Linking smart things to the internet, Internet of Things (IoT) It can allow more safe data sharing. Smart City and Internet of Things technology's fast changes are helping urban planning to guarantee sustainable cities and living conditions. IOT makes life easier and more efficient. The current system requires human effort to check every time and manually manages garbage containers. One of the main problems in the cities is the monitoring and control of garbage. The suggested system automates this procedure. Here we are employing fixed over the dustbins ultrasonic sensors. When bins are full of rubbish, the distance between the sensors and the waste will be reduced. Every time it will measure the level and compute the distance. Soil moisture sensor for detect the wet content in bin and this live data is delivered to Arduino. Data processed by Arduino will be sent to the cloud server via GSM/GPRS. By means of this website, the user may view the information and prepare accordingly; which bin requires attention and specific action will be performed to clean the bins.

Abstract The article explores the themes of oppression, resilience, and human capacity for survival as depicted in Nadia Hashimi's novel A House Without Windows. The novel delves deeply into the life of the female protagonist Zeba, who is accused of murdering her husband. Through the portrayal of her life, Hashimi delves into the intricacies of the patriarchal and stereotypical Afghan society. The novel depicts how the female characters in the story are tortured under oppressive gender norms and how they struggle for justice within a corrupted and prejudiced legal system. Despite the societal boundaries imposed upon Zeba, she refuses to yield to desolation and despondency. She finds solace and strength in the ties she forms with her fellow inmates in the prison, who share their stories of misery, resilience, and hope. Through the depiction of the resilient female protagonist Zeba, Hashimi explores the strength and courage of Afghan women to challenge societal expectations. Her journey is a testament to the power of unity and the transformative power of collective struggle in the face of repression. The novel also sheds light on the problems of universal injustice and exploitation within Afghan society. It highlights the need for reform to address the actual causes of oppression and inequality. By challenging boundaries and flouting the shackles of oppression, Zeba's story serves as a powerful reminder of the enduring strength of the human spirit.

Pneumonia is a leading cause of illness and mortality worldwide, especially among elderly populations and children aged below five. Every year, an estimated two million deaths were caused by pneumonia, with children aged below five years contributing twenty-three percent of these deaths. India accounts twenty-three percent of all pneumonia cases worldwide. In order to lower the death rate, early and correct diagnosis is important, especially in situations where there is limited access to healthcare services. In low-resource settings, interpretation of chest X-rays, a standard diagnostic tool for pneumonia, is mostly left to radiologists. We present a Vision Transformer system that uses Adam optimizer to enhance efficiency and accuracy for the automatic detection of pneumonia from chest X-ray images.

This study investigates consumer preferences for online and offline shopping in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector using a quantitative approach supported by response surface methodology (RSM). Key factors influencing shopping behavior, such as convenience, pricing, product availability, and customer experience, were quantified through structured data analysis. A total of 150+ respondents participated in the study, and their responses were analyzed using RSM to model the relationship between independent variables (age, income level, and shopping frequency) and dependent responses (online, and offline convenience preferences). The results demonstrated that online shopping is preferred due to ease of access, discounts, and a broader product range, whereas offline shopping remains significant for its immediacy and physical product verification. The RSM-generated response surfaces highlighted optimal shopping conditions, revealing a strong correlation between age, income sensitivity and shopping preferences. The key findings indicate that younger consumers (18-35 years) with higher salaries ($1500-$2500 per month) prefer online shopping (desirability score = 0.92), driven by convenience (46.7%), product variety (40.1%), and frequent discounts (44.1%). In contrast, offline shopping remains relevant for older consumers (40+ years) with moderate incomes ($2000-$3000 per month), who prioritize product inspection (40.8%), immediate availability (47.4%), and trust in quality (16.4%), with peak purchases occurring in the first week of each month. These findings provide actionable insights for retailers to optimize hybrid shopping models, ensuring better consumer engagement. The study concludes with implications for retail strategies and future research recommendations.

In today's data-driven world, the internet is a vast repository of valuable information. Extracting and analyzing this data can offer unparalleled insights, opportunities, and a competitive edge. The Data Crawler, also known as a web crawler or spider, is a pivotal technology that plays a vital role in the extraction of web data at scale. It is an automated software program navigates through web pages, follows links, and systematically gathers data from diverse sources. This Python project uses Selenium to automate a web browser, enabling it to navigate to specified URLs and simulate user interactions. Once on a target page, Selenium employs CSS selectors or XPath to locate and extract desired data elements. The extracted data is then parsed, cleaned, and structured into a suitable format, such as CSV or JSON. Finally, the script iterates through multiple pages or elements as needed, systematically collecting and storing the organized data into a file or database for subsequent analysis or use.

This study explores the relationship between training and development initiatives and job performance among employees. The research examines how training influences employee productivity, job satisfaction, and skill enhancement. Using a structured questionnaire and quantitative analysis, the study assesses the effectiveness of training programs and provides insights for organizations to improve workforce capabilities. In the ever-evolving corporate environment, organizations continually strive to enhance productivity, efficiency, and overall employee performance. One of the most crucial strategies employed to achieve these objectives is investment in employee training and development. Training and development are often perceived as essential tools for fostering a skilled and adaptable workforce. Training refers to the process of equipping employees with specific skills or knowledge to perform their current job more effectively, whereas development focuses on long-term growth and preparing individuals for future responsibilities. The primary objective of this study is to evaluate how structured training programs and developmental initiatives influence employee productivity, job satisfaction, motivation, and career progression. The research employs both qualitative and quantitative methods, including surveys, interviews, and performance analysis, to gather data from employees and management across various industries. The findings suggest a strong positive correlation between effective training programs and job performance. Employees who receive regular and relevant training exhibit higher confidence, competence, and commitment to their roles. Moreover, developmental opportunities such as mentorship, leadership workshops, and career planning significantly contribute to job satisfaction and retention rates. A key insight from the study is that training and development not only benefit the individual but also contribute to organizational success. Companies that invest in employee growth tend to experience higher innovation rates, reduced turnover, and better adaptability to change. However, the effectiveness of these programs depends heavily on factors such as the relevance of the content, the methods of delivery, management support, and the integration of feedback mechanisms. Personalized and goal-oriented training programs yield better outcomes compared to generic sessions, highlighting the need for customized learning paths. In conclusion, training and development emerge as pivotal elements in enhancing job performance and achieving strategic goals. By fostering a culture of learning, organizations can empower their workforce, ensure sustained growth, and maintain a competitive edge in the global market. This study reinforces the notion that human capital is the most valuable asset of any organization, and investing in its continuous development is fundamental to success.
