This study aimed to develop and evaluate a herbal tobacco blend with improved safety and efficacy profiles. A blend of a herbs, including mint, rose petal, amla, nutmeg, bayleaf and carom seed was formulated and assessed for its sensory, chemical and toxicological properties. The results showed that the blend had a unique flavor and aroma profile, with potential health benefits associated with its constituent herbs. The blend was found to be safe for consumptions, with no detectable levels of toxic compounds. The study suggests that herbal tobacco blend may be viable alternative to traditional tobacco products. As the demand for herbal toacco blends continues to grow, future research should focus on standardization and quality control, clinical trials, regulatory frameworks, and innovative formulations this abstract highlights the importance of addressing this areas to ensure the development of safe and effective herbal tobacco blend

With increasingly globalized supply chains and outsourced activities, third-party risk management (TPRM) has become an indispensable function for companies in all sectors. Conventional TPRM processes, commonly manual and passive, are incapable of coping with the rising numbers, complexity, and speed of third-party relationships. This article discusses the deployment of artificial intelligence (AI) to improve TPRM to facilitate proactive, scalable, and data-driven risk assessment and tracking. We introduce an end-to-end framework that employs machine learning models, natural language processing (NLP), and predictive analytics to drive vendor due diligence automation, detect emerging risks, and enable continuous monitoring. The model employs both structured and unstructured data sources like financial statements, regulatory filings, and online news sentiment to deliver dynamic risk scoring and real-time alerts. A financial services sector case study illustrates the efficacy of our method in the detection of high-risk suppliers and prevention of possible disruptions. We also touch on major challenges such as data quality, model explain ability, and ethics. Our results identify the potential of AI to revolutionize TPRM from a compliance function to a strategic asset that increases organizational resilience and governance.

Stress is a condition of mental pressure that a particular individual faces due to environmental and social factors, which can lead to various diseases. The young age is a crucial period because at this time, students face numerous changes in their lives. Students of the modern era are living in a highly competitive world, which exerts a lot of stress on students to survive in this era. Stress is an unavoidable phenomenon in all aspects of human life. Stress is an emotional imbalance which may occur due to various reasons, such as tests. Stress affects students academically, socially, physically, and emotionally. The transition of students from high school to college is inherently stressful for students. It could cause physiological, academic and social shock to them. From this prospective, this research was aimed at investigating the level of stress among college students.

Abstract: Violence directed at women is pervasive and has a detrimental effect on their lives. Many research studies have made it clear that violence directed at women is pervasive and it is critical for women to even breathe in their life due to brutality. Slum areas are the place where most of the women get affected as they are highly disadvantaged in respect of economic and social status. Earlier research studies demystified the dreadful consequences of violence on women and very few researchers unfolded the specific types of violence and the related issues that affect them. No research has comprehensively addressed the forms of violence in slum areas and its upshot on women. This research delves deep in examining the issues that has a grave effect on women in the slums of India and put forward the welfare measures that could be mulled over by the government or NGOs.

The design of a solar boat with a booster system is a pioneering concept for sustainable maritime transport. The design incorporates solar power to drive the boat's main propulsion system, supplemented by a booster function that boosts speed and performance, especially in situations where additional power is needed, for example, during adverse weather conditions or longer distances. The solar panels, mounted on the surface of the boat, collect sunlight and transform it into electrical power, stored in batteries to maintain flow continuously.

Abstract: The integration of artificial intelligence (AI) into smart grids is transforming consumer-centric power management by enabling real-time optimization, predictive analytics, and enhanced consumer engagement. This paper explores the applications, benefits, and challenges of AI-enabled smart grids, focusing on their ability to manage bidirectional power flows, optimize demand response programs, and provide personalized energy recommendations. By leveraging machine learning, deep learning, and reinforcement learning, AI enhances grid reliability, reduces energy waste, and supports the integration of renewable energy sources. Key benefits include increased energy efficiency, reduced costs, and consumer empowerment through tailored energy management strategies. However, challenges such as data privacy, cybersecurity, and algorithmic transparency must be addressed to ensure widespread adoption. Through case studies and future trends like edge computing, federated learning, and blockchain, this paper highlights the transformative potential of AI in creating sustainable, resilient, and consumer-focused energy systems.

Acne vulgaris remains one of the most widespread dermatological disorders, typically associated with increased sebum production, colonization by Propionibacterium acnes, inflammation, and follicular hyperkeratinization. Although conventional therapeutic agents--including benzoyl peroxide, retinoids, and antibiotics--are frequently prescribed, their prolonged use may result in adverse reactions such as dryness, skin irritation, and the development of antimicrobial resistance. In response to these limitations, herbal alternatives have gained increasing interest for their biocompatibility, broad-spectrum activity, and minimal side effects. This study investigates the development and assessment of a gel-based polyherbal formulation designed for acne management. The preparation integrates standardized extracts of Azadirachta indica (Neem), Aloe barbadensis miller (Aloe Vera), Curcuma longa (Turmeric), Ocimum sanctum (Basil), and Centella asiatica (Gotu Kola). These botanicals are selected for their synergistic antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and wound-healing properties. Carbopol 934 was employed as the gelling agent, ensuring appropriate viscosity and stability of the formulation. The developed gel was subjected to rigorous physicochemical evaluations, including pH, spreadability, homogeneity, and stability analysis. Results suggest that this polyherbal gel could serve as a promising, naturally derived alternative to synthetic acne treatments. Further research should prioritize advanced delivery systems, such as nanoparticle-based carriers, to improve bioavailability and conduct long-term clinical studies for efficacy confirmation.

This study examines the performance and implementation of Human Resource (HR) policies in the kitchen food machine manufacturing sector. It explores how HR policies impact employee satisfaction, performance, and organizational success. Using a descriptive and quantitative research design, data were gathered through surveys and interviews with HR professionals and employees. The findings highlight recruitment, attendance, and safety policies as top priorities, while training and development were rated lower. Chi-square analysis reveals significant associations between job role, designation, experience, and employee satisfaction. The study suggests improving training programs and revising compensation structures to enhance engagement and retention. Ultimately, effective HR policy implementation fosters a positive work environment, aligning employee needs with organizational objectives for long-term growth and stability.
