ABSTRACT The advancement in the field of agriculture is more essential to forecast the yield loss and the drought monitoring to discover possible intervention areas. The machine learning models plays a vital role in the process of agriculture to detect the anomaly of droughts to avoid the crop yield loss by monitoring rainfall, temperature and moisture. Though there are many prediction models are available, deep knowledge about the pattern of climatic condition is very essential to improve the drought prediction. Thus, this paper concentrated on developing an enriched prediction model which optimize the performance of the Deep Neural Network by inducing the intelligence of the eagle strategy to fine tune the parameters values which influence the accuracy of prediction model. The simulation results proved that the Enriched Eagle Strategy based Deep Neural Network predict the presence of Drought in eight different districts all over India, compared to the other conventional prediction models.

As of today, countries are experiencing rapid urbanization, It is assumed that urbanization will raise in the future and will become up to 6 billion population by 2045. This significant increase in urban population will increase the demand for energy, water, and other services in the city. So, cities are becoming smarter in the provision of urban services and infrastructure. As considering urban services and infrastructure, water is valuable and highly in demand by the people in the urban cities. Water is fundamental to life, livelihood, and sustainable development for smart cities. The cities present a depressing scene of shortages of water and power, rivers turning into drains, and pollution. Water will be a critical issue and a major problem in urban areas. To conserve, monitor, analyze (the quality and quantity of water), and reduce the water challenges, a new trend is emerging that is digitalization with an increase in demand for sustainable and efficient water urban services. This digitalization helps in interconnecting the urban services, infrastructure, and consumers to make a smart city workable. Thus, it provides the IoT system approachable to make smart water management in the concept of a smart city. This research paper will present the application of smart water management systems by using IoT which includes a solution for water quality, water quantity, water monitor and control, leak detection, pressure, water recycling, and flow, etc. This research also includes how the IoT systems including sensors, monitors, etc can be implemented in smart water management to reduce the current water management challenges for a successful transition of developing cities to smart cities.

Smart village system is developed in rural sector to support value-added services for various attributes in the village and Rural developments are designed to support the Smart village mission, which aims at exploiting the most advanced communication technologies. The global focus on waste, energy and water management and conservation and the cloud based system plays a key role in extending the connected benefits of the smart village beyond the distribution, automation and monitoring being done by utility. IoT based Monitoring system will help consumers to monitor their own usage and adjust behaviours. The proposed system regulates automatically by operating during off-peak energy hours and connect to sensors to monitor occupancy, waste collection system, lighting conditions, and also optimized irrigation management attributes.

Abstract: INTRODUCTION- uterine fibroids are common tumour of uterus, seen in reproductive age group. Fibroids during pregnancy produce special challenges during labour. Small fibroids with minimal symptoms treated with medical management, while large, multiple fibroids with pressure symptoms require surgical management. Fibroids during pregnancy produces special challenges during labour. AIMS & OBJECTIVES -To study and analyse the Risk factors associated with fibroids, Clinical features according to different type of fibroid, Different types of management of fibroid. METHODOLOGY- fibroid cases were diagnosed clinically and with ultrasonography. Details of clinical examination findings, investigations and treatment modalities used were noted. Difficulties during surgery and methods to overcome were studied. Histopathology details of specimen and other associated findings were studied. RESULTS- Fibroids are Commonly seen in reproductive age group showing 45.5% cases. Majority cases are multipara seen in 79.35% cases and 5.14% cases are pregnant patients with fibroid. Intramural fibroid was seen in 60% and presented with menorrhagia (73%) and dysmenorrhea (50.5%). Fibroids presented with menstrual symptoms were seen in 96.15% cases. 61.7% cases underwent surgical management in that Total Abdominal Hysterectomy alone constitute 76.19%. neglected fibroids were common in rural areas making surgical management more common. CONCLUSIONS- Pre-operative adequate preparations with general build-up for anaesthesia and surgery, imaging studies, ureteric stenting where-ever required, use of GNRH analogues and following the principles of Fibroid surgery, made successful surgeries with no surgical morbidity and mortality. Caesarean section is common mode of delivery in fibroids in pregnancy with no complications.

The Misings are one of the major tribes of Assam. They are an Indo- Mongoloid ethnic group. They are mainly found in riverine areas of Dibrugarh, Sivasagar, Jorhat, Dhemaji, Lakhimpur, Tinsukia and Sonitpur district. The Misings are distinguished by their unique traditional economic system, social system, family system, rituals and cultural system. Now- a- days, there are some changes occuring on their way of social life because of globalisation, influence of communication and also because of their contact with various ethnic groups of India. Due to influences of globalisation, some considerable changes have taken place in their livelihood, patterns of house construction, marriage system, dress, Jewellery, food habit, language, religion, festivals , folk songs and folk dances etc. So in this paper an attempt has been done to understand the influences of globalisation and the changes taking place in social life of the Mising community. The study is basically based on the observation of the participant and through unstructured interview method.
