The successful implementation of customer relationship management (CRM) is not easy and seems to be a complex task.Almostabout 70%ofallCRMimplementationprojectsfailto achieve their expected objectives. In today's era of competitive business and survival, there are some vital factors which lead to the success or failure of any business or organization. A CRM analysis will also be performed in this project. The project depicts a dataset extracted from UCI(UC Irvine) repository preceded by data pre processing, data cleansing, feature extraction, splitting the data in the dataset into two parts-training and testing data, predicting results using a machine learning algorithm. There are several machine learning algorithms such as KNN (K-Nearest Neighbors), Linear Regression, Naive Bayes Theorem, Random Forest and soon. Recruiting the right person for the right job is a crucial factor as it indirectly helps in providing a stable economy and give huge revenues or profits for the particular business organization. The project mainly emphasizes and depicts the key point that the organization's economic stability and employee turnover depends on the overall work productivity from an individual employee's perspective.

This paper presents the design and implementation of HAPPYHEADS: EMPOWERING MENTAL HEALTH, a digital platform that supports mental well-being through personalized self-care tools, therapy features, and community-based support. Based on prior research, which highlighted the growing need for accessible, all-in-one mental health solutions, this work focuses on translating that concept into a functional system using modern web technologies and AI tools. The platform provides a variety of tools, including modules for stress management, access to virtual counseling, structured self-guided exercises, and moderated forums for peer support. Central features such as adaptive AI recommendations, health monitoring functions, and therapist communication channels have been incorporated to deliver effective and responsive care. With a user-first approach, the platform is built to be simple, inclusive, and open to regular updates based on user feedback. This implementation shows that a digital solution like this is not only practical but also impactful, setting the stage for future upgrades like gamification, wearable integration, and larger-scale deployment. Overall, it demonstrates how thoughtful tech can help people manage stress, build resilience, and improve their mental health in everyday life.

Dual citizenship indicates a person is a legal member of two countries simultaneously. This can benefit people by making living, working, and traveling between countries easier. However, it also causes legal issues. Different countries have different rules for dual citizenship; some allow it, while others do not. The US permits dual citizenship, albeit with certain limitations. One of the most significant challenges is that the United States taxes its residents on their worldwide income, which means that even if someone lives abroad, they still have to pay taxes to the American government. Dual citizens may have to pay double taxes as a result. However, Canada allows dual citizenship with greater flexibility. The nation does not require its people to relinquish their citizenship in any of the other countries they may possess. This paper explains how dual citizenship works and what challenges it presents. For example, a person with two passports may be required to follow two sets of laws, pay taxes in both countries, or even serve in the military of both nations. Understanding the legal consequences of dual citizenship in both countries can help people negotiate difficulties and maximize the benefits of having two passports. Using instances from the real world, the research examines how international laws attempt to address these issues while respecting both individual rights and government regulations. It also looks at how more countries are recognizing dual citizenship and how this impacts people's identities as well as their freedom to travel across borders.

Even though in vitro fertilization (IVF) has advanced significantly over the past three decades, the treatment's effectiveness is still comparatively low. Finding the embryo with the highest chance of producing a child is the main task facing physicians and embryologists. The embryo viability assessment techniques used today only offer a rough indication of potential. Usually, multiple embryos are transferred to the uterus to increase the chances of a successful pregnancy. However, this frequently leads to multiple pregnancies (twins, triplets, etc.)(2), which are linked to a markedly increased risk of serious complications. A more precise evaluation of embryo viability would allow for the transfer of fewer embryos without adversely affecting the rates of IVF pregnancies. Numerous scoring systems based on morphological criteria have been developed to help identify viable embryos. These, however, primarily depend on a subjective visual analysis. More precise quantification of important embryonic traits and the removal of inter- and intra-observer variation are possible with automated evaluation of morphological features. In this paper, we review relevant works on embryo image analysis that could result in an automated and accurate grading of embryo quality, and we describe the primary embryo scoring systems currently in use. We highlight accomplishments, talk about upcoming difficulties, and suggest some potential avenues for further research in this area

Bone cancer is a serious medical condition that develops when abnormal cells grow uncontrollably within the bone. It can originate in the bone (primary bone cancer) or spread from other organs (secondary or metastatic bone cancer). Causes include genetic mutations, exposure to radiation, and underlying bone disorders like Paget's disease. Bone cancer may affect individuals at any age but commonly appears in children, teenagers, and older adults. It often goes undetected in its early stages due to vague symptoms such as pain or swelling, leading to delayed diagnosis and treatment.

The fear of placements among undergraduate students has become an increasingly prevalent issue, significantly affecting their mental well-being and academic performance. This study aims to analyze and identify the primary factors contributing to placement-related fear, focusing on both internal and external pressures that students face. Factors such as academic self-doubt, the fear of rejection, societal expectations, peer competition, and the perceived difficulty of the recruitment process are examined. By exploring these influences, the study seeks to provide a deeper understanding of how these elements combine to create anxiety, thereby offering potential strategies to mitigate this fear and aims to analyze and identify the primary factors contributing to placement-related fear among undergraduates, exploring both internal and external influences. Ultimately, the goal is to create a supportive environment that helps students navigate placement opportunities with confidence, reducing the psychological burden associated with the transition from university to professional life.

A cross-sectional survey was conducted to assess the prevalence of musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) among university students at Desh Bhagat University, Mandi Gobindgarh, Punjab. A sample of 300 students (81.3% female, 18.7% male) aged 19-25 years was selected using convenience sampling. Data were collected via an interview schedule and the Nordic Musculoskeletal Questionnaire (NMQ), comprising 25 items on MSD symptoms. Informed written consent was obtained from participants. The study found that 70% of students experienced MSDs in the past 12 months, with pain most prevalent in multiple regions (42.1%), followed by neck (12.7%) and lower back (6.7%). The mean prevalence rate was 70% with a standard deviation of 3.2. Risk factors included prolonged study hours (44.3%), computer use (71%), and lack of physical activity (57.3%). Sleep duration was significantly associated with MSD prevalence (p=0.004). The findings indicate a high MSD burden among students, necessitating ergonomic interventions.
