 Abstract

The paper presents the problem of three-dimensional free convection flow past a vertical porous plate in a rotating system when the whole system is in a state of solid body rotating with a constant angular velocity about an axis normal to the plate. The applied magnetic field has considerable strength so that the Hall effect on the flow could not be neglected. The plate is subjected to constant heat flux. The coupled non-linear equations of velocity and temperature are solved by series method. The effect of Hall parameter, magnetic parameter and heat flux are show on velocity and temperature fields, skin-friction and Nusselt number graphically or tabular from and are discussed. It is being observed that the increase in Hall parameter decrease both primary as well as secondary velocity. On the other hand the increase in magnetic number increase secondary velocity and decrease primary velocity.

 Abstract

Green Human Resource Management (Green HRM) as a research field includes all aspects and practices of HRM that pursue the goal of environmental sustainability. The aim is to reconcile the goals of companies and society without compromising financial performance. Green HRM is the integration of corporate environmental management into human resource management. Green HRM as a term is used to all possible HR policies that could contribute to an organizations environmental agenda. Green HRM involves undertaking environment friendly HR initiatives resulting in organization. Red apple Inc. is a global provider of IT& process out sourcing services. Objective of the paper is to know about the various green HR practices fallowed in an organization. Analyze the effectiveness of green HR practices. And to interpret the outcomes after adopting the green HRM practices in the organization. This study reveals secondary data.  Abstract

This paper aims to specify that to be successful in marketing, producers need to be careful about planned strategies for managing their components of their product. A product is the set of all components offered for sale by a company. The following points are majorly considered in this paper related to important role of Components of Product for Competitive Advantage in Marketing like the strategy of classification of goods and services a firm provides to the customers. Finding the right product is not at all a solution but to concentrate on the components of the product is the biggest challenge. Management's capability to bring attention to a product and to differentiate it in such a way from similar products goes long way toward determining that product's revenue. In this paper it is proved that the primary thing is to develop strategies like what products to introduce, managing existing products over time, and dropping products and also decisions must be made regarding branding, packaging, and other product features such as warranties.

 Abstract

Complexes of the type [Cp2Ti(pddtc)Cl], [Cp4Ti2{pz(dtc)2}Cl2], where [pz(dtc)2] = piperazine bisdithiocarbamate, [pddtc] = piperidinedithiocarbamate, Cp = cyclopentadienyl have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, IR, electronic, 1HNMR spectral data and conductivity measurements. The spectroscopic evidence suggests that both the complexes have five coordinate geometry around the metal ion. The conductivity measurements data (1mmol solution) implies non-electrolytic behavior for both the complexes as evident by their low conductivity values obtained at room temperature. A symmetrical bidentate coordination has been observed for the dithiocarbamate moiety rendering the metal five coordinate.
