The garments sector is a key driver of economic growth in many developing countries, heavily reliant on a labor force that includes a significant proportion of migrant workers. Despite their contribution, migrant workers in this industry often face numerous workplace challenges that affect their well-being and productivity. This study explores the multifaceted issues confronting migrant workers in the garments sector, including low wages, long working hours, inadequate living conditions, lack of legal protection, discrimination, and limited access to healthcare and social services. Through a review of existing literature and case studies, the research highlights the structural and systemic barriers that perpetuate these challenges. The findings aim to inform policymakers, labor rights organizations, and industry stakeholders to foster more equitable and sustainable working conditions for migrant workers. Addressing these issues is essential not only for upholding human rights but also for enhancing the overall efficiency and ethical standards of the garments industry.

Weather and air quality are interrelated environmental parameters that play a critical role in determining public health outcomes, ecosystem stability, and the quality of daily human life. Meteorological variables such as temperature, humidity, wind speed, and precipitation influence atmospheric behavior, directly affecting the dispersion, transformation, and accumulation of air pollutants. Extreme weather events--including heatwaves, storms, and temperature inversions--can exacerbate pollution levels by trapping harmful substances near the surface. Additionally, seasonal changes and topographical features contribute to spatial and temporal variations in air quality. Air pollution stems from both anthropogenic and natural sources, including industrial emissions, vehicular exhaust, wildfires, and volcanic activity. Major pollutants such as particulate matter (PM2.5, PM10), nitrogen oxides (NO?), Sulfur dioxide (SO?), and ground-level ozone (O?) are linked to adverse respiratory and cardiovascular effects. Meteorological factors, particularly wind patterns, play a crucial role in the long-range transport and dispersion of pollutants. Understanding the dynamic interaction between weather and air quality is essential for the development of predictive models and mitigation strategies. Advances in air quality monitoring and forecasting technologies enable policymakers to implement timely interventions, such as emission regulations and public health advisories, thereby reducing environmental impact and safeguarding human health.

Indian companies prioritize sustainability due to environmental limitations and changing customer needs. The current research delves into how young Indian consumers evaluate green business strategies applied by retail stores, automobile companies, and consumer electronics producers regarding their truthful nature and their profitability potential along with their compliance with government regulations. Youth demographics serving as more than half of India's 25-and-unders determine market trends and require consideration because of their ecological perspectives. The research data shows that youth community welcomes electric vehicles and e-waste recycling but remains doubtful about greenwashing which affects buying choices. The study examines the FAME scheme through policy assessment finding implementation and public understanding inadequacies. The research establishes connections between young people's views and corporate sustainability alongside policy implementation to provide knowledge about India's environmental transformation.

ABSTRACT Physical assault is an age old trend. The owners employ physical assault against their servants. The ancient dharmasastras have permitted the owners to employ physical assault on the workers working in their houses or fields. Similarly, the husbands resorted violence against their wives who do not follow the words or instructions given by their husbands. An age old tradition is to employ physical abuse against their students by their teachers. But the concept of abuse has been enlarged in the modern period. The Industrial revolution and discovery of several devices, new political theories, new economic appliances, new software thoughts are responsible for resorting physical abuse or physical violence against the human beings. Even the lovers of animals have opposed to use physical violence against the animals domesticated by the people. The wild animals could not be subjected to violence. At this juncture, the concept of physical assault is broadening. Now days, the physical assault is coupled with number of harassments such as physical abuse, sexual abuse, domestic violence, drug trafficking, molestation of women, dowry deaths, abduction and kidnap, serious hurt or grievous hurt mentioned by the criminal law, etc. The physical assault is a crime by which the people sometimes may lose their lives. Severe punishments have been awarded by the courts against the people who have resorted unnecessary violence. All these issues are highlighted in the present article.

The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) has significantly transformed the drug discovery process, enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and speed. These technologies are applied across various stages of drug development, including target identification, lead compound screening, drug design, and clinical trial optimization. By leveraging vast datasets and predictive algorithms, AI and ML facilitate the identification of novel drug candidates and reduce failure rates. However, challenges such as data quality, model interpretability, and ethical considerations must be addressed to fully realize their potential. This paper explores the transformative impact of AI and ML in drug discovery, highlighting current applications, challenges, and future directions in the field.

The study was to examine the isolated and combined effect of ballistic exercises and cross fit training in combination of drills practice with strobe glass on explosive strength performance among men volleyball players. Total recruited randomly N=100 (hundred) college level volleyball players their age period ranged from 18 years to 25 years as per subject's school records and, who at least participated college level volleyball games competitions. The chosen volleyball players was randomly recruited into four groups each group n=25 volleyball players i.e. empirical groups I volleyball players underwent isolated ballistic exercises in combination of volleyball skill base drill with strobe glass (BESV = 25), empirical group II volleyball players underwent isolated cross fit training in combination of volleyball skill base drill with strobe glass (CFSV = 25), empirical group III underwent: volleyball players underwent combined ballistic exercises and cross fit training in combination of volleyball skill base drill with strobe glass (CBCV = 25) and control group volleyball players (NTVP = 25) . NTVP was practiced only their respective specialization game. The training period was fixed for 12- week's duration and four sessions in a week. The measurement of explosive strength performance scores was collected through jump and reach test (Meters) before and after the completion of specific training. The collected score's were analyzed through ANCOVA and level of significant was restricted at 0.05 levels. The study found that isolated, combined ballistic exercises and cross fit training in combination of volleyball drills practice with strobe glass had positive significant impact to gain in vertical direction explosive strength performance of volleyball players of three empirical group's players comparative to control group.
