Exploring the differences in emotional intelligence (EI) and perceived stress levels between healthcare workers and educators, two essential professions with unique workplace dynamics and stressors. By utilizing descriptive statistics, t-tests, and ANOVA analyses, the data from a sample of 100 healthcare workers and 100 educators were scrutinized to uncover variations in EI and perceived stress. According to the results, healthcare workers demonstrate notably greater levels of emotional intelligence in comparison to educators. This indicates a superior capacity to recognize, comprehend, and regulate emotions efficiently. On the other hand, educators experience notably higher levels of perceived stress in comparison to healthcare workers, indicating the widespread presence of stress in the education field. Discussing implications for intervention and support, highlighting the significance of customized strategies to meet the distinct needs of professionals in different sectors. Emphasizing organizational policies and practices that promote employee well-being is crucial for cultivating a resilient and efficient workforce. Proposed future research aims to delve deeper into the factors that impact workplace well-being and assess the effectiveness of support interventions. This study enhances our comprehension of workplace well-being and highlights the significance of focusing on the mental health and resilience of professionals in healthcare and education.

In an era dominated by visual information, the need for robust and efficient face detection systems has become increasingly paramount. Faces are not only the gateway to human identity but also pivotal in various applications, including security, surveillance, and human-computer interaction. This paper begins with an insightful analysis of the historical perspective, tracing the evolution from classical methods to the contemporary deep learning paradigms. We delve into the technical intricacies of convolutional neural networks (CNNs) and their pivotal role in achieving remarkable accuracy and speed. Additionally, we explore the impact of datasets, data augmentation, and transfer learning in enhancing detection performance. Furthermore, this paper investigates the ethical considerations surrounding face detection, focusing on privacy concerns, bias mitigation, and responsible AI deployment. The fusion of cutting-edge technologies with ethical awareness are imperative in crafting equitable and secure systems.

The concept of a Uniform Civil Code has been discussed in our nation since independence. While some advocate for its implementation, arguing that it would unify the population and eliminate discriminatory personal practices, the issue is multifaceted. Implementing such a code could potentially suppress diversity and enforce what may seem like 'progressive' ideas onto a population perceived as 'backward.' When it comes to matters of religion, legal imposition often fails if the desire for change does not arise from within the community. Trying to rationalize personal faith is challenging. However, this does not justify hiding behind claims of diversity and religious freedom to justify outrageous customs. It is essential for both the courts and the government to intervene to safeguard fundamental rights in such situations. Nevertheless, in areas where personal beliefs are deeply ingrained, court rulings might not effectively alter perceptions. In our nation, many people strongly identify with their religion, and personal law plays a significant role in their religious identity. This vulnerability makes people highly prone to disruptions. I will endeavour to assess the feasibility of implementing a Uniform Civil Code in India and explore its potential repercussions. This assessment will be based on considerations of practicality and morality. Additionally, I will examine how individuals respond when there are attempts to alter deeply held beliefs by referencing the case of the Sabarimala temple entry. Can the Supreme Court dictate how religions should manage their affairs? If so, under what circumstances? These inquiries, along with others, will be addressed by referencing case studies, Supreme Court judgments, and scholarly opinions.

Money strengthens every industry to go forward in a competitive world. While business firms would like to sell their goods and services on cash, the pressure of competition and force of custom persuades them to sell on debt. Firms grant debt to facilitate sales. A firm's investment in accounts receivables depends on how much debt it allows and the time taken to collect these receivables. Accounts receivables constitute the third most important category for business firms, after plant and equipment and inventories. Hence it behooves a firm to manage its debt well. The objective of the report is to have an overview of Credit management at JN Machineries, Chennai. In order to achieve the above mentioned objective and finish the study to perfection, the methodology used was a balance of primary and secondary sources. Primary sources were the personal visits to the companies and secondary was the information collected from websites. To facilitate this, I started with reading a few books on Credit management to understand the basic concept of Receivables. I also browsed the net to find more detailed information on specific topics. I practically saw the Finance department at JN Machineries, worked and Later, I studied on various practices to understand the functioning of Finance department at that company.

ABSTRACT The Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956 has criminalised commercial prostitution in India but this law does not talk about criminalising voluntary, paid and consensual sex work. In modern times, due to the activeness of various NGOs, due to more focus on the rights of women and due to various progressive judgements of higher courts, women have been given freedom to choose their profession. In this regard, the concerned authorities have been asked to not take any legal actions on the women who are consensually involved in the profession of sex work. In the light of various ambiguities in the modern and traditional societies and due to the changing mindsets of people, it becomes necessary to analyse the legal status of the prostitution as a profession in India and it has to be found out what steps should be taken to secure the rights of sex workers and to provide them an opportunity of rehabilitation. In this paper, it has been examined whether the act of prostitution is legalised in India or not. The legal status of paid and consensual sex work is analysed. Doctrinal method of research has been followed. Indian laws and judgements of courts have been analysed. The shortcomings and loopholes in the existing legal system have been detected. It has checked how legalisation of paid and consensual sex works will solve various existing and ongoing dilemmas in the perception of people regarding sex work as profession and how legalisation will protect people involved in paid and consensual sex work. The present work is concerned with design and Manufacturing of a Portable forklift which can be used for various purpose in domestic as well as industrial places. Improvement in forklift is really needed to make it more efficient, user friendly, and practical to use, & most importantly high safety features. The In-plant goods carrier system is user friendly as designed. The device finds greater use in the industrial lines for transport of the machined jobs, carrying goods internally in the fabrication plant. Forklift is an industrial power truck used for lifting and transport materials. Through the steel fork under the load, the lifting and transportation have been done. At present, different kinds of forklift is available, according to the lifting weight of forklift is divided into small tonnage (0.5t) and (1t), middle tonnage (2t and 3t) and large tonnage (5t and above).
