market demand, the detecting the rice quality is very important in the present time and is a very big challenge. The quality control plays a very important role in food industry. Grain quality evaluation may be done manually but it is relatively time consuming, might be varying in results and also costly. To overcome the above limitations, shortcoming image processing techniques is the alternative solution that can be used for grain quality evaluation. Grading and evaluation of the rice grains on the basis of length-breadth ratio and shape. Specifically, Canny algorithm is used for edge detection of each grain. The above technique includes finding the end points of each grain and finding the length and breadth of the grain using a caliper. Following method requires minimum time and it is low in cost. Mainly this paper focuses on the detecting the quality of rice.

ABSTRACT - Corona virus (COVID-19) is an enveloped RNA virus that are diversely found in humans and wildlife. The epicenter of infection was linked to seafood and exotic animal wholesale markets in the city. The pneumonia caused by novel corona virus (SARS-CoV-2) in Wuhan, China in December 2019 is a highly contagious disease. The World Health Organization (WHO) has declared the ongoing outbreak as a global public health emergency. Currently, the research on novel corona virus is still in the secondary stage. This review will introduce a general overview of corona virus and summarizes the epidemiology, clinical characteristics, diagnosis, treatment and prevention of knowledge surrounding COVID-19. This review in the hope of helping the public effectively recognize and deal with the 2019 novel corona virus (SARS-CoV-2), and providing a reference for future studies.

Food Borne Disease can be defined as any disease usually either infectious or toxic in nature caused by agents that enter the body through ingestion of food. A local incident can quickly become an international emergency due to the speed and range of product distribution, impacting health, international relations and trade. This study aims to analyse the level of knowledge of Food Safety Officers in food hygiene and their practices to control foodborne diseases. The research sample consists of 25 FSOs. The data were collected using a questionnaire. The data were analysed using SPSS 21.0 for windows. One way ANOVA test was done to compare the knowledge regarding food safety and hygiene of the respondents with their educational level. The average score regarding the knowledge was high among the respondents having MSc and least among BVSc holders. 44% of the respondents had a knowledge score of <5 in food safety and hygiene and only 8% secured a score of 9. The mean value of the knowledge score is 5.72 with a standard deviation of 2.092. The lowest score for the respondent�s practice was 22 and 40% of the respondent�s score lies in between 29 and 39, and only 8% had a score greater than49. The mean value of the score was 40.80 with a standard deviation of 6.245.

At this point, we put forward an elegant floor cleaning robot that allows for remote floor cleaning. The bot makes floor cleaning very trouble-free and a quick process by means of a wireless robotic cleaning system. The user may be seated at a place, set up a bot and clean wherever required. The structure consists of a transmitter app. This app is run in an android mobile phone that lets user broadcast commands based on user input. As per these commands, the transmitter sends movement commands to the robot. Then the transmitter is an android mobile phone that allows the user to transmit commands to the robot. The robot is having 2 cleaning pads with a water sprayer for well-organized cleaning. The robot has 2 motorized rotating clean-up scrubs for the cleaning part. On getting the movement commands from the android. On getting the movement commands from the android device all the way through Bluetooth receiver. Then the microcontroller on receiving the commands decodes them. Afterward operates the motors in order to pull off the desired motion. Still, the sprayer and cleaner system can be restricted by the android app user. This makes floor cleaning a very trouble-free, speedy and easy process.
